The irony is outstanding. They reply asking me to call the GM, without posting the actual name of the GM. I send a reply to ask specifically who I should call and… wait for it… no reply.
If you want me to call someone, and you actually want to discuss the issue, tell me who to call, not just a title.
Or, you have my information. If you really were concerned with how your employees conduct business, you could call or email me.
Your reply without follow up is a poor way to save face on a bad review. There are some jerks that write reviews here, but there are also businesses like yours that deserve every bit of grief you get from customers.

Chris in service was awesome this weekend when we needed an urgent oil change on a tight time frame! Chris delivered and DELIVERED!

First off this is mainly directed towards there service department. My girlfriend purchased her new 2014 Nissan Juke at the autonation on the i10 back in February because the autonation in Gilbert couldn’t/wouldn’t give her the deal they had offer. Which is weird considering they are autonation and owned by each other? So we drove an extra 15 minutes for her to save a couple thousand which is fine. So my girlfriend had taken her juke in for a oil change and tire rotation on a Friday around 1:30pm. When I get home to check her car after work, the oil level was way past the full marker, secondly all four rims again are scratched terribly from the tech just jamming the lug nuts on and allowing the socket to rest on the holes. Causing deep scratches on all four wheels again this is the second time they have done this to her wheels but what pissed me off was they over filled the oil. I called that Friday evening after I had checked, even tho I knew the place was closed I left a message expecting a call first thing Saturday morning. No one calls and by Monday I called again to talk to my service adviser and she said she would call me back when «Bo» the service manager let’s her know what to do. Monday after noon I get a call back letting me know that «Bo» the service manager had said there is no way I can prove they had overfilled the oil since the car was out of there shop since Friday and that they will contact me about the repairs for the wheels. Excuse me but why would anyone over fill there oil on purpose? Overall «Bo» just wanted to blame us and didn’t want to rectify the problems his techs had done. I strongly advise anyone to go else where. Even if you have a oil package thru autonation you can take it to other autonations.
I.e if you own a Nissan you can still go to a Honda autonation for maintenance

I don’t have any general issues with these guys, but I did go in for a price quote on having the 105,000 mile service done on my car. I was quoted $ 515.00 to change the spark plugs! No thanks. I’ll keep my money. I had a mechanic I use on the side do the change out of them for $ 150.00. I did buy the plugs at Nissan. Price $ 77.00.

A bunch of liars trained to get as much money out of their customers as possible. They make it seem like they’re gonna give a good deal and then pull it out from under you and slam you with high interest rates. Never going to another auto nation again. Better off getting a vehicle on Craigslist

I’ve purchased two vehicles here and have had really good service. Service dept is prompt and informative

Although we didn’t end up purchasing a Nissan, our brief experience here with Billy while looking at new cars was the best of all of the dealerships and sales people we visited (and we visited 6 different dealerships). Billy was friendly, helpful and straight forward. He offered to text us the best offers for selling prices that he could get on the specific Pathfinders we were looking at, no sitting around waiting and waiting forever just for a price.
Billy called me a couple days later to see if we were still interested, and when I told him we had purchased something other than a Nissan elsewhere he was still friendly and understanding. Although we never got to the nitty gritty sales negotiation stage at AutoNation Nissan, I have no doubt that they would have treated us with the respect that Billy started with through the end.

I have an expensive 370z, naturally I got the top warranty. Or so they told me.
Part broke on conv. Top, not covered in warr. No help from nissan. Will cost over 10,000 to repair.
They were very rude through the whole process.
No love from me. It’s Toyota for me.

5 star customer service. Easiest car buying experience to date. Everyone we spoke to was knowledgeable and friendly. We went in pretty late in the day and decided to buy the car and we never felt rushed or pressured. I even got a follow up call from the salesperson today and he emailed additional information I requested.

I wanted to give 4.5 stars, but I’ll go ahead and round up because the help we received while purchasing a new car was great! We came in right before closing on a Friday looking for a Nissan Leaf.
Ous welcomed us in and was incredibly helpful and courteous as we test drove the vehicle and asked plenty of questions. We came back the next day and moved forward with our purchase. Sadly Ous wasn’t working that day, but Ricky was there to help us. Ricky was just as nice and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable while we played the sit-​and-​wait game that is common when purchasing a car.
I wanted to take half a star off just because we were there for four hours and the delivery at the end was a little slow moving, but everyone was so nice and we never did felt the stereotypical slimy-​salesman-​vibe from anyone. Overall, it was a great car buying experience! Thanks Autonation Nissan!

My GMC 2005 Yukon XL Denali had to have repairs/​replacements done do to an electrical fire underneath the seat.
Had to have carpet replaced, refurbished done to the passenger seat.
Service and quality of work was excellent.
Pleased with the results!

Again another pleasant visit to this dealership! Highly recommend Jason Schumacher in the service department!
Great crew of people working here ! A lot of the same faces every time I come in ! management must be doing something right! Great job!

Wanted to drop by and leave a review for the people who helped us to find a new family car. Johnny Roberts was very friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and patient. We also worked with Rick Goodman because we first contacted the dealership through the Internet department, and he was really personable and helpful. We had a great experience at Nissan AutoNation! Our sales guy was Theo. He was smart, knowledgeable and he genuinely wanted to help us find a car for our budget and our growing family! He was very patient, since we took up his entire day! At the end of the day I would send anyone to go see Theo.
My only complaint is that I was hungry and pregnant, my husband had to leave the dealership to get us food. I wish they had a sandwich café inside the dealership.

This about their service department, took my 2012 Pathfinder in for an LOF, Check the brakes and low brake pedal plus Battery Service. I knew going in I would need a battery. When I arrived NO ONE came out to great me (They did before). So I had to into the service advisors area to get started, while walking in a service advisor walked in front of me, opened the door and proceeded to walk in and allow the door to close on me. NICE!!. Then I walked up to an advisor told him I have an appointment, he asked with who? My paperwork had not advisors name so I told him my name, he stated I’m sorry Larry but you do not have an appointment, I said whose Larry, My name is Ray, he still called me Larry 3 more times. Finally he figured out that I was with Amy.
Amy was on the phone when I arrived at her desk, I waited told her my name, she pulled the paperwork out I filled in online, we reviewed everything, told her about my battery issue, it was original and told her just replace it. Signed my sheet, she said she would call me when ready or if another issue had come up, all good to this point.
However some 4 ½ hours later I had not heard from them, so I called. Asked about the status of my Pathfinder, «I don’t know, let me check» Amy said. When she came back on the phone she said the LOF & brake issue were done but I NEED a BATTERY??? HUH! I said but I know that, then she proceeded to quote me on the battery & said you also need a battery holder, but we DON’T have one in stock. We have to get this from Tempe & it will be another 2 hours easily, REALLY…
Now I was mad, I said but how come some 4.5 hours later I am calling you, you are not calling ME? No Answer. I just said get me SUV done. After thinking about it for a minute I called back & spoke with the Service GM Mark Robison, I really did not give him a chance to speak but asked why do I have to call you for my repairs why aren’t you calling me to tell me what my SUV needs, answer «I don’t know». After hanging up with him I received a call from Amy 1 hour later, «Your Pathfinder is ready» then I was hung up on. BTW no discounts or notes or apology’s.
When I picked up my Pathfinder they did not wash it, it had pieces of the corrosion which was on the battery all of the inside of the engine compartment & on the windshield.
I like the fact that my brands dealership is close by but I will take an awful lot to get me to go back to AutoNation Nissan for anything… Not pleased at all. Maybe they have grown TOO FAST?

My family has bought Nissans for years now. We have always dealt with Patterson in Longview, TX until moving to Arizona recently. Yesterday we went to Nissan Auto Nation with a pre-​approval letter and I was lied to over and over again.
I set there for over 7-​hours, I was given the keys to my new car and went through the whole spill. My dad was brought in to sign papers only to set there for 2-​hours and then told they couldn’t do the deal supposedly «after» the papers were ready to be signed. I wasted my whole day and I cannot stand being lied to.
Watch out for Nick & Ivan as finance managers and Ricardo as a car salesman. They lost a lifetime of business from a large family. Seriously disappointed with this dealership.

Snakes
They have you sign papers and give them the down payment then refuses to deliver the car unless you purchase their warranty. This is after you’ve declined the warranty during the signing of the papers.
Snakes. Awful Awful Awfu! Don’t trust them.
And then wait 2 weeks to get your money back.
Should be closed down

I followed advertising for a week on the 2015 rogue s — I even printed out a list of 6 vehicles listed at $ 18,999 minutes before I left for the dealership. Once on the lot I was told they were all SOLD! Really? Really? All 6 sold in the 45 minutes between printing out the sale and showing up on the lot? I tired to make a cash deal on a used rogue and ended up walking out over $ 500 —
On the upside I ended up at Hyundai San tan and bought a 2015 Hyundai Elantra paid cash and walked out a happy camper. No drama no sales pressure no back and forth.

Used car definitely BUYER BEWARE.
They offer a 3 day 150 mile return.
The evening I bought the truck I returned because I thought I felt the transmission slip… I was told that the differential button must have gotten pushed… I thought it was possible as my kids were pressing buttons like mad in the «new» truck.
After 700 miles it needs a new transmission $ 4300
Also they supposedly repaired the catalytic converter… More like they turned off check engine light. New one $ 900
Thanks for ripping me off AutoNation Nissan!
