I am THRILLED with Green Mango! I heard about them on Jonjay and Rich radio show and Rich said they got rid of his scorpions so I thought I would give them a try too. I have been fighting a loosing battle with scorpions in and out of my home for 5 years having used MANY well known bug services in town with no success! I am happy to say that so far in 4 months I have not seen a single scorpion inside or out! I would have them even in the house in the winter months before but not now! AND on top of it I am paying less money and they come less often which means less time out of my day! Everyone I have talked to with the company is very nice, helpful and up beat which I love. We have used Green Mango since December 2014. Steve is our Pest Technician and does a fantastic job. The office just called and we are scheduled for this coming Friday. Nice when there are no issues between visits. If anything does come up they come out promptly.

Green Mango does what it says! I haven’t had any of the crawling bugs I had before. This includes scorpions and crickets. I never walked around without shoes on but now I’m barefoot everywhere including backyard! Dalton Perez has been great! He always asks if I’ve seen anything before he starts so he can take care of it if there was something!

We like green mango. Service rep courteous, professional, thorough. Alerts via text most helpful. Sister-​in-​law uses them and recommended. Highly. recommend green mango.

We’ve been using Green Mango ever since we found a scorpion and we were concerned because we have 3 dogs and small children around the house. We have not had an issue with any bugs since we started using them! Justin came out yesterday on Memorial Day to spray for us. He had some trouble with his equipment, but notified me to let me know he was going to get here before the end of the day to spray. He was very nice and it was great to have someone come out even later in the day to make sure he got the job done.

When I initially called them to get set up, nobody would ever answer their phone. Someone at their company read that I was having problems contacting them so they reached out to me and apologized and set up my initial appointment.
I was using a different pest control company at the time, and even though they were really nice and friendly, my scorpions weren’t going away. I decided to give Green Mango a try since a friend raved about them.
They came to my house and completely doused it! Which is a good thing to me. They put traps and dust in the Windows, the whole deal. I have not seen a scorpion since! It’s been about 2 months now. It also got rid of any other tiny creatures we had in our house. I’m amazed! Great customer service and a great product that actually works!

We have used Green Mango for about a year when we noticed a problem with scorpions. Since we’ve used them, not only have they eliminated the scorpions but we have no more spiders or crickets. They do wonderful work and I always get a text a few days prior to service and a phone call when they’re on the way. Justin is our technician and he is courteous and professional.

I switched to Green Mango over a year ago to see if they could get rid of our scorpion problem. I have had 2 different companies come and say they can get rid of our scorpions, and it has never worked! Since Green Mango, I have only had 1 or 2 scorpions since they started service at my house. I normally had 1 a day! I highly recommend Green Mango and Justin (the tech) is so friendly and professional!

Just switched to Green Mango Pest Control due to using organic products and boy they are well worth it. Justin came to do the initial treatment and was very knowledgeable, detailed and friendly. He went around both houses cleaned any cobwebs, sprayed and used a caulking like product to deter scorpions or any crawling pest from entering the homes. Kudos to this company for caring and being professional, I totally recommend them

I love Green Mango! We switched to their services about two years ago and have been very pleased ever since. Their prices are very reasonable, their employees and customer service is OUTSTANDING and we have hardly any bugs or scorpions! Anytime we do see one, we can call and they get right out to respray for us.
I have told all of our friends to use them, as I love the background of the business as well. Very nice family and it shows that they really want to help people be Bug-​Free!

Recently had an issue with service, left a displeased review, and was later contacted by the owner, Dusty. He was extremely courteous and went out of his way to ensure my happiness and satisfaction with the company.
I think when companies «mess up» it isn’t the mistake that matters — but how they remedy it. That is the true test of quality customer service. I was beyond impressed with the genuine courtesy that my issue was handled with. It shows me they are a company not only concerned with getting customer, but with keeping them, which in my experience, isn’t s common quality.
Highly recommend. Quality product (I had a water bug nest in my back yard which scarred the living daylights out of me every role I came across one) and tried other bug companies, sprays at home, etc., but nothing helped eliminate the problem until GM came.

I am a new customer and am pleased with my service but this morning I was utterly impressed with one of your employee’s (Logan/​s) actions.
He went above and beyond to call me when he was done and leaving my home. He warned me that there was a man wandering around in my backyard and he wanted to make sure I knew and that I was safe. I returned home and your employee stayed with me while I called 911.
Long story short — the guy was arrested and my home and I are safe.

After a year of service same mistakes being made. The worst of it is they tell you what you want to hear and keep providing the same crappy service. I’m just overjoyed my year contract is over and I could finally cancel service. Don’t use them.

Crap customer service. We were going to use them, scheduled an apt, and then saw all the horrible reviews on here so decided to cancel. Called two days in advance of the apt, first attempt they hung up on me. After calling back and canceling, they still charged my card two days later when the apt was originally scheduled for. When I called to dispute they hung up on me again. Disaster.

I’m only giving them a one because there is no zero stars available. I have never even spoken with this company. I’ve called three times and left voicemails because I was referred on the radio. No call back ever. Fantastic company! If you can’t even get them to call back for a quote, how would you ever get them out for a service? No thanks!

I have to say since myself and my wife decided to go with green mango pest control we haven’t had an issue with the normal creepy crawlies we would get. neither me or my wife have had an issue with customer service and they have been vary accommodating with our schedules so im vary pleased and glad we choose green mango.

Not happy with the service I found it weird that they did not conduct a consultation. I used to work for a pest control and they used send someone out prior to signing someone up. We are stuck in a contract and our problem is not going to be resolved because that requires another treatment program which we didn’t pay for and I needed that in the beginning now we need to fork out more money. I also put that in our online request when we were signed up.

Dalton was great. Explained everything… on time. Quick service. …very happy with green mango I will tell all my friends.

If you are a family in a budget I DO NOT RECOMMEND GREEN MANGO. They set you up on an auto pay and draft the money wether you receive a service or not. When I signed my contract it stated that they would ALWAYS contact me before a service to let me know I had an upcoming appointment. On more than one occasion I would only know about them supposedly servicing my home through my bank statement. This was frustrating for two reasons. One, if I needed the home sprayed on the inside I would have to call and request it again. And two, without proper notification that I have an upcoming appointment within Atleast that week so I could ensure I had the funds available in my account. They were never appoligetic about drafting my account without my knowledge. This was very frustrating for me when all I wanted was proper notification so I could set myself up.
