We only lived there for a few months before we decided it would be best to just leave, we paid double rent for 5 months and it was worth it. Parking is a nightmare; the staff has never put any effort to organize the parking the assigned spots have nothing to do with the location of your apartment. Our parking space was 2 buildings down against the back wall and everyone in the closest building would park in it. CATS, stray cats EVERYWHERE and they will sleep on and under your car so careful you don’t run any over. They have at least painted most of the complex so it looks decent. Our entry way reeked of cigarettes and had the saddest smallest yellow light available. The apartment was filthy when we moved in; we had to wipe all the cupboards and counters out. It took me most of a day, CLR, and several bottles of dishwasher cleaner before I would even let my wife look in the dishwasher because it so disgusting. Also they will clean the carpets right before you get your keys so it will still be damp and hide all the spots so wait until the next day or the last day available to do you initial walk through. Finally when you move out make sure you call SRP and have them disconnect service to the unit because they will leave it in your name. I spent 10 years in the Navy and this place takes #2 worst places I’ve lived
