If you need a car get it any where else but there for ppl that have good credit go to a real dealer I when over to prestige auto sales and they lied about getting me a 300 dollar payment on a car and wouldn’t give me a straight answer how much I was paying for the car and ran my ssn with out my permission just to tell me I needed a down payment with a 720 ficco score if you do get a car from them make sure you don’t give them your ssn before they give you numbers like your monthly, terms, and price for the vehicle even then take a picture of the deal their writing up so you have proof of what they are promising you because then they give you their own terms. A heads up they try to srew u on the apr % so they make more money

This had to be one of the easiest car purchases I have made in the last 20 years. The sales staff were super friendly and efficient. I would buy another car from this dealership in a heartbeat. Most importantly my wife is elated with her new to her vehicle :)

They sold me a car without matts and they were pretty much nice up until I bought the car when asking to get matts replaced they said they would and never did and on top of that they said that the previous place «stole the matts of the car» lol, i would buy you car some place else.

We purchased a used car here last week for my stepson. Super easy pick up and process. Extremely friendly and a great deal on the car. After leaving, there were a few things that needed fixing. It was no problem at all to bring it back. They fixed everything properly and again, we were in and out of there extremely fast with great service. we bought our first car 2014 SE Ford Focus here and just picked it up yesterday! The guy who helped us was Travis and he is fantastic and nice! He was very patient the entire time and tried to help us out a lot with the finance. The price was the lowest compared to all the other dealers that we looked at. We went in on a sunday and decided to take the car but since our credit union was not working on that day he was nice enough to offer a $ 1000 deposit (which went to reduce the total cost of the car) to hold the car there for 7 days which was great. He really tried to help us as much as he could.
So far we really like the car and hopefully nothing is wrong with it!

Recently I bought a ford ranger from here and the head liner was falling and had huge chips in the window they replaced the head liner and attempted to repair the windshild, they sent some teenager and now it’s cracking they told me to come in and we set an appointment to replace it for 11 am and it’s been over 1 hour and the window person still isn’t here

Lowest car prices around. Very helpful. Great place to buy a pre owned vehicle. I’ve sent a few friends here and everyone was well taken care of and left with a great newer preowned car and super low monthly payments.

We bought a 2015 Hyundai Sonata from Prestige. Our salesman Shaun Dearman was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgable about everything Hyundai and Kia. We got a great car at the best price we saw on the Internet. I am having him look for a specific Kia Optima for my daughter as I write this. Shaun worked very hard and completing the great deal and when out of his way to use HIS OWN $ to put gas in the car. The dealership would not fill up the car when we purchased it despite being part of deal and that’s why it’s 4 stars instead of 5. Another great thing about buying a car here is the free car washes for as long as you own it.

I found a car I liked online that used to be a lifeguard vehicle. I was concerned about rust, so called and spoke with Travis. He said that there used to be some rust on the back door, but it was sanded and painted. I arranged the financing with my bank a few days later drove 1.5hrs to Corona only to find the vehicle loaded with rust from top to bottom. They had tried to hide as much of it as they could by spray painting the rust in the wheel wells and under the car black. I’ve bought 3 – 4 cars in the last 6 – 7 years and this crew was by far the most unethical I have ever dealt with. People like these are why used car salesmen have a bad name. Absolutely no integrity. Waste of my time, a 3hr drive and a tank of gas.

Shaun Dearman, the salesman that assisted was bar none the best. And honestly speaking salesman isn’t the proper word, since Shaun didn’t sale me nor did he try to sale me. Actually he assisted me in my decision. Allowing me the time to think about my choice.

Prestige autos is a great place to get a preowned car. They are competitively priced. The place looks nice. I got my focus there and i’m loving it. Most of their cars are only like a year old or less so you are getting some great deals! I would recommend people to go there. I know i will be going back to get my next car here.

After emailing back and forth several times with Matt and another rep I decided to go test drive a car. Keep in mind I was very upfront that I was located in San Diego and didn’t want to drive 3hrs to be told there would be no negotiations. In his defense, Matt was on vacation when I went in person.
When I arrived Danny and Shaun were nice enough and provided me the keys to take the car for a spin. After looking the car over and providing the keys to my trade in we started talking numbers. First, I get the typical here is your payment opening to negotiations. Second, after telling Shaun I really don’t care about payment, I want to talk rate and price for trade in and the car I want to buy. Shaun then gave me the trade in offer about 15% less than my trade offer from Carmax. Yes I provided proof of the offer. I asked if they would come down any on their car and they would not negotiate either car. They told me to sell mine to carmax and buy theirs. Remember, I drive over 1.5 hrs for nothing. I’m not going to try to figure out the logistics to buy your car. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Really good sales process but they take so so long to get a car through emissions and detail. I came in on 3-​13-​2015 around 12:30pm, looked at the car and took a test drive. Everything was great, everything was very easy with the numbers on the car. After the paper work, we were done at 1:30pm. Then they were going to take the car to get emissions and a detail which they said was only going to be about an hour which was ok. Then they kept telling me longer and longer. I was there for 6 hours just waiting for the delivery till they finally told me to leave and they will see if they could get it to me tomorrow. I will update this ad tomorrow for everyone and let you know how it goes.
I hate to write a negative review because everything else was great! But come on 6 hours before you even tell me to go home, also the whole time I was there I only saw about 2 customers (which none of them bought) so it couldn’t be that backed up. it just bugs me that you have a fantastic dealership but the delivery process is just bull.
I used to manage a nice car dealership and I would have flipped out on that situation if that happened at my car dealership.
**UPDATE** 3−14−15 David, one of their managers ended up giving me a call in the morning and apologized about the situation. He really wanted to correct it. Which was very compelling. I ended up coming in and was out in about 10 mins total. There wasn’t much excuses made which was nice. I would recommend going in and talking to these guys. They do care about their reputation.

This was my first experience buying a car and I was pleasantly surprised on how smoothly it went! Prestige Autos was the first car dealership I went to. Initially, I just went there to take a look at their Kia Optima’s as they had quite a few available. I told myself I wouldn’t buy something right away until I looked at a few more places, but their service was exceptional and before I could walk off that lot without a car, they were willing to meet me in the middle and find me the perfect fit! I didn’t feel the pressure that everyone talks about when going to a car dealership which I somewhat prepared myself for. David was very kind and generous to help me get the financing I needed and I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything went. I would definitely recommend Prestige Autos if you are looking for a friendly and smooth experience, they will take care of you! I will continue to spread the word, thank you Prestige Autos for the great experience and my 2013 Kia Optima!

My experience at Prestige Autos was by far one of the best /​easiest car buying experiences. Given that I had negative equity in my trade in, Prestige Autos was able to get me into a 2013 Toyota Camry at an amazing price. In fact, I originally walked out of the dealership because they didn’t have the exact trim I was looking for, however they presented me a deal that I couldn’t say no to! The staff was extremely friendly from beginning to end! They really simplified the paperwork portion in finance and kept it straightforward and easy to understand. have a ton of friends and family in the auto industry however, I definitely recommend checking out this dealership! They are by far leading in lowest, haggle free prices!
