I’ve been to batting cages outdoors but figured we would try out MVP Zone & hit some baseballs inside. We had reserved a time to go in but arrived a bit early; they were more than happy to just let us in right when we got there. We’re not baseball players by any means, but we had just come in for a fun date night. The facility itself is nice. They have bats, helmets, etc. everything you need. We’d definitely recommend this place if you want to practice or just date night like we did.

If your hours start at 3, your staff should there at 3. Staff rolls in at 3:15, takes 10 Minutes to log in to computer, super slow checking people in. I walked at 3:30 because I still had someone in front if me and had stuff to do. Great facility but you guys need to step up your punctuality and customer service.

I brought my 6 year old niece here for the batting cages. Their pitching machines go as low as 35 mph and she batted for 30 min($ 20). She had a blast. The employee that set everything up for us was attentive and kept coming by to make sure we were okay. The front desk woman was also extremely kind. She said kids of all ages go there and they have camps for the summer. My niece had a blast and we will definitely be coming back.

My son and I went in on his birthday and the owners kid was working. He was very friendly got us signed up quickly and because it was my sons birthday he let him have an extra 10 minutes or so and even gave him some pointers. We enjoyed the place, prices are good, facility is clean and nice!
