Im a local San Diegan. Ive had this business for 8 years now and have taken care of hundreds of small businesses.

Our specialty is Remote Monitoring and Mangement of your office with same day availability for ON SITE repairs. We can monitor all aspects of these systems 24 hours a day!

We have built entire offices from construction phase to running clinic. This includes running all the low voltage wiring, installing desktops, mounting TV’s, installing office music, setting up the server, creating a domain, installing all the software (ex: Dentrix G5 for dentists), VPN/​firewall setup, and finally offsite backup.

After reading all of the positive reviews I was sure Mr. Hookup was the way to go. I called to find an appropriate time to take my laptop in and was immediately told they only offer their services to small businesses now. No explanation as to why their practices have changed. How unfortunate.

Mr. Hookup amazing service! Cole has excellent customer service. Mr. Hookup fixed my laptop that was dead since january. He took the virus away and restored my laptop. Cole provides great service at a great Price. I definitely recommend him for personal house repairs and larger business work as well. Best computer service in the Chula Vista area. Cole can also pick up your computers. Recommend! Excellent job Cole keep up the amazing service.

I wanted to upgrade my computer but was torn between MAC or PC. There are pros and cons to each. I visited my local computer repair shop and just dropped this simple question. They were totally divided, but brought up some points I hadn’t considered. These guys know their stuff! In the end, I think I might end up building my own computer with their help so I can incorporate all the things I want into one rig.

My dad always told me you need 3 great pros in your life… a great accountant, a great doctor and a great lawyer. Well… I am adding a great computer guy to that list!!! Cole is amazing and sooooo nice. My computer died and would not boot. I nearly had a seizure thinking of all the things on there I needed. Cole came out to review my situation and I knew right away I was in good hands. I was all panicked and he knew exactly what to do. Turns out I needed a new one which I ordered through him and he customized for me retrieving all my data. Low and behold my external hard drive then crashed at the same time as him installing my new computer and he managed to recover and transfer all those files as well. Not one week later I did something so stupid that I dare not type it on here for fear of ridicule and I had to call Cole immediately to bail me out of the mess I had gotten myself into. He may as well have worn a cape and flew in because he rescued me (from myself as it turns out) and didn’t make me feel terrible for my ridiculous mistake. Very professional. His prices are reasonable and worth every penny. I would shout it from the rooftops for anyone and everyone to go to Cole for their computer needs. You won’t be sorry. Hope this was helpful… and don’t bother asking me about the incredibly stupid thing I did a week after getting my beautiful brand new computer… I am trying to keep my dignity in tact. And I KNOW Cole will never tell. :-)

Highly recommendable! Left a message at 9:30 AM, got a call back at 9:50 AM, explained my problem and he came 30 minutes later with the necessary hardware on hand. This is fast service! I had a terrible network problem that another IT guy couldn’t fix, but Cole quickly diagnosed the problem, reconfigured some of my wiring, used as much of my hardware as possible to minimized costs and installed a wifi extender to give us better signal in part of the house. While repairing our network he also fixed another issue with our Mac. He only took an hour to fix everything and now we are all happy. You can’t go wrong with Cole.

Mr. Hook up is fantastic. I own a small business. Our server started slowing down, and all the client machines had various programs that weren’t running right, we’re glitchy or just slow. It was really starting to affect office performance. I was afraid it was time to replace machines. Cole came over and checked out each machine, cleaned up some conflicts and streamlined the settings. Next thing we know everything is running like a brand new system. Every machine is like brand new. Not having to replace machines saved us a ton and a lot of down time. Very professional and knowledgable. Think you.

My cousin referred Mr. Hookup to us when I needed some IT help with an old server at my old office. At the time we had an ancient server and we needed to salvage what we had. Cole made it happen. When we moved into our new building. Mr. Hookup wired it, got us new machines and set up our entire network. They were very helpful with everything we needed help with. Mr Hook Up is our entire family’s computer guy. He has fixed a laptop that went over the banister in a fall… thinking a new one was going to be the only solution, he brought it back to life. He remotely handles problems with our computers here and even for family members 3000 miles away. That is huge for parents who live across the country and always have questions or problems with their computers. Cole is trustworthy, gets the job done right the first time and knows his stuff. You can’t go wrong with Mr. Hook Up… although it did set up a lively discussion the first time my husband saw «Mr Hook Up» on the charge card statement. He is the best go to guy for computer issues.

My hard drive crashed in my iMac. Mr, Hook Up was able to get me a new hard drive and get me up and running right away. In a way, I’m glad it happened. The hard drive they put in my iMac is faster and better than the stock one and Mr. Hook Up got the computer back to me in better condition than it was when it was when it was new from the Apple store!

Cole is our IT guy because he can handle my husband and my on going computer issues. We have worked with Cole for over three years and he has never let us down. I was having computer problems in the middle of tax season and was able to get Cole Kelly (the owner) on the phone. He remotely accessed my computer to see what was going on. Within minutes he had diagnosed that some of my settings were wrong; talked me thru what I was doing wrong; and reset settings that made my computer to operate faster. All remotely — no down time and very fast and professional. Just what I needed to get back up and running. Thanks again!
