My table finally got delivered 3 hrs. late. The delivery people were very nice. They told me they were told the dispatcher was calling everyone to let them know they were running late. The dispatched NEVER called me or left any voicemail. I escalated to Restoration Hardware. They were fantastic and actually credited me for the delivery. RESTORATION HARDWARE AND EVERYONE ELSE. DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY. I sent email to the owner and others and also left voice mail and never got a single response. My hope is Restoration Hardware will take this company off their vendor list as they are HORRIBLE! FIRE JUSTO DELIVERY. IF YOU STILL USE THEM YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. LOOK A THE OTHER Unilocal REVIEWS.

avoid at all costs if possible. they missed the delivery window twice, then said they’d deliver on saturday morning. friday I got a call saying they’d delivery between 2 and 5. finally when I threatened to cancel all together they arranged for a morning delivery as I was originally promised. by some miracle, they actually showed up as promised, even though I didn’t get any call beforehand.

Hands down the WORST delivery company I have ever experienced, and as an interior designer I have worked with many.
Their customer service proved absolutely horrendous on numerous occasions, they were impossible to get a hold of, completely forgot to deliver my piece one day, and the second time gave me a delivery window and the proceeded to call me the night before (when no one was even accessible) to change the delivery time window after they had already screwed up once.
I never write Unilocal reviews, but in this case I am so appalled by this experience that I feel like I need to get it out there and let everyone know to not use this company under any circumstances.
Horrible on all counts.

Three men delivered a Restoration Hardware sofa for me. They called before they came, and had a hard job getting this large 9 foot sofa up my stairs to the bonus room. It took a lot of patience and muscle to navigate the switchback. They took their time and made tremendous effort to be sure nothing was damaged. I have used this company twice before and will use again. Their employees were very careful plus their delivery price was very fair.

Scheduled a delivery and was told they would arrive between 4−6pm. That afternoon, they called and said the delivery guys were running behind and they would deliver between 6−8pm. They ended up getting to my place at 9:00 pm as I was getting ready to wind down and go to bed. I’d give them 1-​star but the delivery guys were nice and very apologetic and said they had a lot of deliveries. The scheduling department should have done a better job of managing scheduled deliveries (and expectations).

Beware… Do not use this service. They conveniently disappear… I called them for 4 days without contact… concerned I spent several thousand dollars at Restoration Hardware… They finally showed up after threats… kind threats… appropriate threats.

Do not hire this company. It has been a complete nightmare dealing with this company. We bought a beautiful piece of furniture at Restoration Hardware in Long Beach. We hired Justo Delivery service since they have set up shop at Restoration Hardware and had used once before. On September 19, 2014, they brought the piece of furniture to my home. It was horribly damaged and had not only scrapes all over, but also what appeared to be melted smudges of the patina. It seemed that the piece was really irreparable. I refused the delivery and told them that I needed to be reimbursed for the furniture piece. They promised that they could repair it and that they had a furniture craftsmen company that could repair it. I spoke to the headquarters and they promised to repair the piece to its original state. They guaranteed it. After calling non-​stop for two weeks, because they wouldn’t return my calls since the business day after the delivery date, September 22. I finally got a live person, and they couldn’t locate my furniture piece. It wasn’t until my husband called every day, spoke to Curtis and Jeremy, the owners, that they finally agreed to deliver the repaired piece on October 17.
I was so right to be skeptical. It was so atrocious. They painted shiny black the entire piece and I guess they tried to paint brown on the front. They took the value away from the piece. It looks like they spray-​painted they whole thing and it is peeling off. I am so furious and upset over the whole thing. They are not returning calls and are the lousy company when it comes to customer service. Take a look at the pictures and see for yourself. NEVER Hire this company, especially to care for any valuable furniture. They deserve less than a star.

I purchased a set of furniture, and the furniture company hired Justo Delivery to deliver my furniture. In May 2014 I received a call from Justo Delivery stating that my bed and desk had arrived in their warehouse and were ready to be delivered. The delivery was scheduled for the following Thursday. I live in San Diego County and Justo Delivery only comes down to this area on Thursdays. The bed was supposed to be delivered between 3 – 5 pm. I was told I’d receive a call ½ hour prior to the delivery. At 4:45pm I still had not received a call, so I called and spoke to someone who said they’d contact the drivers and get back to me. The guy called me back and said the drivers were running late and they’d be at my house in an hour. I said fine, and waited for an hour. Nobody showed up and nobody called. So, at 6:30 I called Justo back and again and was told they’d be at my house by 8pm. I said fine and waited again. No delivery guys and no phone call. So, I called again, twice more, until the delivery guys finally showed up at my house at 10:40pm. To their credit, the delivery guys were very professional and apologetic. They did a great job of unloading my furniture and moving it into my house without damaging anything. They also put everything together and did it quickly and perfectly. So, again, the delivery guys were awesome, and CLEARLY it was not their fault for being late. They had been overbooked for deliveries, and I just happened to be the last person they were delivering to. I also want to add that Justo sent me a $ 5 Starbucks gift certificate for my troubles, along with an apology note, so that was nice. So, why am I writing this review a couple months later in July 2014? Because Justo Delivery was supposed to deliver my dresser today between 1−3pm. Nobody showed up and nobody called me. I had to call Justo and was told they’d be here by 3:45pm and I’d get a call a ½ hour before. Well, 3:45 has come and gone and no call. I called Justo and nobody answered the phone, so I left a message. No return call. The delivery guys showed up at 4pm. It was the same super friendly guys that delivered last time, and they did a great job once again. So, Justo Deliveries, listen up. You guys need to stop overbooking your drivers. It’s just going to tick off your customers and it’s not fair (or safe!) to your delivery guys. Maybe you should let them call your customers when they’re running late, since clearly the communication from your office is not working.

Best in the business. I’ve been shipping furniture go the last 15 years. This company does a fantastic job. Great people to work with and drivers are polite.

Although there was an issue with all the product not being delivered as expected. Alice was a pleasure to deal with. She rescheduled the delivery of the rest of the furniture at my convenience. The delivery drivers Felipe and Axel along with the 1^st scheduled delivery were Professionals. They made sure that I was satisfied with the chest they delivered and were courteous enough to take off their shoes before entering the house. They took extreme care not to damage the furniture the walls, stair rails to the second story or my floors. I have had many deliveries of furniture in the past, but none of this caliber. Great Job Justo.

I use them through my work in a showroom, and with my own design clients. Their customer service is AMAZING. I have worked with several shipping companies over the years, Justo is definitely my favorite. My only wish is that they delivered to the east coast as well. One day!

Last Tuesday I had an installation in Laguna Beach and I wanted to pass along my compliments to your staff. My experience with Justo goes back over a decade, and it’s been primarily with the team in Santa Clara. With an installation in Southern CA I contacted Alice in the Compton office and told her about the project. She sent a consolidation form to me and kept me continually updated in regards to what had arrived as well as any missing parts (there were some!). Ed accommodated me with my timing request (I needed a morning delivery) and kept me informed as to the driver’s arrival. The men who arrived were prepared (I’d asked Ed to have them bring booties, blankets, etc.). They were efficient, careful, helpful and the installation went beautifully. Fast forward to Wednesday of this week, and I had an emergency and needed some light fixtures delivered to this same client’s home. I called Ed Wednesday afternoon and he made it happen, first thing Thursday morning, to the delight of my client.
I’ve always had great service from your company but when you’re dealing with an important client and relying on people you hadn’t necessarily worked with in the past, there’s always a risk. I was so pleased, as was my client, and thought your team was very deserving of some compliments!

We were suppose to have our furniture delivered on Monday of last week. They called and canceled on Monday morning and said it was not able to fit on their truck and that the set will not be delivered until the next Monday. We were very upset with this and could not do anything about. So we waited. Patrick and Pat Jr. delivered our piece tonight and when I can say they did a great job. They did… It was wrapped up and they took their time unwrapping and putting it together. When the glass pieces were to be put in the cabinet, Patrick took out his white gloves and made sure it was perfection! His son cleaned up the boxes from the porch and off they went. Im not sure if Mondays problem was their fault but after seeing the work and detail they did, Im over it. I would recommend this company to my family and friends if they wanted their furniture and home in one piece :-) Thanks Patrick and Pat. Worth the wait.

This is an easy one! I first called & sent e-​mails to obtain a cost and delivery date for 6 days, before finally reaching a real person (Jeremy). He gave a quote, and said that they could pick up the following day if I were to get the info to him, which I did.
Heard nothing all day — and called numerous times over the the next few days.
Finally, got through to the Ops Director/​President, Kirk. He coordinated a pick up 3 days after originally promised, and a delivery 9 days after that. And the price went up by over $ 50.00 to 301.49.
Numerous calls to them that were unanswered…
–6 days to get a quote and pick up date (from initial request)
–4 days after that to get a pick-​up scheduled
— And an additional 9 days for transport from Southern CA to Northern CA.
I called another moving service, and have had the bed picked up, delivered in one day, for 250.00

I had been dealing with an absolute nightmare with a furniture manufacturer; the product was to ship within 4 – 6 of delivery, but on week 12 it had not moved. Once the product made it to Justo Blanket Wrap their truck to Colorado (where my client is) had already left and our furniture wouldn’t be delivered for another 4 weeks! No one at the manufacturer would speak to me, return my calls, or e-​mails but Angel and Jeremy with Justo kept me up to date daily. They not only fought for us and our client to receive the product sooner than the 4 week window, they personally wrapped the product SUPER well and expedited the shipment. I wish these guys were in Denver so I could use them on the regular! I would recommend these guys to my mom (and you KNOW that means they are great).

If there was an option to give negative stars, I would. Where do I even begin, the drivers are RUDE, Inconsiderate, un-​cleanly and un-​professional. The company came highly recommended, but turns out is just a mom and pop moving service that doesn’t care about quality or customer service. The staff at the call center was incompetent and didn’t have a clue about my delivery. The drivers were rude and rushed through the delivery knocking over items, tracking dirt and debris on the carpet and just down right did not care. I WILL NEVER use this service ever again. I will pay extra to have the professionals do it.

Justo has handled delivery for my company and for me personally. I highly recommend them. They delivered locally (in the bay area) and to Texas. Was very disappointed. My furniture was picked up from the store quickly, on the Monday before Thanksgiving, and was told it might deliver by Wednesday, before Thanksgiving.
It is now Thursday, one week later; they never called me, I had to call them to make sure my furniture was not lost. Then they said they would call to give me a 2-​hour window — they did not call; I had to call them again on the Thursday they were supposed to deliver. They said they would deliver between 1−3pm.
It is now 4:15pm — they have not delivered, nor did they call. I called them again and was told their driver was delayed — they would contact their driver and call me back to let me know when he would be coming. That was half an hour ago, and as before, they have not called…

I have been working with this family owned business for over 4 years and I can’t recommend them enough. They are good solid business poeple with your best intentions at heart. I deal with incredibly expensive furniture and cannot afford mistakes like ding, chips etc. They have a real commitment to doing it right. Give them a call for items you can’t be worried about.
