He was very nice on the phone. Seemed very knowledgeable and willing to assist me. His prices were very reasonable. However, I had to play around of phone tag for over a week before I could get in touch with him again. His roof cleaning work was well done. He’s pretty much a one-​man team except for the assistant who helped him out but didn’t speak much English.

I just noticed Steven B. review and it pretty much says it all — American-​ProTech and Ted Saunders are terrific. I called on 23 April to see if I could get garage roof cleaned and though busy he worked it into his schedule. Ted is personable, very professional and they did a superlative job — A++ to say the least. His company is pretty much a «one trick pony,» roof and siding cleaning — but they do it PERFECTLY. You won’t be disappointed — call them!

I have used Ted from American Pro Tech to remove algae from our walkway and have recommended him to many friends and business clients. Not only were my customers extremely satisfied with the service he provided but also loved how he requests no signing of a contract just a handshake and says, if you’re not 100% satisfied with the way we clean your roof you owe us nothing.
