please reword your pet policy… as per your policy on your website states upto 3 pets does not specify how many dogs and cats within your policy. I drove over 45 mins ready to look at the place come to find out you only allow 2 dogs and 1 cat … thank you for wasting my time

I have lived here over a month before waiting to write a review in case things came up that I didn’t like. I am thankful every day I live here. I LOVE the complex. It caters to a a type of person– friendly, considerate, and social people of all ages. I have never lived in a place with a better sense of community. I love the on site yoga, the community events, BBQ by the pool, and I hate to sound cliché– the staff.
In addition, when I moved in, the apartment was in pristine condition. It looked like it had never been lived in– with the exception of a small spot of rust on the stainless steel sink. A spot. That is all the negative I have. Nice appliances, super quiet washer. I have put in one work order to get copies of my key. Next morning I had them. I live on the third floor, so I hear my neighbors never. If this sounds like you, come on over.

Multiple problems with being charged improper rent, poor responses from staff after multiple attempts, theft on multiple occasions with locked doors (reports went unanswered and we had to eventually buy our own security camera), and now being charged $ 500 for carpet replacement in 2 rooms. I did not even wear shoes in the bedroom or bring in food or drink. Was simple wear and tear from walking patterns. I am a professional travel nurse and use apartments all over the United States. Never have I been treated so poorly and been so misinformed. Never again.

I am a travel nurse and have lived and worked in a multitude of apartments and rentals. I have had multiple problems with Liv. They messed up my rent on at least 6 occasions, over charged me, lost a check and charged me a late fee, and the latest is the $ 50 fob «deposit» per my lease is now a fee. It’s amazing how the wording changes and they can continue to screw me over even though I do not live there any more.
I gave to stars because besides the management and money handling, the place is nice.

BUYER BEWARE. Our experience at Liv Avenida was quite disappointing and unfortunate, given the circumstances of how excited we were to move here. The grounds and apartments are spectacular and the pools are always refreshing… But that is the only reason this review received AT LEAST one star.
Let’s start with the front office. We felt like no more than a number to them. Our neighbor played loud levels of music throughout the late night and early mornings, and management played an extremely lackluster role in trying to regulate that action. Our adjoining neighbors also complained just as frequently as we did regarding the noise… On-​site security even told us that our loud neighbor had a huge file of complaints from other neighbors around us as well! Yet, nothing was done immediately to take care of the issue. It’s as though Liv Avenida thinks they run such a perfect community that they don’t have to worry about these issues. After disappointment time and time again with how security handled these issues, we decided to send e-​mails on FOUR different occasions to the property manager on site. We never received a single response back from her during our entire year-​long stay.
At the end of our lease, we were charged with a $ 250 carpet replacement fee. Our apartment had never been lived in before our move-​in date, and we only stayed at Liv Avenida for one year. However, they deemed that our ONE year old carpet had depreciated four years and needed to be replaced. We were not pet owners. There were no stains beyond «normal wear and tear», and there were absolutely no holes or rips on our carpet.
Bottom line, if you want REAL LUXURY and desire a community that actually has concern and appreciation for you, then move right across the street from Liv Avenida to Camden Chandler.

No smoking. No drugs. One strike, you’re out. So: if you smoke cigarettes or take illegal drugs, do not waste your time, move on. Don’t apply.
The excellent management team (Jessica, Crystal, Katie & Sue) works closely with local law enforcement and they do NOT mess around. There is a security guard on the property, as well.
That said… this place completely erases the stigma of apartment living and makes it a privilege to stay in such a nice community with good, decent, hard-​working neighbors.

You’ll pay a pretty price to live here, and it’s worth it.

Liv Avenida is 1^st class all the way! Recently relocated here from the Los Angeles area — paying a few hundred dollars less per month for a first class, amazing pad; this is truly Resort living at its best, friendly neighbors, awesome staff, pristine grounds laden with palm trees, well manicured grass, unrivaled amenities. A beautiful place to live. Sue is a super sweetheart, Jeff, Ricardo & Katie rock! The whole office staff has been amazing so far.
You can choose accent wall colors for a small fee, which is awesome, and the talented maintenance staff will hook it up for you. Mine were even done prior to my move in date.
Each apartment comes with gourmet kitchens w/​granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, trendy wood floors, pre wired for DirecTV, salt water pools, spas, the best gym you’ll ever see in an apartment or condo community (even has a friggin protein shake machine inside), outdoor living rooms poolside with huge HDTV’s and adjacent BBQ grills, round the clock amenities, blu-​ray & dvd rentals in the office, an awesome Hub with pool table, computers, free coffee, an 80 inch TV with video games hooked up to it, community events… I am telling you, this place is cutting edge, sleek & amazing. I even had a nice gift bag with goodies awaiting me upon my arrival from Cali.
Trust me, I am a person who researches everything and does his due diligence thoroughly, and after checking out the best apartments in the Chandler/​PHX area, Liv Avenida resides at the top of the stack. My advice to you?
LIV like no other.

My boyfriend and I took a tour in January with Sue. She was very informative and super friendly. We were very impressed with the apartments and all of the community opportunities available to meet new people. We filled out an application the very next day and Sue helped us every step of the way. We moved in March 7 and she still helps us with anything we need! We absolutely LOVE Sue! She is the best.

Community is great — people, events, group fitness, staff. Local restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Hamilton High is within walking distance (even on same side of Arizona Ave). Kids love the interaction with other kids at events, Splashpad and at playground. My dog loves the Dog park located within the community. Great price for a great place.

I love this complex and the many amenities it offers. The staff is willing to fix any issues promptly and are always courteous. The apartments are gorgeous and one of the best communities we have lived in.

This is such a great place to live! It truly is like no other!

this is a very nice upscale apartment community, nice things to do in the community and two wonderful pools and a great «hub» …my only complaint is that the tenants in unit upstairs are ALWAYS running in the apartment and making lots of noise like jumping and dropping things to make noise, complained to the office and they spoke to the tenants and it is just getting worse, yes I know I choose a downstairs/​groundfloor unit but did not sign up for this. well now it appears that those people are moving out, lets hope that new ones are better or that we are gone before someone else moves in…

I just recently moved to Arizona from Irvine, California; my Apartment at Liv easily rivals my $ 1,800 1 bedroom apartment in Irvine and in fact my Liv Apartment is much nicer.
In terms of the staff, THEY ARE AWESOME! All of the staff are very helpful and responsive to any request. The staff here is friendly and treats you like you are another person and not a number.
I can’t recommend Liv enough, if you are looking for a excellent luxury apartment then look no further!

Liv is a FANTASTIC place to live with great amenities… Plank flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel high efficiency appliances, glass top oven, the best gym you will find anywhere, great pools, great common area with tons of TV’s and a billiard table, free coffee and tea, all 3 gaming consoles in the hub, ping pong table, dog park, community herb garden, valet trash, tons of events for the community (free food and drinks!), the apartment walls are not white, internet is included, every room has network ports, there are even usb ports in the wall sockets. You won’t find a better gym anywhere, the amenities are top of the line, the staff is friendly, helpful, and part of the community. I do not work here, I have lived here for almost a year now and just wanted to share. Don’t pass this place up if you are looking for a great place to live. They have certainly set a new standard when it comes to apartment living, it’s more like living at a resort and I have enjoyed living here.

I absolutely love living here! Been here almost a year and things are more than perfect. The coffee in the rec area is actually really good, pool table, big screens, and everything is brand new. Sure the rent is a smidgy spendy but c’mon, it’s worth it. The staff is always professional and friendly, my favorite thing about them is that they all know me by name. They have a great gym so getting jacked and tan is no problem.

I spent the day searching for apartments 6 months ago, and found a lot that were just fine for our budget, they would have been suitable places to live. I went to Liv, and was convinced immediately that it was out of our budget, and therefore not going to work for us… Then I saw everything.
The apartments are big. We have a 2 bed, 2 bath model. Each bedroom has a walk-​in closet, and the master has an additional closet. There’s a closet in the master bath. There’s a closet off of the kitchen. There’s a front closet. There’s a closet on the balcony. Moving from a house, this was great– no paying for a storage unit! We love the floor plan, and the size of the kitchen. I love to cook, so I spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I don’t want it to be a tiny little area where I can’t move. All of our appliances are stainless steel, and the counter tops are granite. The light fixtures in the kitchen are very modern.
I love that we have ceiling fans WITH light fixtures. This is very uncommon in apartments. Most have a ceiling fan in the living room, and hopefully the master. Liv puts one in both bedrooms and the living room, with lights.
We have had maintenance at our apartment for minor things 3 times. Each time has been very prompt, and they have resolved the issues. Listening to these guys talk is comforting, they know their stuff. Staff is great as well. I have never lived in an apartment where the office staff knows me (and my dog) by name.
The amenities here are great. We use the gym 4 – 5 times a week, and use the trainer staffed by Liv. It’s great seeing a personal trainer 30 seconds from home. We use the hot tub/​pool frequently as well. It’s awesome that we can go swimming in January, as the pool is heated. The Hub is great, and we make coffee there in the mornings sometimes. Community get-​togethers are offered several times a month, and always lots of fun (I wish I could go to more of them!). We take our dog to the dog park at least once a day, and she loves to play in the greenbelt as well.
Downsides? Yes, we hear our upstairs neighbors walking around, but they aren’t loud or disrespectful. It’s something that goes with the territory in an apartment. We also find that we have to rinse our dishes before putting them in the dishwasher, as it is a high-​efficiency appliance. Very small sacrifices, I would say, for everything else we get.
I’m perfectly happy with Liv Avenida. Yes it costs more than some apartments, but it’s worth every penny.
