Stan Peplinski, DC, ACP

Dr. Peplinski is by far one of the best doctors of this kind of work that I’ve been to! Being an active dancer, runner and CrossFitter, I’ve seen many physical therapists over the years — and Stan definitely ranks up at the top! He’s detailed, thorough and really takes the time to get to know you as an individual. Plus the added work of stretching and exercises that you take home with you really create a holistic approach to the patient’s healing. I’m definitely taking my knees back to Stan!

I can’t say enough about the wonderful treatment I received from Dr. Peplinksi through Airrosti. From the moment I stepped through the door, he was extremely professional and kind and I could genuinely feel that he wanted to help me. I went in for a running injury and left feeling like a brand new athlete. Dr. Peplinkski was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a run down of how each appointment would go based on my progress which put my first-​time physical therapy nerves at ease. What was even more helpful was the fact that he was able to upload videos of the exercises I should be doing at home online through the Airrosti client portal. I learned exercises that I could do at home or in the gym that would help stretch and strengthen my hamstrings and gluts. With each appointment I felt progress being made and after leaving my third and final appointment, I had significantly improved. Today I returned to my favorite workout and had no pain and felt stronger than before. I would highly recommend Dr. Peplinkski for anyone feeling any discomfort or pain in any part of their body. He was friendly, efficient and I always felt like I was in good hands!

I’ve had issues with my right shoulder since I was a teenager. I’ve been doing CrossFit for a couple years. I’d learned to work around the discomfort and overcompensate for the mobility issues it caused. The tipping point was when I pulled my tricep on a pull up. My coach recommended that I see Stan about my shoulder problems because it was making me more prone to injury.
Stan was friendly, professional, and great at following up. He said that he could have me feeling better in about 3 – 5 visits. He explained that Airrosti is both a name of a company and a method of manually manipulating connective tissue, called fascia, to help injuries heal properly and prevent new injuries surrounding the problem area. I was skeptical because my right shoulder has been abnormal for more than a decade.
Treatment was a bit painful (probably a 5 or 6 on a scale of 10) but worth it. My goal was to make my right shoulder feel like my left. As promised, in just a few visits I noticed a huge difference in my range of motion and overhead movements. Now when I put both arm straight up overhead you can’t see a difference between the right and the left. Airrosti isn’t a magical fix, I need to keep stretching and strengthening my shoulder on my own to prevent injuries. But, Stan got my shoulder feeling and moving a lot better and taught me stretches and mobility so I can manage it on my own.

A friend recommended Dr. Stan after I complained about some shoulder discomfort. The discomfort was quickly turning into pain so I decided to give Airrosti a try. I was not sure what to expect and honestly didn’t think it would make much of an impact since I was mobilizing and stretching on my own. Dr. Stan did a great job of explaining exactly what Airrosti is and how it could help me. I scheduled three visits for treatment, and was skeptical that those three treatments would be all I needed despite his assurance that most people feel results at around that time. Sure enough, I began to feel my shoulder loosen up and was able to perform movements at the gym that had recently been causing me a lot of pain. Although the therapy sessions were QUITE painful at times, the results have most definitely been worth it. Dr. Peplinksi was very honest in saying that if keep up with the mobility exercises he gave me, that I would not likely have to return for more treatment. His honest and helpful approach along with the results I have seen would make me recommend him to anyone.
