Great quality products and the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
There have been several times when I’ve had problems with my glasses in regards to it bending or me being allergic to the material, but Richelle was sure to help me out as much as possible.
It’s clear that quality assurance is a priority with this store.

First time ordering from this company online. I was referred to by a friend and the quality of their eye wear is amazing!
All though I came across a small speed bump, I received my order but I was missing an item. I called the 9FIVE headquarters to explain to them that I did not receive one of the items I had ordered online, and right away they took care of the issue with no hassle and even made sure that it went out that same day.
Good quality and good customer service is the type of things I like! They will definitely be seeing my business again in the near future.

I think it’s time we move away from Ray Bans. 9five’s style is much more suited for fr those going for that urban style look. They just scream San Diego to me and you know you gotta represent if you love this city like I do.
Other than that, the employees are always willing to help and this time is no exception. They also give military discounts which is a plus for me personally.

I was not aware of this brand until I received a pair of glasses as a gift a few months ago. To my dismay, one of the screws popped loose. I brought the pair to the store and the girl promptly repaired the glasses.
I was impressed by the customer service and even more impressed by their product line. The store was well maintained and they had a great selection. I look forward to shopping here in the future.

I’ve always liked the selection of sunglasses that 9five offers and when I found out there was a 9five location in otay, I was thrilled. (Have multiple pairs of 9five sunglasses). Went to this location and I received great customer service when I told them I wanted to switch over to polarized lenses on a pair of my sunglasses. The time to switch out the lenses was quick and the price was reasonable.
I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for some new shades or frames!
