After wasting 3 months of my time with an inexperienced real estate agent I quickly realized that Daniel is the real deal. Daniel helped us with our home sale in San Diego, and even though we’ve been through the home sale process a few times before, Daniel was a great resource to guide us through the entire sale. We were dealing with a particularly «challenging» buyer, and Daniel saved me from a couple of potential meltdowns by putting things in perspective — and ultimately we closed the sale as planned and on schedule. We relocated out of state prior to the sale, so Daniel was awesome about checking on the house periodically to make sure everything was clean and in order prior to any showings. I think he even dealt with some pretty nasty smelling trash cans at one point. :) Daniel certainly goes above and beyond without being asked or expected — would love to work with him again if the opportunity presents itself!

Daniel sold our home in Chula Vista in November 2015 in under a month at 2% more than the expected value. Extremely delighted with his service — 5 stars all the way. If you want more details then read on.
Ours was a single family home in Chula Vista that we bought not too long ago. We were in the process of relocating to Seattle and needed help with selling our home. We spoke to 4 different agents and decided to work with Daniel because of his fact based approach and sound marketing strategy. We had the choice to work with other realtors who offered a lower commission percentage, but we put a premium on Daniel’s effective marketing strategy. And he delivered! Sold our home at a great price in ~2 weeks and got wire transfer in 2 more weeks. The average time it takes to sell and close your home during Q4 of 2015 was about 90 days in Chula Vista. Daniel saved us at least 2 months that translated into mortgage payment savings. The other important factor was price. We feel that Daniel helped us get to the right buyers who knew the right value of our home and was willing to pay the right price (2% higher than we initially expected).
Daniel helped us stage and present the home in a way that attracted a lot of buyers (just check out his current/​previous listings). He is very strategic about the timing of the listing going live, appointment times, open houses etc. This helps keep the excitement alive. He was also very sensitive to your needs. We had an issue with people not using the disposable booties. Daniel responded immediately, posted stickers on the doors and ensured that it was not an issue going forward. Finally, the thing that I liked most about Daniel is that he works in the background without bragging about it. Selling a home is a complicated process involving multiple parties that require a lot of coordination; Daniel made it seem like an easy one.

Thanks to Daniel, my husband and I quickly and easily closed on our first home. We knew little to nothing of how the buying process worked, and we weren’t sure what we should expect budget wise.
