First there were delays in keeping the appointment. Next, a half day of prep work, sanding and some epoxy. Then his assistant didn’t show up and Bill said all that would be done that day was some sanding and then another delay. Finally the admission that the door would have to be finished very dark to cover the flaws although he knew from the beginning that was not our wish. For someone representing professional results, this all should have been avoided upon his initial inspection and the admission he couldn’t do the work and deliver the desired results. Unfortunate experience and a waste of time. Beware.
