Jennifer and team have yet to let me down. I was born with thin, crooked lips and the team took their time with me as they injected the Juvederm. They listen and care about the expected results and prove to be nothing but professional.
As for the Botox, I am equally as happy. The team doesn’t just inject to inject. They are conservative to ensure the customer is happy with the results and invite you to come back, after a few days, to review the results and add more if needed.
I met the owners, Jennifer and Bert, in January 2015. They are an amazing couple with huge hearts and beautiful souls. They care deeply about their clients and will do everything possible to make us happy. I have been getting injections of Botox and Juvederm for almost a year now, and will not go anywhere but Embassy Studio. I highly recommend those looking for a natural looking enhancement of their face to visit Embassy Studio. You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely terrible service. I called somewhere around 10 – 12 times to schedule an appointment and each time I was greeted with a new excuse as to why I couldn’t make an appointment. Things like «oh, let me see, oh they are in a surgery right now, can you call back at 1:30» and when I would call back at that time someone would pick up and then hang up.
I got hung up on 7 or 8 times.
FINALLY, after calling 3 times in a row (was hung up on the first 2 times) the person told me they are no longer accepting appointments for Botox. Why they didn’t tell me that the first 10 – 11 times I called, I have no clue.
I am pretty sure this isn’t even a legitimate business and they just started a business so that they could sell Groupon’s but didn’t actually have a location or a business. Stay away from this scam!

Received a call from Jennifer, the business owner, who apologized profusely for the awful experience I had. She noted that the nurse had no right to send me home the way she did and offered to fully compensate me in return of nurse Abbey’s unprofessional manner. I felt compelled to update my previous review as I wasn’t expecting a call from the business owner herself and did not expect her to care enough to make things right. After my negative experience with the nurse I half expected the rest of the staff to be just as miserable, but I have to admit that Jennifer seemed genuinely stunned and ashamed of how I had been treated.
Thanks to my positive experience with the business owner I will return to Embassy Studios… just as long as I never have to deal with the dreaded nurse Abbey ever again.

Rhonda did botox around my eyes and a rather new treatment called VOLUMA.
This is an amazing product that lasts up to 2 YEARS. What a pleasant surprise to meet people with so much new technolgy and personality. Thank you all for making my day.

I have reviewed Embassy before (5 starts as well), but I wanted to update my review for the new injection specialist. Rhonda did my juvederm and botox about a month ago, and the results were great. I have a bit of acne scarring on my lower cheek near the side of my mouth, and Rhonda was able to inject the juvederm and crosshatch in a way that lifted it. 1 month out, it still looks great! She was personable and professional. I highly recommend her!

I was there a year ago and Cece was very professional loved my results on Juvederm. But, try to schedule new appointment left on hold for 10 mins and I was 5 min late for appoinment and was reschedule when I was few block away … After driving on traffic from the suburbs. Wont go there again.

What a great experience! Jennifer, the owner, is so amazing with her clients. Her new Juvederm person, Abby, is the BEST! I had gone before to another person who worked there but I am happy to say that Abby is as professional and knowledgeable as can be. I have made this my beauty place of choice! A+++++++!

Jennifer, Bert, and Rita are to be applauded for differentiating themselves in a community sorely lacking in integrity, quality and care. They stand shoulders and heads above others in the Chicagoland area. Their wigs are extremely high-​quality, the caps are well fitted and generous in the right areas, especially in front of the ears. Colors are matched to your desired specifications, and the styling specialists are at the top of their game. I can’t say enough good about Embassy studios — they aim to please. Don’t spend money trying to find a solution on your own through well-​known web addresses. Do it right from the start. Try them for yourself. You will not be sorry.

Juverderm Botox is not a scam. I purchased one for $ 349 usd. You get what you pay for. It’s one full syringe of juverderm. Not a tall syringe let’s be realistic you get what you pay for, it’s a regular normal syringe. I got my lips done. I did not get numbed. However she did leave me sitting for half an hour to 45 mins with dentist numbing cream on my lips. It made me drool (which is expected and normal) when I got injected, I felt the needle but it’s the tiniest thinnest needle in the world. I didn’t even tear, it was all nerves and my head. It honestly wasn’t even that bad. My nerves definitely got the best of me because I walked in painless and walked out painless and I am the most
Sensitive person in the world and I don’t do good w pain AT ALL I complain about EVERYTHING. However my only complain would be that I sat looking through magazines for 30 – 45 mins while the numbing cream sat on my lips. But it wasn’t bad enough to not give them a full 5 stars. You can purchase the groupon at the office. Oh! Also, I didn’t get hit w any pain after I left the office either. I walked out w no pain, and later on in the day I felt good not pissed off and not in pain either. Nothing wears off and nothing hits you later. I would recommend them. You’re welcome. :)

I never write Unilocal reviews, but yesterday I was treated by Cece, and I am just so happy with the results! I would recommend her to anyone thinking about getting Botox or Juvederm. It was my first time, and I was very nervous. She was so helpful and patient. It was painless, and I feel great! So glad I went!

Great juvederm experience. I went there twice for my juvederm injections with CeCe. She is simply amazing! Ive explained it to her that i had a previous bad experience a few years back, getting my lips done. She was very good listener and understanding. She made sure I was very comfortable before we got started. And walked me thru th proccess every step of the way. Since I bought 2 syringes. And only used 1.5 first time. I came back second time for touch ups. And again CeCe was amazing. Asked me what i wanted to achieve by touch ups. and took her time with me. I highly recommend this place!!! Also they are way cheaper than any other place i have ever been to! Great Great Great experience!

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would do that. I had my hair colored at this place and they turned my hair GREEN. The stylist, Rita, totally ruined my hair — permanently. My hair is now sticky and falling out at the roots. I am now going to have to shave all my hair off as there are no other solutions. Jennifer, the manager/​owner, was extremely rude. She blamed me for my turning green hair and then threatened me saying she «would have her lawyers bury me» if I tried to dispute my credit card charge.
If you love your hair, DON’T GO HERE. They might sell nice hair pieces but DO NOT TRUST them to color your hair. Very shady business practices!

Love, Love, Love this place!!! Every time I leave I feel so much better! The staff is awesome and so professional. The owners are amazing. My hair looks fabulous, the Botox lady is phenomenal, I can’t say enough about this place. I don’t want to leave when I’m done. All I can say is THANK YOU! I love you guys!!!

I bought a Groupon for 6 laser treatments. Found out that all the lasers do (if anything) is give you a thicker head of hair. I don’t have a problem with baldness or thin hair, just a receeding hair line. The recepionist was very cold and didn’t even try to offer me a solution for my receeding hairline. I could have been a customer, but I would never go back.

Bought the Groupon for the 12-​session FDA-​approved laser therapy for hair loss. Lost a ton of hair when I became hypothyroid so this seemed like a deal ($ 100). It was tough getting there for 12 30-​minutes sessions (maybe I only made it to 11 sessions), but my hair is definitely growing in front. Lot of new hair along the hairline only four weeks after my last session. Easy meter parking on LaSalle or Superior. The ladies here are absolutely lovely (mother and daughter?). My only recommendation would be to provide the educational brochure on the first visit. I finally asked on the third visit and was given one right away. Would definitely recommend Embassy if you are suffering from hair loss!
