History

Established in 2003.

I started as a motivated new agent back in 2003, quickly learning and taking in everything I could I achieved Rookie of Year status in my first 12 months in the business. Since then I have not lost that drive of learning and wanting to become a better agent for my clients. Always focusing on my clients best interest has allowed my team to grow as I rewarded with their loyalty and ongoing referrals.

I have been a FULL TIME real estate agent since I started in the business back in 2003 and have sold millions in real estate. I have sold detached homes, town homes, condominiums, and multifamily units all over San Diego county. I​n addition, I’ve​closed multiple deals as short sales with​various liens, bank owned​, direct foreclosure​s​, and​transactions involving​deceased​family members where​the​property is sold by the trustee or through probate. Each transaction is unique and has it’s own story, complication, or fluidity. I’m proud to say that I handle each sale with the same attention to professionalism. All of this has allowed me the opportunity to work with many good agents, service providers, and great clients. Because of this I have gained experience​which I get to share and provide to my new and repeat clients on a daily basis.
