I get there and see a note posted that they will be back at 3:40 and after a while we were still waiting outside. Horrible

I’ve used this business a couple of times and ignored the poor customer service because I needed to exchange money. But today I finally gave up. I called on Friday to ask if they had pounds and the «very friendly» cashier said they did. When I finally arrive driving from Downtown, she tells me she doesn’t have pounds and she should get them later in the afternoon. I then tell her that I’ll be back on Monday first thing in the morning, if she can confirm she’ll have them then. She ASSURED me she would, and what do you think happened when I walked in there this morning?!! Yup, you guessed right! They did NOT have the pounds. Let’s just say I won’t be coming back here again.

There is a reason why this place was empty. I would expect a minimum of customer service and friendly staff if I am about to give you money. And charged a fee to exchange my money which I never had to pay anywhere else. I would drive 10 miles out of my way to give my business to someone else before going back.
