This will be my third Chinese visa and this is the best agency I have ever worked with. Not because I spoke to someone and they coaches me through the process, but because I can follow directions and send the proper documents. I was updated along the entire way with email notifications about where in the process I was at. From reception of the documents to delivery to the consulate and send back I was kept in the loop. Business done right that’s all to say.

I literally tripped over SWIFT because they are next door to Chinese Consulate in Chicago. After talking to the folks at SWIFT, I realized that I could save a bunch of money over driving all the way from Ohio to get my own Chinese visa. Since then, I have used SWIFT for a new passport, Brasilian visa etc. Every time, they have been great about answering questions, expediting the paperwork and keeping me informed every step of the way. I wouldn’t use any other company.

I’ve been procuring China visas for the past five years. I’d been working with an expediter in San Francisco (where I’m located) but when my local contact left the company, I was back to FedEx-​ing passports across the country to their main office. When I needed to get an Indian tourist visa for my boss I decided to give Swift Passport Services a try.
Here’s the deal: my CEO’s passport was with Swift in Chicago, getting the visa processed. On Labor Day Monday, CEO had a death in the family and needed to get to China asap. Rob returned my frantic URGENT emails on a holiday weekend as he was getting off an airplane. Due to their fantastic customer service (on a holiday!) I received the passport in time to hand it off to my CEO on his way to the airport this morning.
Disclaimer: Rob is my cousin, but I don’t think I got special treatment because I’m family, I think I got special treatment because that’s how they treat all of their customers. I highly recommend Swift Passport Services.

I cannot say enough positive things about the Swift team. I was in a REAL pickle due to 2 back to back work trips. Multiple people at Swift walked me through my options (had to get a Second Valid Passport), and obtained 2 Visa’s for me over the course of 2 weeks. All this DESPITE a Consulate going on strike for a number of days. I am very hesitant to trust others when it comes to my travel logistics, and Swift more than delivered. I will be a customer for life!

I’d never needed to expedite a passport before and I was a little nervous about leaving my documents with someone.
What a GREAT experience I had with Swift Passport Services. They were knowledgeable, helpful and communicated amazingly well during the entire process. Their email communication system is only surpassed by their personal emails to me to confirm the information! In addition, when the overnight delivery service was delayed due to bad weather across the country, Swift offered to go to FedEx and change the delivery method for quicker delivery if I needed it!
They were great to work with — highly recommend them!

THIS PLACE IS PHENOMENAL! I needed to get my passport renewed quickly for a business trip coming up in two weeks. Swift took a new picture, processed my application, and my new passport was ready to be picked up in less than 5 days!!!

I usually don’t write reviews, but these guys were great. We needed Brazilian visas for our upcoming trip. The nearest consulate office is 3.5 hours away from our house so I didn’t want to have to take the time off of work and pay for the gas to stand in line all day. I was worried I would have to pay the expedited price with Carnival coming, but they assured me the regular $ 75 fee would be fine. They received our passport and paperwork on January 8th and told us to expect it back around January 27th. We ended up receiving it on January 22nd. I couldn’t be happier I chose swift. I was worried about the whole process after reading some competitor reviews, but feel I definitely made the right choice.

I’m so overdue to write this review… but in short, this place should be your go to for expediting documents! I did a passport through Swift and could not have been more pleased.
My husband and I had a very short time to get my passport updated to go to Asia and swift handled it beautifully. One of the most impressive parts of the whole process is the communication with their team. Not only are they extremely responsive via email but their system makes sure you know where your documents are in each step of the process and they provide you quick feedback. In my case, my marriage certificate was not official and I needed to call the county for a certified copy. As soon as they found this out I received an email from their team with detailed instructions and a note to contact them with any questions. Once I returned that back to them, I received two more status updates for where my order was in the process and when it was ready for, in my case, pick-​up at their convenient downtown office.
Two logistic notes about their office, there is metered parking on state street and I found that easily at 830am on a Friday. Second, Swift shares a building with the Chinese consulate that opens at 9am. People will start lining up at the door outside of the building earlier, so make sure you go into the building and avoid that hassle!
The other important point about the Swift team is that they know the processes for these documents inside and out. If you are like me and fretting about having the right forms, boxes checked, and documentation, they will spend the time to clarify everything. Since their office was easy to get to, I chose to go in person, fill out the forms at their computer station, and print them right there! I also did not have my photos, but they were able to take care of that immediately onsite.
Last thing, if you are in a pinch and forget your checkbook they can also write out the checks to the government on your behalf for a small fee, which for me given my name change rush came in quite handy!

Absolutely incredible customer service, and borderline disturbing how fast they operate. Placed an order for the 8 – 10 business day passport renewal service and mailed my passport out overnight on a Thursday afternoon. It arrived in perfect condition that next TUESDAY.

BEYOND AMAZED with Swift! We dropped by Monday afternoon at 3pm with all our paperwork and did the regular service to get the Passport done. Just paid the normal fee knowing that it’ll be done in approximately 7 – 10 business days, which was great since my girlfriend would need the Passport then.
But it turns out that it was completed on Wednesday afternoon. It was shipped out 1-​day expedited and got it on Thursday!
They were of great help getting us going. Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs their Passports taken care of swiftly! :)

Like an idiot I booked a trip to Cancun with some friends when my passport had expired. I realized I had 13 days till my flight and could not risk going to the post office.
So I did my research and called these guys.
I had a few «blond» moments and they worked with me to let me know what I needed before I came in to renew my passport.
I came on Thursday morning 8⁄8 and they called me end of day on Friday to let me know to pick up my passport on Monday.
The service was quite good… Turns out I spent a year in Costa Rica back in 05 when 2 of the employees were living there.
If you ever find yourself in a JAM. I think they can take care of you even 6 days before the flight leaves.
They answered VISA questions that I had about other countries.
