I hate car shopping. I think everyone does! But, I just bought a used Ram 1500 Pickup from Corona Autoplex and I have to honestly say that this was the most pleasurable car-​buying experience I have ever had. Not only is the truck beautiful and in great condition (and a good price), salesman Louie was honest, funny and no pressure. John in finance was low-​key and made the process less painful. Everyone, including the sales manager, was very professional and extremely helpful and friendly. I would purchase there again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle.

I purchased a 2014 ford van for my company and I was very happy with the treatment we got .
I asked if they could wrap the van with my company logo and they took the time located a reasonable price company and had the van wrapped. we never got charged extra, they gave us the invoice and we paid the wrap company directly .

I was looking for a 4×4 Expedition w/​all the bells & whistles. Finally I found one and it was the one I was looking for. We drove down there all the way from Malibu. The car was everything we wanted except for the DVD that was missing. We worked out a deal and we purchased the car and they provided the DVD player as they promised. Thank you Sean for all your help. We will be back to buy another one.

Stay far far away from this place. I live in San Diego and went to check out a van 2 hours away in corona after talking with the salesman and letting him know I was coming up the next day. I arrived in the morning just to be informed they supposedly sold the van the very night before. I was a little miffed to say the least. They showed me another van that was close to what I was looking for anyway and I test drove it. I put a deposit down on it and told them the finance company would need all the new info updated like the VIN number since they thought they were lending on a different van. Anyway after multiple weeks of miscommunication between them and lender they called me and said everything was taken care of and to come pick up the van. I again drove 2 hours there ready to pick up van and then they informed my they didn’t know where the check was and couldn’t release van without it. I asked why had I been called and urged to pick up the van then. They deny calling me at all. I then show them text messages about me going there and picking it up and then they berate me and tell me I’m crazy and I should have brought a check. Then the say that the lender is supposed to send the check in the next couple of days and I need to return then. I told them to piss off and cancel the whole transaction as no van is worth a total of 12 hours on the road for. Told me my refund was already taken care of as well but after checking my bank account found they lied again. Had to demand refund again. I still have to make sure that happens. What a joke of a dealership. Go there on your own risk.

Holy Crap what a RIP OFF. 2003 Dodge 5.9 cummings 4×4 167k Kelly Blue book has it listed for 10,200 with the camper shell. I drove up there over an hour they had been priced for 20,000 And dropped it to18,999. Would not budge on the price. Service manager told me «I am selling it for what I have in it». Do they expect people to believe that they paid $ 10,000 over retail value at an auction for a truck to sell and their lot!!. It’s been online for 72+ days Do they really expect to sell it. Boycott this place people.!!

Antonio responded to my review and tried to act like I was just trying to rip them off but I’m sorry don’t try to turn this around on me. He is completely crooked. I called and told you the rim was leaking and you said ok your going to have to drive down here and we’ll take a look and see if we can fix it. You see Antonio I drove an hour and half to get there and I can’t just drive that truck that far with a bad rim that won’t hold air, therefore I would have to have it towed all the way there, which I know you guys would have not paid for, just for you to try and «fix» the rim which would probably be some cheap fix that would hold long enough for my warranty to expire. And you said you guys offered me a new one? How you going to buy a rim they don’t even make anymore? You think I’m going to spend 14 000 and have a truck with one rim that is completely different? Therefore you need to buy all new rims. And I like how you say it’s unfortunate what the dmv charge. Yes it is unfortunate that a crooked dealership would not pay the registration and then stick all the late fees on there customers. Great business buddy, hope u can sleep at night.

Do not buy from this Crook! He sold me a BMW X-​5 years ago that I was told and shown a Phony Car Fax Report that it was an excellent condition! Well, I wasn’t upon recent discovery, I found out it had «Unibody Damage/​Frame Damage» before I purchased this car! I am suing him for Auto Fraud and Reporting him to the DMV! PEOPLE KEEP IN MIND, (YOU HAVE 3 YEARS) from DATE OF DISCOVERING THE FRAUD, NOT FROM PURCHASE DATE!

We didn’t end up buying a car from here but Pedro was great to deal with. He really took the time to answer all our questions and was not pushy. He put us at ease because his demeanor was very easygoing and helpful. And he was still very pleasant and polite even when we decided not to buy the truck. The dealership seems flexible and willing to work with the customer on things like financing.

After a few conversations with the salesman Pedro, he made the deal he promised. Thank you Pedro.

Bought a truck from these guys, great truck, very sharp looking with a sound engine,
after a week, news came that my wife is pregnant, now we were in the market for a van, maybe a mini van, my wife suggested us to go back to Corona Autoplex to see
if we can return the truck, I told her «usually the used cars have no warranty» and also can not be returned, specially a week later, anyhow, I decided to call, a person by the name of Ray answered and told us on the phone «bring it back and see if you like any thing else on our lot». What a relief, they just made my life so muck easier.
We went back after a week of driving the truck and got into a Nissan Armada.
Good job guys, I will recommend you to any one buying a car.

I got my 2005 sequoia sr5 with 69k miles here and Pedro was my sales rep who helped me and gave me a great price. Again, thanks you guys for making my purchase smooth and easy

I bought a Ford E-​150 cargo van from Troy Sacco at Corona AutoPlex and had a very smooth experience. I was comparing several cargo vans and appreciated how helpful and prompt Troy was in getting me the information I needed on the van. Troy sent me the CarFax ahead of time and was patient and friendly when I test drove the car and inspected the vehicle. The sliding side door had a minor problem (wouldn’t lock shut) and they connected me with a local car shop to fix the door. I paid the price that I had initially negotiated despite the need for the door repair (I appreciate the honesty in fixing the problem without then fighting me on the price that we agreed to).
i highly recommend working with Troy. The finance manager, Sean, also made this an easy experience (contacted my credit union directly to follow-​up on the DMV registration to secure the loan) and followed up to make sure everything was working out as expected. I was surprised to see the other Unilocal reviews from this dealership, my advice is to trust the reviews from people that actually purchased a car.

I took my time and I took advantage of the test drive. I test drive a few cars and I took advantage of the different cars trucks, sedans I drive away with Chevy silverado 2500 hd lifted. Sick mother. I’ve been looking for an Audi Q7 Diesel, white with a dark interior and low mileage. Finally Corona Autoplex had what I wanted. This is my second car purchased from corona autoplex and I was able to trade in my old car. They were so great to find the Asanti black wheels I’ve been looking for. The is absolutely beautiful!!’ Also, I love the sound system. Thank you Sean for helping me with this purchase.

I was just looking for a basic truck. Been thinking about it for years. Shopping online and was avoiding actually stepping foot on a dealership. Like many, I dislike the games many dealers play. Surprised to say the guys at the autoplex were fair, straight forward and had clear answers for all my questions. My sales guy was Troy. Showed me several used trucks. Knowledgeable and accommodating. I test drove a couple. His manager Antonio explained my finance options and gave me a great price. Sean in the finance dept explained my options as far gap & warranty. No pushy sales. Just have me my options and allowed me to pick what I needed. Highly recommend this place for quality Trucks and the customer service level

Buying a car is my least favorite thing to do… as it is with many people. Here at Corona Autoplex, that process turned out to be much better than I expected!
I went here to look at a Small SUV… We met Pedro who showed me the (MY) car & let me test drive it around the neighborhood. He was more than helpful and cheerful for it being like 9 in the morning. The car drove great & the decision was made that I wanted to take the car home. I talked to Antonio (Sales Manager) about price, & he negotiated a pretty darn good price for me… I won’t say how good, but I can tell you I was quite pleased. Sean was very welcoming & helped answer all of my (extensive) questions I had about my financial paperwork, he was completely transparent with the whole process.
Corona Autoplex was more than willing to fix a couple of the small things that were lacking on the car, such as an extra key (you know those extra micro-​chipped keys are a pain), a missing floor mat, & replacing windshield wipers. They had no problem agreeing to all of that before I signed the deal.
A few hundred miles after I bought the car I started having some trouble with the engine… remember the car ran fine when we test drove it. The check engine light came on during regular driving. I took it back to Corona Autoplex & even though they could have told me to screw off & take care of it myself they were more than willing to stand behind the car & have it fixed. It actually took a while to figure out what was wrong with the car… they had it for a couple days. This was Ok in my eyes since I had already fallen inlove with my car & just wanted it to run right. During all these inspections/​diagnostic testing they even referred to a Hyundai specialty mechanic to double check the car. Even when I got the car back a couple days later they told me to drive it for a week or two & bring it back in so they could scan the engine & check it out just to make sure that everything was running good. All at no extra expense! It was completely reassuring.
To be honest, Pedro, Antonio, Sean and the Staff at Corona Autoplex went the extra mile when it came to the purchase of my Hyundai. They took what could have been a bad situation & through excellent customer service & common sense made me a future repeat customer.

I recently bought a 2011 jeep patriot from this dealership, the service was excellent and the selection was great, I was looking for a compact SUV and they had a good variety of vehicles. They treated me very well and helped me get great financing for the vehicle. I’ve already recommended corona autoplex to several friends and family members. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the whole experience. Highly recommended!

I came here last month, in search of a reliable truck. Before I came down, I called up the sales rep., which was quite friendly. He advised the vehicle I was shopping for had a car fax. I wanted to test drive the car and he said to come on down. I also asked the driver to see if I can take the vehicle to a dealership, so that I can have a final opinion on not just the car fax, but a certified Dodge mechanic. The sales rep., said it was okay.
When I arrived, I test drove the car. It was lowered and made some suspension noises. I was worried and we went back to the office. I sat in the office for over 15 mins. The sales rep kept coming back and forth, asking me to sign a borrowers authorization, so that they can run my credit anything else. When I refused to sign the borrowers authorization, the manager in charge came into the office and was angry about me trying to take the car to go get it checked out at the dealers.
The sales manager has a rude attitude, looks like the typical car salesman that gives the business a bad rep. I would not recommend anyone in southern California to buy used cars from this lot. I’ve been around the block, purchasing vehicles and this place is the shadiest, most ripped off lot ever. 80% of the cars here are purchased through auction and they really don’t give a crap about their customers. The prices might look enticing, grand, and to good to pass up. Don’t come here people, its a trap. Look at the other reviews before mine. There’s a pattern of unhappy customers. Go somewhere else because you’re going to get mislead by their leader, the evil sales manager. The sales rep are nice here, but how can you trust someone that has no integrity at all!

Shady Dealership! They buy all there vehicles at auctions for dirt prices shine them up and resale them at top dollar. I bought a Tahoe from these jokesters. Worst vehicle I ever owned. It broke down 2 times within the 1^st month. Rear end went out then the alternator. On top of that I did a vin check on it and it had been involved in 2 accidents. I sold it after a year when I was fed up with the 4^th break down. I learned the hard way.
