History

Established in 2007.

During the real estate boom, it became very clear… most contractors where all about maximizing their revenue, and were no longer customer-​focused. The cheap labor and cheap products they offered were embarrassing to me. That’s why I started Elements Home Remodeling.

My philosophy is simple: I treat people with RESPECT.

That means only using the most experienced and knowledgeable installers – with a minimum years of experience. I also believe in using superior products, and giving you options and choices instead of, «Here’s what we’ve got. Take it or leave it.»

And don’t get me started on the pricing games so many contractors love to play. Here’s the truth: There are only two ways anyone can offer you big discounts. ONE: They mark it up to mark it down, giving you no real discount at all. Or TWO: The product is old, cheap, or just plain terrible. Either way, it’s not a real discount. You lose.

My H/​O insurance wanted to cancel me, and the replacement policy was going to cost twice as much and have 4x the deductible. That is, unless I had my deck replaced and assorted other work done all within 30 days. We were already going to do the work, but not yet… but now the job became time critical.
I was in a desperate fix. It would have been easy for any contractor to try to gouge someone in my situation.
Elements not only gave us a reasonable price, they did the job very well and finished it with days to spare. They had interest-​free financing available for us to bridge the gap while we refinanced our home to pay for the work. They were even willing to talk to my insurance company/​State Board of Insurance if it would have helped. In other words, they owned my problem without any obligation to do so.
Home Contractors are famous for being flaky and doing crummy work. It’s a horrible industry. Elements Home Remodeling seems to have a great business model. «Do good work and be obvious about doing so. The contrast will bring in business».
I cannot recommend EHR enough. Really.

I very recently contacted Elements for gutter replacement and was extremeley pleased that I chose them to do the work. Mike is very quick getting back to you, the installers did a marvelous job and cleaned up every bit of the old gutters. I am very happy with the entire proces and would highly recommend Elements for your next home improvement job. Great customer service!

I am in the midst of remodeling my home. I was referred to Elements by a friend who had previously used them. I called them to come out to my home and give me a quote. The entire sales process was educational. I felt no pressure at all. The product is high end, looks great, and already feel can tell difference in my AC bill in just the past month. They showed up on time, it was installed in one day and they cleaned up before they left. Not to mention, I was able to make my neighbor jealous, which is always fun! I would recommend Elements Home Remodeling to anyone that needs any work done on their home.
