Specialties
We specialize in creative landscape design for spaces big and small. Services include new garden and hardscape installation, enhancement of existing gardens, raised vegetable gardens, container design and installation. We embrace sustainable practices, including use of native plants, organic soil enhancements, drip irrigation and permeable pavers. We are available to speak at garden clubs, neighborhood associations and nature centers.
History
Established in 2002.
Established in 2002 after completing a certification program from Northwestern University in Residential Landscape Design. Prior to that, worked for 2 years as a landscape designer for Fertile Gardens in Lincoln Park and interned for a local landscape company for 2 years. Bluestem Gardens incorporated in 2004.
