Guerrero Auto & Body Repair

I went here because it was 3 blocks from my apt and my car was in and out in and out in a couple of hours or so (I dropped it off and came back). Total was $ 45. Not sure how competitive that was, but I’ll definitely be going back just because of the convenience of it.

I called Guerrero today, my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee’s ignition key wouldn’t turn. They have free towing and were there within ten minutes.
The driver spent ten minutes trying to unlock the steering so I could get it started, or at least put it in neutral so it could be towed. Since it wouldn’t go into neutral he wouldn’t tow the car as it would screw up the transfer case.
I highly appreciate his honesty, and that he wasn’t about to make a buck and screw something up.
When he was couldn’t do so he told me I should call a locksmith to fix the problem, and told me there was no charge, The locksmith he recommended was great, and repaired the problem within 45 minutes from calling them (Omega).
I appreciate Guerrero’s honesty, and will use them as soon as I need to.
