It was 1893, in the wake of the Great Fire, when Draper and Kramer first opened their doors in the Chicago Loop to help rebuild and further develop the city after the devastation.

Throughout the 20^th Century, Draper and Kramer became a pioneer in the financial industry, offering its clients the American Dream of owning their own homes and businesses.

Meet the Manager

TJ F.

Manager

TJ is the Branch Manager for both the LaSalle and Lincoln offices for 1^st Advantage Mortgage/​a Draper and Kramer Company.

He began his professional career in the restaurant business after graduating from Illinois State University. TJ transitioned into sales and then sales management where he has spent more than 25 years.

During his tenure in the industry, TJ has mentored Loan Officers, created, implemented and managed sales programs as well as created efficiencies in sales process while continually being a top producer in the industry.

Commitment to his customers to provide the best service and programs available has been TJ’s recipe for success.

TJ is living the dream in the near west suburb of River Forest with his wife and two children.
