History

Established in 2011.

I started this business with the belief that people should be able to have a high quality carpet or upholstery cleaning and personalized service together. I have 9 years in this industry and have served the Hyde Park, Southloop, Gold Coast neighborhoods in Chicago and most Chicago Suburbs for the last two years.

We are family owned and operated in Hyde Park.

We can service Single Family homes, High Rise homes, an most anything in between!

We offer a variety of cleaning packages including a Hypo Allergenic/​Allergy Relief cleaning!

We also offer free inspections in order to give a custom experience and fair pricing!

I love Cleaning Carpets! That’s why I feel like I’ve never worked a day in this business! I originally moved to Chicago 12 years ago because of a fascination with Chicago that started in my early childhood.

Moving here was good move mainly because I met my beautiful wife here!

We love pets and my wife especially loves rabbits.

We give back to our community by sharing in volunteer work.

When I’m not cleaning carpets we enjoy trying out local restaurants with our friends and family.

Reuben did an excellent job cleaning my upholstered king size bed and mattresses. He took his time and was diligent with the worst spots. We discussed cleaning my leather couches but after a few spot tests found it would not be beneficial. I will definitely have him come back out to clean my carpets and upholstery again!!!

Great job! Got a terrible coffee stain out without any residual stain that had set in! The carpets look brand new! Was really impressed with the customer service. Reuben came by in a day’s notice! Would definitely recommend.

Don’t go anywhere else! The Red Carpet Cleaning Inc. is your absolute best choice for cleaning furniture. Reuben is one of the nicest, most polite people I have ever met. I had around 50 – 60 desk chairs at the office that were COVERED in dry wall bits and dust. Reuben came in and did an absolutely FANTASTIC job cleaning all of the chairs! He is professional, thorough, and an absolute pleasure to work with.
I am definitely going to use this company for all future needs.

Reuben did an absolutely first-​class job, with real challenges.
I am not based in Chicago, but my mother is, and had some furniture she had moved from her old apartment to her new one. In her new apartment she found herself having extremely serious asthma attacks, and by a process of elimination we guessed it had to do with her furniture; even though she’d had it before, in the new configuration she was using it much, much more.
Reuben not only did an absolutely amazing job on the particular couch we had suggested, but went way over and above in identifying other problem areas, and proactively cleaning them. The apartment itself had been cleaned prior to move-​in, but the air vent had not, and he also suggested a hypoallergenic treatment for all the work.
I need to point out that the price was *extremely* reasonable — this was not an instance of upselling. This was just supremely conscientious, professional workmanship. And the end result is that, astonishingly (touch wood!) my mother has not had an asthma attack since, and that is now more than a month ago.
His follow-​up, too, was of the highest order; he sent me photos of what he’d done, and checked in a month later to make sure that all was well.
It doesn’t get better than this. The highest possible recommendation.

Reuben was very accommodating and did a great job cleaning a large area rug in my living room. I was apprehensive about cleaning the rug because of the material and construction, but he took great care to make sure it was cleaned properly and to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them and use this company in the future

The best choice you can make for carpet cleaning. First Reuben is extremely nice and flexible. He helped to work around our challenging schedule to fit us in quickly.
Then he did an amazing job. We have a bulldog that likes to roll around, chew toys, and just take naps on the carpet and after awhile he created many stains. Rueben went above and beyond to get those stains out. The carpet really looks like new.
Last it’s great to support a small business in the neighborhood. He offers competitive pricing and takes pride in his work, He works all over Chicago, call him!

I am an interior designer and found Red Carpet Cleaning through a neighbor after the man I had previously used retired. My white carpets have not looked this good since they were new! Rueben was on time, clean and efficient but, most importantly, he knows his stuff. His price is reasonable. I highly recommend him.

The Red Carpet Cleaning Inc did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. We called on a Wednesday and they were able to come out and give us an estimate and clean the carpets on Saturday. Reuben was fantastic fitting us in. We were unable to have the carpets cleaned during the week and he was very accommodating. He took the time to explain everything he was doing while the work was being completed. Very realistic pricing and great work. We’re very pleased! Highly recommended!

Rueben at Red Carpet Cleaning is terrific — knows his work and does a great job — we had an ink stain in the middle of a gold couch — and needed our carpet cleaned badly — came out the day I called to give an estimate — spent the time to get the ink stain out right then and came back a few days later to do the job — spent hours needed to do a great job cleaning carpet, couch and chair. Highly recommend.
