History

Established in 2002.

Raul began our involvement in real estate in 2002, after a successful career in banking and industry in Mexico and in more recent years, in Tijuana, and had gone on to serve numerous peers and friends with real estate decisions. He brings his legal, management and accounting/​business background into real estate skills particularly in the areas of negotiation and issue resolution. Mary Beth has a background in international logistics/​customs compliance and brings offers strengths in marketing, customer service and business development opportunities to the team. Erika Rubalcaba and Maggie Reynoso complement the team’s experience with skills in the areas of customer service; real estate and property management operations; marketing and social media and an updated, proactive approach to meeting ever-​changing business needs.

Business Owner

Raul Viruete is originally from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, and has degrees in Law, Accounting and an MBA. He worked for numerous years in the government and in banking while providing consulting service and teaching in the University of Guadalajara. Mary Beth Viruete completed undergraduate work in Business/​Marketing and Spanish, and later received a Master’s Degree in International Management. Both of us are honored to invest our education and business and real estate experience in advocating for our clients and in providing the most effective and professional real estate guidance possible.
