The creation of this attractive business goes back to the year 1986, when a group of Peruvian visionary entrepreneurs founded the first restaurant. It was located in a strategic avenue (Av. Jose Pardo), in the district of Miraflores in Lima. Its founders, along with its collaborators, started this company with the firm hope of propelling it to be the best in the industry.
