History

Established in 1950.

The business was started over 65 years ago by George Floyd Senior, the business was started as a means to feed his family in that time it has fed many families and change many lives. He started his career out as a carpet cleaner later becoming a master carpet installer and teaching many others as well as family members to help make their lives better. The number one goal of his company was to give a fair product for fair price and to give excellent service.

George Floyd JR. is the manager and responsible for the day-​to-​day operations of the Carpetman business I started out in his business from the bottom picking up scraps on job sites vacuuming and cleaning carpet up to installing carpeting and now running the business that was started by my father I believe that if you give a good service and you are of service can people will be happy to do business with you. This is the business that I love.
