To put it frankly, Tomo is the BEST. For me, plumbing is an area where it is hard to find an honest, hardworking man like Tomo. He has great customer service skills, and was very honest and straight forward with me. He worked very hard and quickly, so I never felt he was taking advantage of me or my money! I was very impressed with how quickly he responded to my call, and how friendly and professional he was. I have already called Tomo on more than one occasion. I am so happy I found someone I can call «my plumber.»

Tomo’s plumbing did an awesome job replacing old cast iron drains under my house. It was a difficult job and I was impressed with final result. They definitely exceeded my expectations. I had them back to replace all of the old leaking galvanized gas lines in the house. Once again they were very responsive and very professional and worked very quickly this minimizing any disruption. All the team were friendly and professional. Tomo runs a great operation. They are highly skilled and can take care of even the most difficult jobs so I highly recommend them. I will have Tomo on speed dial from now on.

I returned home from a five day trip last night to find a plumbing DISASTER in my bathroom. Sewage backed up everywhere and a seriously disgusting bathroom. I had no idea what to do so I turned to Unilocal and found Tomo’s Plumbing. He answered the phone right away and 30 minutes later was at my house. He went right to work and got the job done immediately. I’m so grateful to him for his professionalism and prompt service. He’s my new plumber going forward now!

I’ve used Tomo a few times over the past 1 ½ years, some really big jobs, luckily today was not so big, but always he is just the BEST! My husband and I just moved into our new (new construction) home and need the toilet re-​installed since we got the floors re-​done. Tomo’s plumbing noticed an issue with the initial installation of the toilet and corrected on the spot. They are affordable and extremely professional. I would recommend this company to anyone. We have since called them back to install a new kitchen faucet and again, they did the great job. This company is my go-​to for all plumbing needs!!!

Tomo is a great plumber, is reasonably priced, and is honest. I have called him multiple times for help with plumbing issues at my mission valley condo. After a few issues with my garbage disposal I decided maybe it was best to buy and install a new one. Tomo went over to take a look and told me the disposal was fine, but the tenants were putting weird food down the sink which was causing the issues. He took the time to educate my tenants on what not to put down the sink, and told me I didn’t need to install a new disposal. Since he could have earned more money by installing the new disposal, I was very impressed and thankful for his honesty. Good man. I would highly recommend him.

Today is the second time Tomo has come out and performed work on our house. He helped my father install a shower manifold approximately 3 years ago and today he re-​installed a toilet that was leaking. I can’t say enough about Tomo. He is responsive and does quality work. I would highly recommend him for any and all plumbing related issues you may have.

We use Tomo for our units in San Diego, which is an older building and he is great!

Tomo is the best! Hands down. Treats his customers right and does solid work. My house’s old plumbing is constantly needing fixes and Tomo always saves the day! I wish everyone was as reliable and honest in their trade as him!

We cannot thank Tomo enough for his (and his contractor’s work). We have had a repeat problem with out toilets and plumbing. After having paid other people, and still having a problem, we found Tomo’s Plumbing.
We had a difficult problem which ended up to be something major, and required digging six feet down in our front yard to access the mail line, here in the east Chula Vista area. It sounded like a nightmare which would take days and lots of money.

New to SD and now I have no need to look for a plumber… we found Tomo.
He has helped us with two plumbing projects at home and both times gave us a great solution and excellent pricing. The first project was hooking up the washer to a grey water system and then we had a minor sink repair. Tom’s professional and friendly at the same time. He’s also a busy plumber –a good thing, right? but he always finds a convenient time in his schedule.

Had Tomo’s come out on 1÷24÷14. It was a tad of a hassle scheduling the appointment but I could not have asked for better results.
The Good: On time, did more listening than talking (no selling), quiet, professional, knowledgeable, and I was VERY pleased with the work.
The Bad: Had to reschedule a couple of times but he was upfront and honest about availability so I would not hold that against him.
If you need a good plumber, he’s the guy. I give good reviews where they are deserved and Tomo’s earned theirs.

Spoke to Tomo on Friday and he told me he would come out to my house to fix a clogged drain on Monday between 9:30am and 10:30am. He didn’t show. I called him at 11:45am to see what the deal was and his phone went straight to voicemail. So, here I am trying to get someone else to come out on my only day off of work since this guy left me hanging. Incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate. Thanks for having me sit here and wait for you and not even having the courtesy to let me know you weren’t going to make it.

Of course, Thanksgiving day, our kitchen sink decides it’s going to back up and not drain.
Promptly, the morning after the holiday, Tom answered our prayers.
Here walks in a handsome, Irishman, accent and all, fully smiling, and thrilled to be of help. He arrived immediately within the two hour promised time frame, and absolutely over delivered –with no hidden costs or secret financially gained agendas.
Please don’t bother calling any of those Jumbo local companies. They’ll take ya for all you’ve got. Besides, someone’s gotta pay for all those commercials with the catchy jingles. Not, I!

The only reason that I don’t have 5 stars is that he didn’t really smile much. He just came, worked. That’s excellent and all but
I think that a smile with the service makes a better customer experience.

Tomo is definitely one of those guys that does what he needs to do to get the job done! I’m definitely glad that Unilocal pulled through for me once again.
My issue was that I thought I could swap out the shower cartridge myself and had bought all the necessary hardware to do so. I’m pretty handy at most DIY projects and this seemed like an easy one until I pulled the entire core of the cartridge out without the outer shell. At this point I’m pretty much SOL.
Tomo came to my rescue with a simple box of magic tools to get the job done. The outer shell of the cartridge was bonded to the piping as the hard water lime built up through out the years. He worked his magic for about 15 minutes and I faintly hear a «YES!!!» Then it was all up and up from that point out.
This guy knows exactly what he’s doing and does it very well with a smile on top. I am very pleased with the work and will be a long time customer. Very professional, efficient, and has VERY competitive rates! I highly recommend him to anyone! BTW, I called him around 8 pm and he was at my door within 15 minutes. Thank you Plumbing GODs, this is one of the good apples!

I picked Tomo based on reviews, I must agree; he’s great. Efficient, reasonable, good dude. He had to take out a 12 inch square in my wall. He found the problem instantly, fixed it and gave me thenumber of a guy to fix the dry wall.
