The service I receive from the moment I pull up to when I leave has been a pleasure. Curtis is always very attentive and ready to assist going over and beyond my expectations. As a first time Cadillac owner, the quality speaks for itself. I look forward to my next Cadillac, not due to the product alone but the service of personnel that equally match. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed. First off they wheel you in with false advertisement! They have a price online with auto trader then when you come in they say it is a typo they apologize. I will post pictures if the advertised priced. Then they wouldn’t even try to work with you being that they tricked you to get in. I’m glad though because it worked out in my favor and I went next door to auto nation Honda and found the perfect car!

Had dead battery… got a jump and called service dept to see if they could get me in. No problem… had me on my way with a new battery within 90 minutes. Excellent!!!

I visited your Service Department. It’s always a joy. I like the fact your Service area is spotless and someone comes out right away to not only help me, but to greet me and make me feel welcome. Nick arranged a specific loaner for me to keep me in the same kind of vehicle I was driving, then Curtis took great, personal care of me from start to finish. His attention to detail is astounding — when my vehicle came back from getting One Armor he noted some water had drained out of the windowsills and left streaks on the paint. He saw this before I did, wasn’t happy with it, and ran (yes, I said ran — not walked) to get a bottle of spray and a cloth to wipe it all away before he let me leave! Thanks for a great experience!

Larry, in service, was great! He was helpful in getting my appointment scheduled and kept me updated when the work was being completed. He spoke with both myself and my fiancé to keep everyone on the same page which was so helpful. We were shocked at how quickly they were able to complete the work and get my car back to me. We are very impressed! I will be back to see Larry for all my service needs. Thank you Larry!

I truly couldn’t be more disappointed with our purchasing experience. Cadillac itself owns some of my disappointment as they clearly are not the luxury brand that they try to pretend to be. They should take a few — correction, many, many — tips from BMW or other true luxury brands that bring the service experience to luxury levels as well as their product. This particular dealership didn’t do anything to help our experience and they don’t have to worry about my business ever again.

Kudos to Earnhardt Cadillac! I went in with some trepidation. Being my first time buying a car on my own, previously I was married, for some reason as a woman you feel like you need to bring a man to «stand up» for you. Nonsense ladies! My salesman Mike made the experience effortless. As well as the finance manager Mike. I feel like they both worked for me, getting me the best deal and interest rate. I LOVE MY NEW CADILLAC CTS! So…my Cadillac friends warned me not to take my car to Chandler Cadillac (Earnhardt). I gave them a try anyway because it was just a couple of trim issues Recaro seat track broke and I had a DRL out. Drop off my 2013 CTS-​V (which is modified) and say «no test drive, no wash please» also sent it in an email! Kudos to the Service advisor as he puts this on the ticket and it’s on my invoice so I know he did his part but someone in the back wasn’t listening.
Pick up the car, invoice shows in/​out miles as the same BUT the out miles are actually 6 higher than when I dropped it off. (I took video of the drop off and pick up with the ODO in the background). I went back in but my advisor was not there nor was service manager so I sent them an email explaining what happened in a very calm tone because I know they (likely) didn’t drive the car. Asked them to find out what happened and call me and let me know what they were going to do to make it right.
Five days have gone by and I have heard nothing… and my DRL is still out.
I have used Karen at Coulter Cadillac in the past and she’s good, it’s just these guys are right next to my house so I gave them a chance. This is my second CTS-​V, I flip my cars every couple of years. I’m not going back, for service or when I buy my 2016 CTS-​V

We had a great buying experience! Everything was fast & easy. RJ had everything set up when we finished in finance so he could show us how to use Onstar & Navigation quickly. (I was on my lunch break). Thank you Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac! I love my Certified Escalade!

Driving down the 101, the giant digital billboard sign flashed the following: Earnhardt Cadillac… Cars under $ 10,000, then flashed several different examples. One was a 2006 CTS for $ 6995. Interested, I drove across the street to LA Fitness to watch the sign to be sure it wasn’t a mistake by me. After watching the sign for a few minutes, sure enough, it showed up again. I immediately drove in and was met by a salesman at the front door. I told him what I saw and he glanced around a moment and asked if I was sure it was for their dealership. I pointed to the sign 150 yards away and told him that it was on that sign, less than 5 minutes ago. He went inside for a few minutes, came back, and said that it must be a mistake because they «haven’t had one of those in months.» Therefore, their sign has been wrong for months or he was outright lying. Either way, that is no way to treat the public. He made himself and the dealership look like idiots and/​or scam artists.

They are getting 1 star only because I had to give them something to write this review. I contacted this dealer by email only because I didn’t want the follow up phone calls. I emailed to inquire about a car I was interested in and I wanted to know if they still had the vehicle on the lot. I received an email quickly stating that they still had the car. I called my husband to stop by to take a look because he was close by the dealership. My husband calls me & tells me that they sold the car earlier in the morning and when he asked about anything similar the sales guy said rudely «We don’t have anything for you» & walked off!!! How do you treat customers like that??? My husband had a day off so he had on work out clothes but that’s no excuse! Maybe he didn’t «look» like he had $ but that’s no reason to treat anyone like that especially if they are interested in a car on your lot. It’s already bad enough they lied about having the car there in the 1^st place! We will never do business here & suggest you don’t either.

My husband and I were on the market for a larger vehicle for our growing family. We were very pleased with the 2015 Escalade and the service we received at this dealership. Luke is very helpful and made our purchasing experience so easy. When we decided to make our purchase, they had the vehicle delivered to our home where we could comfortably sign the paperwork. No sitting in a dealership for hours on end. We highly recommend this dealership.

This was my first and last time I take my Escalade to this dealership. I had my Escalade towed to this dealer ship because it was only 2 miles from my home and they were the only one that could fix the problem I was experiencing. I replaced my battery in my truck not knowing that I had to back up my memory before disconnecting the old one. When i installed the new one my truck would not start because the alarm system, come to find out is a after market alarm. So when I replaced the battery and lost my memory the alarm would go off and would not allow my truck to start. To make things worse my remote was broken so I could not turn the alarm off. So this brings us to why I had to have Cadillac look at my truck. They told me it would cost $ 130 to do an analysis on the entire vehicle and that would be it and should be a problem getting it to start. I received the phone call to let me know what they found out. Curtis told me it was going to cost $ 700 to remove the current alarm because this was the only way to by pass the alarm so they could get the truck to start. Needless to say I was shocked and very upset. I told curtis that was insanely high and not to touch my truck anymore that i was going to call around to find another mechanic that was cheaper and see if this was actually true. Curtis said ok he understands. Not 2 mins later he calls me back to tell me they found a way to by pass the alarm so it would start. He should me a button that was part of the alarm that i would need to push as i turned the key and it will start. Hmm and they didn’t know that from the beginning? So close the story, I now have my vehicle after paying the $ 130 plus tow fee. I have been pushing the by pass button to start the vehicle since. Well I forgot to push that button today and loan be hold my truck started without pushing that button. So basically, the take away here is they tried to scam me up to $ 700 for absolutely for now reason at all. So be careful and ask questions about your repairs and tell them you are going to get another opinion before trusting them otherwise if I hadn’t mentioned I was going to take my truck somewhere else and trusted their opinion I would be out $ 700 right now. Not happy with my experience and will not ever trust Curtis.

My wife and I had a wonderful engagement. From setting appropriate expectations, executing on the work, and keeping me informed through the entire process, the service team went above and beyond. It speaks highly of the management team.

Great service here at Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac. Looked online for a Cadillac then went to the dealer. Awesome service.

My husband and I came in to purchase a used Escalade that we had found on their website. While he got started with the paperwork, I tried to keep my 2 year old and newborn daughter busy. Easy as pie here. The showroom has individual children’s height tv’s with video games, plush children’s seating with built in I-​pads for play, a huge service area with complimentary bottled water and snacks, and extremely clean facilities. The salesmen were having a slow afternoon and they took turns entertaining my son while we went through the long process of financing. The sales manager truly went the extra mile when securing our loan and stayed after hours to personally contact his loan officers. This would have been a rare 5 star experience had it not been for the next day when we returned to pick up our purchased vehicle. While negotiating our deal, we made it very clear that our GMC trade in was not being offered with our $ 4,000 custom rims and tires and that we wanted to switch them out. We were told no problem. It was obviously a huge problem when a guy we hadn’t worked with before told us we couldn’t. Long story short, we had to go out and purchase 4 new tires for our trade in just so we could take the custom ones home to put on our Escalade. I was literally so close to pulling out of the entire purchase because the guy was so rude and completely unwilling to work with us. It worked out in the end, however and we are very satisfied with our new suv.

Took my moms car in for recall and needed a rental so Curtis Mitchell set it up and told me to go to enterprise to get a car. We get there and they say they had told him that they were out of cars, we went to 3 other places and they all said the same. Bad experience then $ 141.21 for then to do a test!

Despite the fact that the weekend crew was short-​staffed, they were able to rectify the 2 recall inspections and 1 warranty repair issue. (2014 ATS) The detail tech (Edgar) was also able to resolve an odor in the A/​C ventilation system that had become nearly unbearable in recent days. Not as important as the mechanical repair, but the little things count too — don’t want to let that go understated.

I used to go to Kachina Cadillac and just «deal» with the service. At 25,000ish miles I went in for an oil change and they came out with a $ 1500 bill with «suggestions» of what they recommended. Just because I’m a girl doesn’t mean I’m an idiot — I come from a family of mechanics!!! I was annoyed and turned down the service but still kept going back for oil changes and turning down their silly suggestions.
Fast forward, they are bought out by Earnhardt. I was expecting the same stereotypical service. I went in for an oil change at 47,580 miles. Gil, my service rep comes out and informs me of bad news… and get this… good news! The bad news, they found a leak in the washer fluid tank which required me to leave the car for a day, get a loaner — quite the task! Good news??? Still under 50,000 mile warranty. Are you kidding me??? I came back the next day, got a nice loaner, and my car was fixed. Price? $ 0. Absolutely refreshing to feel you’ve actually been taken care of. They’ve earned my trust and a loyal customer!!!
