I used this company for several years to clean my home. The last time the ladies were here they broke a deadbolt lock. The company refuses to accept responsibility — saying that there was no way they could have done it. They were the only people besides myself in the house at that time. It was fine before they came and broken when they left. I am out more than $ 800, which I had to pay to a locksmith to come out and drill the old lock out and install a new one. I’ve sent photos and (after trying to reach them for several weeks with NO call back), their response is that it couldn’t have happened.
I’ve never had a problem with a service provider like this and I want to be sure that others know about the lack of professionalism and customer service provided by the owner.

I paid 300 dollars/​4hours for cleaning today!!! My house is brand new with hard wood floor house and without furniture. All I asked is cleaning the kitchen cabinet, floor and the windows. The two cleaning lady ask us leave for 4 hours without worries cause they are professional… But when I back to check the house. The floor still dusty. The cabinet still dusty. Don’t even mention about the windows. I called to complain… Their boss only said I can ask them to clean but I have to pay 300 dollars for cleaning no matter what. I didn’t ask them keep cleaning my house anymore. But I told the owner that 300 dollars not pay for cleaning but for a lesson!

I was over-​extended and needed good cleaning the next day. Awesome, nice, friendly and very professional.

The service provider had come 3 weeks earlier and spent almost 8 person-​hours scrubbing my house from top to bottom. These two woman were absolutely fantastic. The house had never been cleaned before. The before an after was amazing. Three weeks after, they did it all over again. It didn’t take nearly as long. So thorough. I don’t know how I lived in such slop before. I’m setup to be cleaned every two weeks. Omer is really great to talk with on the phone. He’s very helpful and always very pleasant and professional.

I own a three-​level townhome (which includes a basement). I asked the ladies (two) to just clean the two floors. This was the first cleaning which is a customary «thorough» clean. The owner indicated that this would take between 3 – 4 hours. It took the full four hours, but it was worth it. They were extremely thorough. I had gone with NDC because I was previously using another service –Maid Bright. However, over the course of using them, the service had become worse and worse. The thorough clean that NDC was even better than the thorough clean that MB did. The big differences between the two is their willingness to go under furniture, move things around to clean under and get to weird places. Not expecting them to, I jumped on my bed to run my fingers along the top of a ceiling fan — dustless. Overall, I am greatly satisfied by their work. $ 255 for the first thorough cleaning includes the $ 25 Angie’s List discount. My next two services will be at a month apart — $ 155 (-$ 25 per the coupon) = $ 130? Worth it. Thank you, NDC, for a great job!

Very superior work. Arrived on time and cleaned my home extremely well. Two hard working women for three hours cleaned my home very well so well that I felt inclined to give both of them a tip. I would highly recommend this cleaning service.

I had bought a certificate from Living social for almost $ 100– it expired on dec 30, 2014. I started to call and text the company several times in the past five days but no return calls. I hope I can get my money back foam livingsocial or I will be very upset.

I booked a deal through livingsocial. My expectations were pretty high and they shined, or at least made my house shine. They arrived 20 minutes late, however stayed 20 minutes passed time and got everything done. Two people arrived and cleaned every inch of this 2200 sqft home in 3 hours.

I had purchased an Amazon local coupon for 4 man hours of cleaning. I live in a town house and it is still fairly new and not dirty. I have used other services in past and had 1 woman clean the entire house in less than 3 hours, beautifully. I purchased a 4 hour cleaning. The 2 women were pleasant but in the 2 hours (2 women each 2 hours) cleaned only 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms– upstairs in 3hrs and 45 mins and the last 15 mins came down to the main level and dusted and then told me the 2 hours (4 man hours) was up and to call to findout how much so they could «finish». The man on the phone told me it would be $ 55.00 an hour. if it took them so long to clean the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, I could not afford to have them complete the other 2 levels of the TH. Wish I had looked on Ylep before and will from now on. Do not recommend this service due to cost. The cleaning the ladies did was adequate but they also did break something, I cannot replace.

Received a special, from a flier in my mailbox in Alexandria, VA. It was $ 159 for 2 women for 4 hours. Some things they cleaned, they did a great job on. The showers, sinks, toilets, counters and floors looked amazing! But then they missed cob-​webs in the corners and a couple spots on the wall that would have come off if they had scrubbed them. They also took everything out of the shower to clean it and didn’t put anything back. It was all sitting on the sink when they left. There was one room, an office, where they moved around a bunch of files, trying to straighten it up. Probably partially our fault, we should have told them to just stay out of the office. Neither one spoke much English, though, so it was hard to communicate. Nothing got broken, and only one thing came up missing… a little odd… a $ 40 bottle of fancy shampoo that my wife had just bought a couple days before. We’re going to try another company next time.

I called around for quotes and Next Day Cleaning had the best price. I was VERY impressed with the 1^st cleaning, so I now have the 2 ladies clean my home every week. Omar is always helpful and the ladies always do a great job. I am a mother of 2… my husband and I both work full-time…and it is so nice to be able to spend my weekends with the family instead of cleaning my home. I will continue to be a regular customer. I highly recommend.

Recently purchased a deal via Angie’s List for Next Day Cleaning Service. $ 99.00 for a $ 300 Spring Cleaning — 2 cleaners for 3 hours. The appointment was easily scheduled and I asked the scheduler if he could phone me when the crew was on the way so that I could meet them at my house — he did. The ladies arrived shortly after and they cleaned thoroughly and were very professional. My house feels 10lbs lighter! As a busy working mom/​wife — I am thrilled with their service! I will use them again! and again!
