Very horrible. Long lines no automated machines inside. Ridiculous. Just to pick up my id I left I had to wait 20 minutes.

Very small parking space even thou is very well located in the city of Coral Gables. It right on Ponce De Leon in a very old but very well kept corner building

Horrid customer service punctuated with short attempts to keep your accounts open. Business teller is frequently closed/​unavailable. This branch is highly «incentive-​based» i.e. constantly suggesting you apply for credit accounts. Notary waiting time in excess of 20 minutes, regular teller approximately 10 minutes. Two (2) of my scheduled commercial banking appointments were cancelled due to associate unavailability or tardiness.
The previous review made that describes associates aimlessly walking around is spot-​on accurate. I was able to catch one of those associates name «Frank».
This branch does not comply with ADA/​FBC AC regulations. If you are disabled or require special assistance I recommend you bank elsewhere. Despite a number of formal complaints made by myself and others, BOA has yet to comply. Good luck.

Horrible service. Lots of employees walking around the bank but only two tellers attending to customers with a line out the door. Does the bank manager not work on site? Does he/​she not come out of their office to know what’s going on?

Still a horrible line. I understand people need to eat lunch but people also have to get back to work. Despite the lame policy of only having two tellers on at anytime you decide to send one to lunch. Customers take time out of their lunch to handle their banking business. You should realize this and plan accordingly.

This is honestly the WORST Bank of America branch I’ve ever been to. Wait times are ridiculous and they seem to be severely understaffed. Two tellers for a line almost out the door is just unacceptable. Very poorly managed.

Worst line ever. Every time I come here it’s a ridiculous line. Currently there are only 2 tellers available. Not sure if the line inside or the parking outside is worse. Silly me, parked and found a ticket on my window. I had not realized I parked in a private parking section. Yeah, a ¼ of the parking lot is BOA the rest is private

I always conduct transactions at this Coral Gables location and counter staff is always cordial and attentive, but after the branch manager Mirelly Aneiros treated me like an animal in front of her employees today, I will never come back and will avoid opening any accounts with them. Even her employees were saying she also treats them extremely bad and disrespectfully. She initially refused to come out of her office to help me or to assist her staff. The second time her staff members went into her office to tell her a client needed to talk to her, she screamed at the employee «get out of my office» and while knowing there were clients hearing all this. She lacks the basic understanding of what costumer service is, but more important, she clearly doesn’t have any respect towards others. Even after asking her to please watch the way she was addressing me and I basically had to remind her I was a client, she still behaved in a very disrespectful and unprofessional way. Bank of America of Coral Gables has a clear and serious problem in their hands if they keep Mrs Aneiros as a Manager, since in order to save face, the staff is already having to explain clients how terrible Mrs Aneiro treats not only other clients, but the staff as well. I have no idea how such a reputable bank has somebody this unprofessional working in a bank setting, specially in Coral Gables.
Managers are supposed to be ambassadors who create long lasting relationships with local businesses and the community in general, however, Mr Aneiros is clearly doing the opposite at Bank of America of Coral Gables.

I love this bank but I just dislike this location. 2 tellers and a line of 12 waiting. I am currently in line to make a simple payment and its been 20 minutes and the line its not moving at all. That been said dont come here if you are in a hurry

This is THE BEST (BOA) branch is South Florida. I had been trying for days to deposit money to my aunt who is in another state. I had originally gone to the Coconut Grove branch where they basically turned me away & there was this rude girl that told me she couldn’t help me at all. Just not in these words. I went today again to this branch & everyone was so helpful. I went on a Saturday. It was packed, but all the employees that worked there were very nice. I had messed up filling out the deposit slip & this nice gentleman took his time to help me (twice!). From the tellers to the managers at this branch everyone was pleasant. Maybe, if I had come over here versus the Coconut Grove branch than my business would still be with them. My only complaint has nothing to do with the staff. The parking is a bit tight. But besides that great branch!

come early Saturday morning, right when they open so that you dont have to wait in line. Otherwise, if you get there by 11 a.m. and beyond expect a wait to see a teller.

This is the worst branch of BOA in Miami. I literally live only a few blocks away and I would rather drive a few miles in another direction and visit that branch, and know that they are reliable.
My overall experience today, I waited in line to be helped, went to a teller that was a trainee, who is being assisted by someone, who I can only believe is to teach the trainee. I inform both that I need to exchange dollars to another currency, the trainer tells me at this point that the trainee doesn’t have access to that so I have to wait for another teller to assist me. So I wait another 10 mins, for a teller to open up. Finally get to the window, and then this teller informs me that BOA doesn’t offer foreign currency for that country. So my question is why didn’t the trainer check to make sure that BOA offered this service, instead of sending me back in line. She just demonstrated t o her staff that she cannot provide excellent service, and yet is training someone else, teaching them how to provide excellent service.
So overall wasted 30mins out of my day that could’ve been shaved down to 15mins.

Excellent service to business customers. I’ve never waited longer than a few minutes.

Had to stop by this branch on a Saturday, as my local one has no weekend hours (FAIL). Parking was a pain, the lot was full and jammed full of cars hovering for spots. I parked on the street.
Amazingly, there wasn’t any teller line. I guess everyone was there to use the ATM. Lost my debit card, so I have to go to the counter for transactions. The girl was nice — made an addition mistake, but I corrected her. No biggie.
All in all, I liked the convenience of this branch, particularly the lack of annoying, weekend-​wasting lines. :)

I am a long time customer of Bank of America. Although B of A is not perfect I am in general happy with the bank itself.
Having lived in Miami-​Dade county for nearly a decade, I have bad memories of this branch.
I find the bankers here very transient and incompetent, but they seemed to lack modesty so they were showing «know it all» attitude and treated me like I was a retarded one.
The banking center was always too crowded and services were poor after waiting very long. And stuffs make a lot of mistakes. They don’t do what they said they would do so I would end up in calling the main bank number to resolve the issues. I wonder if this location was used for training or something? Workers change all the time.
And when I call during business hours on one answers. Everything is a mess in this branch. A banker would give me his business card with typos in contact info, and soon after he is replaced with someone else, and then soon after someone else took his position. There just wasn’t any consistency in people there.
I cannot believe that this is a branch of Bank of America. I cannot even believe that this exists in the United States.
