We open M-​F 9 – 6 pm and Saturdays 9 – 3 pm.

History

Established in 2003.

The practice started in 2003 providing vision and eye care as well as a great selection of eyewear and all types of contact lenses to the communities of east Chula Vista.

Meet the Business Owner

Efrain M.

Business Owner

Dr. Efrain Mascareño has practiced and lived in Chula Vista since 1997.

He recieved his Doctor of Optometry degree from the UC Berkeley. He’s fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Mascareño is therapeutically board certified in the treatment of eye diseases and has extensive experience in contact lens fittings. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, the California Optometric Association and the San Diego County Optometric Association.

He enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time outdoors with his three kids.
