Dustin is a true professional in his industry. Dustin helped us sell our condo over market value and helped us purchase our dream home because of his reputation and negotiation skills. More importantly, Dustin is someone you can trust to look out for the best interest of his clients while backing it up with years of experience and a wide breadth of knowledge. Selling and buying at the same time seemed so overwhelming for us but Dustin really made the mechanics of the transaction seamless. Dustin is the best! I am a first time home buyer and Dustin was so patient with us and knowledgeable. I have to tell you guys about my Agent … i listed my house 1 week ago, i wanted to list the house $ 50k over market value ($ 650k) because i wasnt in a hurry. Dustin here told me NO!
He wanted me to list it at $ 585 – 665. don’t ask me how but we are in escrow this morning !
The house sold for $ 665k, $ 65k over market value in 1 week!!!
When it comes to advise i must have asked Dustin a zillion questions and not only did he answer them all he did with a smile !!!
