Millenium Trolley Tours

Bought a Groupon for this since their website stated they ran on Tuesdays. After waiting at the pickup spot and no show I called their number and got a recording that they are closed on Monday and Tuesday. Ended buying another tour through another business. Nothing like paying twice! Groupon will not honor a refund. Don’t be fooled by the great price through Groupon, you will be wasting your money. Avoid this company.

Two words: Josh and Jennifer (okay that was three but you get the point). Visited Chicago last year with friends and returned this year with my family. This was the first time on a Millenium Trolley Tour (I was on a different one last year). Josh, our tour guide was so animated and entertaining. He even entertained my know-​it-​all son. All the important tourist spots were introduced and we even got to take pictures with the Chicago skyline. Josh offered to take the photo for us. He even knew a perfect angle in which to take it at. Jennifer drove the trolley. She was such a pleasure as she inserted her fun facts and interacted with Josh. Having a «blah» experience the previous year with a different trolley tour company made me really appreciate our experience with Millenium.
Reason I keep mentioning last years trip: we took a tour last year and the lady we had sounded like she was reading from a book and she sat in the front row and just twisted her body around to talk at us. No interaction, just textbook facts. We enjoyed our tour with Josh and Jennifer so much, we didn’t want to get off the trolley. Good times! You won’t be disappointed!
