Teeth – No Dentures

This is definitely one of the most unprofessional places that I’ve encountered. I had to start a Unilocal account just to give a rating for this terrible place.
I had bought a Groupon for a teeth whitening service with them over the summer and have called numerous times to book for appointments but it would be unfulfilled because all the dates were supposedly «booked». They FINALLY were able to book me in on January. BUT only a couple of hours before the appointment, they called saying that they already CANCELLED my appointment for someone else WITHOUT my permission. And thats not all, they rescheduled me a handful more times with tons of excuses such as «the doctor won’t be in today». It is very unprofessional that they have to notify me the day of the reschedule appointment that something went wrong. It became very sketchy after they have done this on every occasion. I am definitely contacting Groupon about this very unpleasant experience because I am not paying for a Groupon that cannot even satisfy the service it promised.
So after countless of rescheduled appointment, I still have not been able to get the service done and am not planning to do so after this predicament.
Overall, the moral of this story is to steer away from their groupons, and if you don’t they will keep your money and never give you your service!

This place is terrible. I have never felt a need to rate a dentist office but i want to make sure prospective clients are aware that they scheme in order to make you spend more money. They also felt the need to lecture me and talk to me like I was a child. The psychologist on staff is literally a ploy to get you booked for unecessary services. HATE

I have been a patient at their practice in Dyer as well as the Chicago location and have found their service to be like none either. Extremely professional staff, comfortable and state of the art clinic and very knowledgeable doctors. I have 4 boys ages 11 thru 2 and they were handled by this clinic and their staff with utmost compassion and care. I will be back for my next procedure in few months. Keep up the great work!
