I never had a bad experience at this location. I was helped very well by the Manager Nicole & my salesperson Elsa. They were awesome helped my girlfriend and I pick out an upgrade on my girlfriends promise ring. I have always been in good standing with Daniel’s and never had problems with them. Nicole is very honest and will help you choose something that is very beautiful and affordable for your budget. She went step by step with me and was VERY patient! Elsa was also really nice and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. I will be returning to this location for an engagement ring. This is also a good place to build your credit. Nicole will teach you step by step to building good credit w/​them. Ask for Nicole or Elsa!

Brought two of my watches (a Tag Heuer and a Bathys) here for batteries on July 13^th because I wanted them worked on by a competent jeweler. The sales manager told me they had to send them out to their in house jeweler. A month later I got them back and the Tag was not working at all and the Bathys wouldn’t allow you to set the correct time. Sent them back and got the Tag back a month later. The Bathys was still at the jewelers with no good explanation as to why he didn’t send it. Three weeks later I got the Bathys back but it was missing its days of the week indicator hand. They tried to tell me it was that way when I gave it to them and even had the gall to try and charge me for their work. Keep in mind that the Bathys is a rare diver’s watch for which parts are practically nonexistent.
Incompetence is one thing, but breaking my Bathys watch and then blatantly lying about it is another! Bottom line: I took my nice, working watches for batteries in July and didn’t get them back until mid October… and one is irreparably damaged by this dishonest jeweler!

Horrible place never go here they forced me into running my credit and once I did they screwed me over and did not give me the deal they promised they just end up screwing you after you run your credit
