Mesquite Groves Aquatic Center

This is no doubt the best aquatic center my family and I have visited! I really enjoyed the layout of the center itself. There is plenty of room for everyone! This includes the after areas, as well as sitting areas. We didn’t feel crowded at all. The lines move very quickly, the pools and restrooms are clean, and the staff are caring and responsive. My family and I live out in Litchfield Park, but this aquatic center is well worth the drive to us! If you have not checked it out, I’d considering doing so ASAP.

We were visiting AZ from MN for a long weekend and took our 5 and 2 year old. Huge hit! Clean, not too crowded, inexpensive and lots of lifeguards. Excellent!

Our kids love this place. Long lines for lazy river on busy days but to be expected of such a small facility. Pools are clean and well staffed with life guards. A good way to spend 3 – 4 hours with the kids on a hot day for only a few dollars.

My two boys and I went during spring break. We all loved it. Water slides, lazy river, splash pad, shaded area and all for a very reasonable price. We will be back for sure this summer!

This place is awesome! For only 2.25 an adult it’s worth it! I have a 15 month old and the play area and pool are perfect, she’s able to walk around in the shallow ends and play. The lazy river is also great she enjoyed that a lot. The only thing I didn’t like was that adults were not allowed down the little slides on the kid play area. My daughter loves parks and slides and I wanted to go down with her because she was so excited but I got yelled at by the lifeguard, she’s only 15 months I don’t really want her. going down by herself and plunging into the water (it’s only like a foot deep but still) other than that we had a great day! Love to come back. a little scared in the summer I can only. imagine how crowded it. gets!

Great for families. A inexpensive public pool that is nearly an amusement park. The Lifeguards ARE Vigilant. I am very comfortable letting my 6 year old play but I still keep an eye on her always.

Best City Pool in Greater Phoenix

Wayyy cool, no pun intended. For the price I give this place 5 stars. Its cheaper to get into then mesa public pools and offers a lot more. The line at the door put me off, but it moved quickly. We went twice, the second time they found poop in the pool and shut it all down for 30 minutes, we didn’t want to go back in so we asked for passes to come back and they did so for all 6 of us with no problem. Less than $ 10 for a family of 6 to get in, 2 tall slides, great kid area, and tubing river. Far out but worth the drive.

Great family pool for all ages. Reliable staff and clean. The swimming lesson are done amazingly well and kids stay on task with lots of fun.

With water park prices going through the roof, we were thrilled to find this place. A lazy river, several slides, a big blue bucket, diving boards, and more… all for a total of $ 6.50 for the four of us (2 kids and 2 adults). The facilities were clean, the lifeguards were attentive, and there were plenty of chairs to accommodate us when we were not in the pool. All in all, a great experience and the price can’t be beat.

This place is pretty awesome! I’ve been here a couple times now with my boys, and they have a blast! They have a little of everything from a lazy river you can ride around, to the big splash pad with the huge bucket dropping water on you. There is a food cart on the weekends (not sure if it’s all week) with snacks and some food items such as pizza and hot dogs while they last (cash only). The place is cheap to get into as well, and overall just a fun place to beat the heat in the valley.
If you’re looking for a great splash pad in the valley I’d say this is it!

This pool is a long drive for us but it’s by far the best public pool around. They have a lazy river with tubes and I could float in it for hours!

Once that gigantic water bucket starts tipping over, you know summer has officially begun. This is my favorite of the Chandler Aquatic Center pools, as it just has so many great things. In addition to the massive pail that dumps thousands of gallons onto gleefully squealing children, there is a lazy river which floats you under a series of randomly spilled smaller buckets, a whirlpool where you and your little one can swirl, a spouting fun house with slides for the kids, wet tube slides and a splash pad.
The lockers are located inside the bathrooms, which keeps them nice and cool… and they’re only a quarter… not $ 10 like some SoCal amusement parks… however, I do get some quizzical looks as I enter the women’s’ restroom, with locker key noticeably displayed in my right hand, to retrieve my belongings.
There is a little snack trailer on the premises, which peddles all the things you love which are void of any nutritional value. Just today, I scored a hot dog, slice of pizza, bag of chips and an Italian ice… which ended up being the biggest purchase of the day at $ 7.50. There are 3 shaded picnic benches there, but dont think you’ll get to sit while you dine… because three families got there before you did, and are now roosting in that prime real estate.
This place does get crowded, but hey, they will always be on the receiving end of my $ 3.25

Really nice for only $ 1.00 per kid and $ 2.25 per adult. Lifeguards were very helpful as I had a little boy with special needs with me, and were very accommodating to him wanting to be independent and try and do things on his own. Love the lazy river, I was surprised at how fast a line forms for tubes to get in to the lazy river. All in all, I had a great time and will definetly be back, especially for the great price. The Italian Ice looked phenomenal and I will definetly need to try it next time, even it was well priced.

This place is great fun for the whole family. Play structure, two slides, whirlpool, lazy river, diving boards, it has everything! It can get a bit packed on weekends, but Sunday is 1 $ for the entire family 12 – 2 so what more you want?!

Very cheap, plenty of shade, lots of life guards, a few snacks available if you don’t want to bring your own, and it’s really clean. No chemical public pool smell. I take my 6yo at least twice a month during summer, and there’s so much fun stuff to do that we stay for hours. Love this place :)

What a great water park for kids! They have water slides, swimming areas, a lazy river, a giant bucket that tips over when it gets full, misting areas, and plenty of shaded areas with tables and chairs. The Changing rooms as with the rest of the park are well kept and clean too. As for safety, lifeguards are positioned all over just in case. The craziest thing about this place is how cheap it is to get in! Thank you so much to the city of Chandler. Why can’t my home city of Surprise put even half the effort as Chandler has into public parks like this? I’m jealous!, and certainly will be back while the temps stay warm.

Lots of different things available for all skill levels. The kids love it.
Would love to see more shaded areas to sit.
Overall a great place to kill a few hours and wear out the kiddos.
Get there early to wait in line to get a chair. Or wait until lunch time and it opens up a bit as people leave.

We went here over the weekend. It was my two step-​kids, baby, husband and myself. I told him if we went between 12 and 2 we could all go in for 1 dollar but he decided he wanted to go an hour later at 3… why? I don’t know.
Anyways, my two older kids had a blast. They go here every summer and love the lazy river and slides. This was the first time my daughter came and I was just playing with her very close to the beginning of where the concrete slopes down into the water-​where the huge bucket was.
I swear we had to move like 7 times because kids were running into the water and splashing her face. There was another kid that had a toy squirt gun and was swinging it around and almost hit my daughter TWICE. By the second time I yelled at him and he got scared and ran to his dad. Trust me I stared at his dad for a good 5 mins.
PARENTS: Please watch your children, because if not your child will me marched over to you by me!
I understand that kids are here to have fun but what if your kid was the one that got hit/​hurt by another child. Wouldn’t you do the same thing?!
Besides that turd of a kid, I would bring my family back here summer after summer!!!
