I’ve been coming to this salon for about a year now and I’ve always gotten great service. The staff is really nice and have great customer service. My last visit I let the ladies know that I was on a very tight time budget and had to be somewhere 15 mins away by 7pm and I got there at 6pm and they were so friendly and made all the efforts to make it work for me even though it was my fault for coming in last minute. Oops lol
My friend recommended this place to me and it’s been worth it each time.
I come to this salon when I see basic square acrylic and pedicure cause the price is great but for anything complicated I normally go to a different salon because I like their work and this place is down the street from my job so it’s convenient.

I don’t know who this new girl is here, but she honestly pissed me off today. I never thought it would take nearly an hour just for a manicure! I love Eiffel nails & there staff & I’ve always come here. But I didn’t come for this new girl to practice on me I’m not her training doll. If she doesn’t know how to do nails then why is she here? She doesn’t know what she’s doing. AND to top it off she doesn’t speak English omfg. I’m trying to tell her how I want my nails. I simply repeated myself multiple times that I wanted my nails square rounded & she just looked at me.

****RUN FOR YOUR LIFE****** THIS IS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! It bothers me that i even have to give this place One Star! As I was getting my pedicure the lady kept hurting me and pinching my skin with the cuticle cutter. After about the 3rd time my big toe started to bleed. At this point I’m a little annoyed but feel bad for the lady because she is so apologetic. The bleeding is so bad that she has to stop working on my feet for 15 mins till the bleeding stopped. Still in pain, I let her finish thinking she will be little more cautious. I was COMPLETLY WORNG! She cuts so low on the next toe that it immediately starts throbbing! I leave the nails salon thinking I will Never go back, it was just a horrible expensive experience, and lesson learned. .
After about 2 days the 2nd toe (not the one that started to bleed) started to turn PURPLE. I had a French manicure on and rather that paint over it and waste my $ 80 I wasted, I decided to leave it. I was left with a black toe for 3 weeks. Its now been 6 weeks and my toes nail has COMPLETLY FELL OFF! My doctor said I’m lucky I didn’t get an infection and that place does not sound sanitary. He just told me that it will take about a year for the nail to fully grow back! meanwhile putting a fake nail on it would only delay recover time. I cant wear any open toe shoes and I’m completely embarrassed!!!
Ladies RUN FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE! Don’t let what happened to me happen to you. Oh and my gel French manicure lasted 4 days before turning completely yellow!
This place is over priced, unsanitary and completely incompetent!

Tammy, Kathy and LeLe are absolutely the best!!! I’ve been coming here for the past 6 years and have no complaints. They’re affordable and they get the job done well. I know I can be picky at times but they don’t read minds. If there’s something you don’t like say it! They fix whatever it is for you! And that’s why I love it here. I don’t go any where else! Even when it’s been a minute they know I’m loyal! Thank you Tammy, Kathy, LeLe and Kim! You guys are awesome!

Don’t go off their website prices they have been raised, I think they should honor them since I was told «that website is old» well then update it or remove it.
Anyway the spa pedicure is $ 15 they no longer offer regular pedicures. Manicures are $ 9. Foot scrub $ 5. The owner was a bit weird, she was bashing another nail salon that I usually frequent. She has a younger guy working with her and they argued some. Felt a little awkward to be in the middle of that. I dislike their prices but if the other place is booked I’ll stop here. They are a bit understaffed I soaked my feet and hands for a good 15 – 20 minutes.

I don’t know the nail technician’s name that did my gel manicure & pedicure but she did a horrible job on me. My pedicure was nothing special. I did not get a decent leg massage. She basically just slapped lotion all over my leg and she hardly scrubbed my heels. She cut the corners of almost every toe with the cuticle cutter /​nipper which is NOT necessary or okay because it causes in grown nails. She ended up cutting too deep or too much of my skin or nail. I’m not exactly sure what but my big toe is super sore for a few days. There’s a bit of clear liquid or pus coming out of where she cut me and its swollen and red /​purplish. On top of that, my French was too thick & crooked.
Okay now with my manicure, again, worse massage job done ever. I told her I wanted my nails shorter but she told me it won’t look nice having short nails with gel so I was like whatever. Then I wanted another coat of polish because my color was really streaky but she tried to act like she didn’t hear or understand me. She was going to continue to put the top coat on until I pulled my hand back and tell her again to put another coat of polish on. She did not clean up the nail polish on my skin well either.
I came here with three other girls & their nails turned out way better than mine. They didn’t get cut either. If I was to ever come back to this nail salon, I would probably want the manager or owner to do it because she did my mom’s nails and they were really pretty.
Anyways, I’m pretty sure they don’t use new files, buffers, or pumice stones on every client. There isn’t a lot of colors to choose from, just a heads up. The whole nail salon looked clean though.

Called in today and they were really busy but still managed to squeeze in m our 5 pedicures. Tammy did my pedicure and gel manicure. She was GREAT! I was actually pretty difficult (i wanted a lot of extra stuff on my nails) but she was really patient and nice about it. My nails turned out great! I definitely recommend you going to her: D

I’m giving this place 5 stars for their customer service. I walked in there and was greeted immediately. Tammy took me to her station within minutes. She was very sweet and constantly kept asking «do they look ok» «let me know if there’s something you don’t like. I want you to leave satisfied». It’s a small place and don’t have a huge color variety, but they really take care of their clients. It was pretty clean overall.

Was looking for a place near my dentist and stopped by. They took me right away, they were just opening. One of the regulars came in so I was moved to another person, no biggie. This gentleman started off being very distracted as they were putting in new chairs, and he just got there so he rushed to set up. He totally cut my first cuticle and I thought, oh crap. Here we go… Then I said ouch! And he profusely apologized. He said I had a lot of skin and he would just trim a little, not a lot. Ok. He proceeded to do a FANTASTIC job! Great manicure, neat French gel manicure, very gentle and said he would remember me and know next time not to trim too much. I believe him. He took his time and did a great job, even giving me cut finger gloves to wear so my whole hands wasn’t exposed to the light. He again apologized for cutting me and I left very happy. I would definitely go back.

People always seem to find 10 bad reasons as to why they hate a certain place vs. giving 10 good reasons as to why you should come back. If you’ve started off having a bad day, and you stay negative about it vs. trying to find a solution to your day, you come to find out that everyting throughout your day goes wrong, hence the idiom When it rain, it pours. I’ve been Following Kimberly since I moved out to the Covina Valley area 8 years sgo. I used to have my regular go to gal, but it was always such a drive for me to go to her, but she was so good that the drive was worth it. My girl moved her business to Vegas, so I had to find someone new. I am a very particular person when it comes to my mani, pedi, and wax. My sisters started going to this one place in Covina called Happy Nails, and that is when I met Kimberly. The place was sold to one of the girls that worked there, and Kim left. Kim started working for Eiffel Nails, and I’ve been coming here ever since. I would go nuts if Kim would ever move to another State like my last girl did. I will follow Kimberly till the end of time. She knows what I want, and I always leave everything up to her. She is always on point, and she is definitely worth the wait. Furthermore, the staff here is friendly, and they know me by name. I work in the Car business, and Customer care is key for me, granted that I am in the business of Customer service. So Ladies, if you liked the overall work they did, I will suggest to give this place another shot before crossing it out of your places to go to, and a little word of advice, come in when you actually have the time to really pamper yourself. We all need it at some point in time. =)

I found this place because it’s just next to a market I used to go a lot, and one day I just though I should give it a try. And I’m glad I did! I do have the in-​grow nail problem in my toes, and they really know how to fix it. I went to a lot of Nail places, and this is the only one that really helped me with that problem.
I give it 4 stars because its a bit pricey, and there are some people that wont do that great, one time they just cut my cuticles too much and when I get back home I just realized it was bleeding, and when I cook or do any housework, it really hurt and burn. but I still like this place for pedicure, just try to avoid that lady (I didn’t get her name thou :-P)

The nail artist Kim does a good job. I said I want it pointy and sharp, my nails came out dull. 2 hours to get everything done. 15 min wait, she said. I got serviced within 20 min, but only nail polish removed and one acrylic off. They need more people in the morning! So many people had to wait after me and she told them the same thing to wait 15 – 20 minutes. I had to wait an additional 20 to get my fill started. I wanted to leave, but she already removed the color and one arcylic. I Expected to be done within that hour, but I walked out an hour longer than expected.
Will not come again. My first experience was better.

Pros: got me in really quickly as a walk in. Really good price for a spa pedicure ($ 20). Nice decorations. Quick service.
Cons: the spa pedicure really only meant that you sat in the massage chair. The over pedicure was pretty basic, cuticle oil and trim, nail cut and file, lotion, massage the Polish. If you’re looking for the type of salon that gives the extra services with spa pedicure (paraffin wax, reflexology, hot stone massage, oils, shaping) then doing go here. They didn’t serve any beverages beside water, but the water was really cold.

I liked the women here, they seemed to genuinely enjoy working and gave a really professional and welcoming vibe. I just came to get my nails painted and they did such a nice job and took care of all of my needs in under 30 minutes.

Its a nice place. If they painted a tan more relaxing color they wouldn’t have as many complaints about the place (read the previous reviews) but I liked it. Its clean and that matters most. They are very friendly. My pedi took about 30 minutes which isn’t bad since I was in the massage chair the whole time :)
