Cleaning Services

I just started bimonthly services with Cleaning Services, and I can already tell it’s going to be a good relationship, which, any time you invite people into your home, you are entering into a relationship.
The whole transaction so far has been really slick. The estimator accommodated my schedule, and met me at my home. The cost was reasonable, and I love being able to have the services charged to a credit card, so I don’t have to worry about leaving a check every time. I can hardly wait until the spring to have them come out to clean my windows, too.

I used their service for gutter cleaning. The team showed up promptly at the agreed upon time. The team was great. They were courteous and did a great job. Carrie helped with the price quote and scheduling the service. She is a perfect example of a professional focused on customer service. I highly recommend.

Excellent Job of windows — inside and out, gutters, carpets and tile. Courteous, prompt and friendly service, will be using them again next year.

I had Cleaning Services come in today to clean and polish my hardwood floors. My floors are 15 years old and look pretty bad :(But I figured I would give Cleaning Services a try to make them look a bit better until I can coordinate getting them refinished. Wow, they look amazing! better than I ever expected! Thanks Cleaning Services!

Very careful planning and detailed instructions before the cleaning gave me confidence. This service is run as a business with quality control and continuous communication.

I use them for the past two years every month clean my carpet they don’t do a very good job
I think now they are new management and this new management is terrible people They are always so busy to schedule you in They don’t clean carpets good they don’t clean good They just steal your money I would never use them again they are Unprofessional. They are very very bad people and they service is very bad anyway please don’t use theme

I have used Cleaning Services, «Luv2Cln» for over 10 years. They do an excellent job. They also have full commercial cleaning capabilities. They have cleaned the grout on my tile floor and done an amazing job. Just today, they came to clean our living room carpet and they removed pet stains I was convinced could never be removed. I give them 5 Stars. You’re in great hands. I have left my wedding ring on the counter, $ 100 in a jar on my counter… They are honest and trustworthy. You never have to worry.

They are my first cleaning service and I am so glad I found them. Efficient, trustworthy and dependable they make coming home WONDERFUL!

In response to management stating they were unable to verify me as a costumer… It’s BULL****. I called, complained, and never received any resolution, or even a call back! … oh and to add after my last review I found when they cleaned my baseboards, the sprayed their solution on the board and it splashed on my paint which I then had to repaint! The entire area around my baseboards … Frustrating doesn’t even begin to explain my experience with this joke of a company.

We just had our first cleaning yesterday and they did an excellent job! Our house looks great! Their customer service is great as well. The person we worked with to book was very helpful and replied promptly. Today, they called to follow up to make sure we were satisfied. Would definitely recommend!

Just started using this company. Their first time deep clean was great as was the follow up clean. I had them clean my carpets and sofas this week. The price was excellent and so was the cleaning. They are always prompt and the people who come polite and helpful. I am definitely a fan

I have used them for biweekly cleaning for a few months and I am very happy! They come on time, clean our place quickly and leave it smelling super clean. My husband is a neat freak and was resistant to having strangers come to our house to clean. But after seeing the results even he is impressed!

This company are the best at what they do. I’ve used them on different occasions and have always been happy with their work. I look at everything closely afterward and it’s always consistently good. The staff is always kind and helpful, and will always call me afterward to make sure the job was to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

I have been through a few cleaning services over the years and it seems that these guys have been the most reliable as far as scheduling and, most important, cleanliness. Anjelica is most often the team leader for my house and I appreciate the way she does a good job leading the girls. My two boys’ bathroom (plus catbox) is no easy feat! But I’m always pleasantly greeted by the smell and visual of cleanliness when they’ve left.
Management will leave infrequent messages making sure everything is going well and they also offer discounts for being open with your schedule or providing a key. And, occasionally if i’ve forgotten to leave the door unlocked, they will try to come back later, but otherwise are pretty patient with my oversight!
Also have used their carpet cleaning — they do a good job at that as well!

Always great service. Starting from the phone call to the work performed. I love coming home after they have been here. Thank you for making my carpets white again:) I am once again very pleased!

I have used them twice now and have started a bi-​weekly service. They are prompt and consistent. I have been very happy with the service and would recommend them.

This is an update to my review of June 2012. I am downgrading the review and updating my comments due to the dishonest remarks posted by the principal of Cleaning Services on April 1, 2014.
First, our family did not berate you or your cleaning team. Nobody present was rude or abusive to your team. We simply asked you what you were going to do after the miserable outcome of the work your team was hired to do.
Your team did not perform and the result was a SPECTACULAR disaster with the pigeon crap you sprayed all over my patio. Furthermore, the floors were still filthy, the woodwork in the kitchen dusty, the range hood greasy, and the grout in the tiling still black.
Before I end this critique, I would remind you that the pigeon crap was not simply swept from the balcony to the patio below — it was blasted all over the walls of my home, the windows, the planters, and the patio. You didn’t just make an error in judgement, the «cleaning service» I paid for created a bigger mess than what was present before your team arrived.
My wife and my family simply pointed out to you that these missed spots were not flaws in our home, but rather something that could be remedied with a little effort. Effort I might add that you were hired to provide.
In my opinion, you should have refunded part of the fee and finished the service to a level we could mutually agree upon. Instead, you chose to act defensive and play the role of the poor abused small business owner who had to work late.
Like many of the other posters on this thread, I would have settled for a simple apology and a partial refund. In reviewing your comments I can see that you continue to deceive yourself with regard to the quality of services you provide.

I recently hired Cleaning Services to clean the apartment I was moving out of. After the walk through with our apartment manager she mentioned that she has never seen an apartment look so clean upon someone moving out and we will be receiving our full deposit back.
Lynette and her team and very professional and the price was very reasonable.
