Friendly staff, Juan is amazing and very helpful. He doesn’t pressure me into doing things I am not ready for or can’t afford and explains everything in detail.

Been coming here for four years with two of my Toyotas. Clean friendly and reliable. They even priced match some work I needed done a while back. Consistency is important and the managers and associates deliver. Nice lounge area with TV free snacks and beverages and a cool pirate ship play area for the kids!

The service department here is great! Always friendly and informative. I always make my appointment will Billy but when I’ve come in without an appointment everyone else has been great too!

I brought in my 09 Scion XB to replace the recall parts. When it was finished I remember it was the service manager who drove the car out. I notice there was a big dent in the front left fender, it was pushed in bad. I pointed it out and told him it wasn’t there before I brought it in and can you fix it, he told me all I need to do is have someone push it out and it’ll go pop back in place… Just before dark I got home, had someone try to pop it in place and it didn’t go so well like he said still looks bad. I’m so disappointed in myself I shouldn’t listen to him I should of have him take the car back and do it for me. Now the car looks ugly thanks for that pushed in fender (SMH) I will never go back for any service or recommend this location.

I just LOVE the Service Department. They are very professional, courteous, very helpful and provide great customer service.

We purchased two vehicles in February from Big Two after having an amazing experience working with our sales person. We do not live in the valley and made a trip up here just for this reason. He is the sole reason we purchase from here. We bought two xBs and purchased wheel upgrades on one and warranty on both. The wheels we purchased were not in stock. We made an appt for a few weeks later to have the wheels put on. The day we purchased the vehicles it was rainy and stormy. We drove back home in the rain. The next day, we noticed on the used xB that each wheel had curb damage and clear coat coming off. We called the service department to report this. We got a call that afternoon from the Finance department that they «lost» one of our contracts. We had to drive back to the valley to resign documents. On the day of our appt for the new wheels, we worked with our assigned service advisor and he quoted us the time would be about 1.5 hours. We were there for nearly 4 hours. After 2 hours I began asking how much longer and he kept quoting me «10 min» «20 min» etc. Nearly four hours later, he said, «I can’t apologize enough» without ever really apologizing.
After this incident, we sent a very lengthy email to the GM and never received any response or acknowledgement. It took us actually contacting Toyota Corporate to actually get any communication. In May we came back here to demonstrate the issue with the wheels. We had to make an appointment for July 3 for their wheel and tire technicians. Upon arrival, the wheel and tire technicians reported that they would be unable to make the repairs and we essentially wasted a trip up here.
This dealership has been nothing but one issue after the other since the purchase process. If it were not for the amazing sales person we had, I would not have done business with them ever. Best of luck to anyone that chooses to do business here.

absolutely the most incompetent service department I have ever seen. I only have myself to blame for being dumb enough to go back there twice to have the service department do the EXACT thing TWICE. Truck was dropped off on Friday night to do an oil change and to check the issue with the rear brakes. The rear brakes were originally done by this service department and I have had issues with them ever since. I have had the truck in before to address the brake issue now 3 different times. The very first time I also took the truck in to have the work redone was on a Saturday. Today’s episode is an exact duplicate of what happened the first time. Dropped off truck on a Friday for a Saturday service appointment. The services department closes at 4 pm. Today’s appointment time was 7:40 am. No call on the status of the repair so at 2:30pm I start calling to check on the status knowing how there incompetent staff handles things and I need to light a fire under them to get answers before they close for the day and end up holding my truck hostage till Monday. I get no answers and am transferred to my «service advisors «voicemail. I leave the message that I’m checking the status of the truck and that I need the truck back TODAY. In order to get to work on Monday. No return call until 3:37. Yes 23 minutes before they «close» I am assured it will be ready today and to head on down «around 4». I am of course without a car to get there because mine is in the shop. I ask my wife who is out to go by before 4 to pick it up. A miscommunication on her part and I don’t know if she will truly get there by 4pm to pay for and pick it up. She asks me to call and pay for the work over the phone as she didn’t have her wallet. I call back and more run around. There phone system is horrible and they by the time I get the run around it’s now after 4 pm and the person in Florida who answers the «overflow» calls tells me service is closed… Here we go again. They have dragged their feet again by waiting till the last minute to let me know what is going on and now someone 2500 miles away tells me they are closed. Rage ensues on my end yet again because this is the IDENTICAL scenario that played out the last time I took the truck in for the EXACT same thing that I am trying to get them to finally fix right yet again. The bottom line is little there is little or no response to customer questions as you can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone or when you do they can’t help you cause they are reading a script 2500 miles away in Florida. The end result was my wife did get there after 4 and was able to pick up the truck «even though the service department was supposedly closed» they compd me a oil change to «earn my business» in the future. I spent litteraly hours calling reaptedely or being on hold. They don’t have enough staff to handle the call and work volume and because of this they leave the customer guessing if they will ever get a call back with the status of their car. I’ve learned to NEVER go back there they are just a truly incompetent bunch of people that truly don’t care about their customers needs. I truly hope this keeps people away from these guys because I imagine since the same thing happened to me twice I’m not the only one that has had something like this happen to them.

I have gone to Big Two Toyota strictly for servicing of my Tundra. Each and every time, they have been extremely polite and courteous. They answer my questions thoroughly and when they bring my truck back it is always washed and ready to go. Yesterday, they even replaced my window washers with new ones that I had bought elsewhere. No qualms at all; they installed them for me free of charge. My wait time was 90 min, but it passed quickly as I sat in their lovely, clean café facility, which included WIFI.

We’ve been servicing our Tacoma and Prius here for 6 years now. Our service advisor (Dan) is very professional and the work is done right the first time-​ask for him! Whenever I need parts, they are very friendly and help you on the prices (thank you for making it slightly less painful!)

On my way to Big Two Toyota tomorrow for my second oil change since purchasing my 2008 Prius. In my first visit in March I was very impressed! My service was complete and fast! In addition, the tech made suggestions for future service!
Let’s now talk price… very affordable and fair! My mind is made up… all future service will be done at Big Two Toyota! Love this place!

Came for my first service checkup on. My 2015 Camry. I was well greeted by the garage staff and Adam, the service manager. Check in was easy and I thought they were going to try and sell me some additional service. This service check was free and I got away with no sales pitch. Love it !!!
PS the car performs great !

I’ve been working with Adam Rodriguez in the service department since I purchased my vehicle in 2011. He’s a stand up guy. The service I receive is excellent and the online appointment making is a total time saver, too. I’ve always been treated with respect and as I usually make an early morning appointment I love getting a free cup of coffee and then Adam will set me up with a free massage or pedicure next door. Yes, their prices are higher but my car is under warranty and I’ve had no issues with it at all. They take great care of me and when I leave I feel safe and I’m not ever worried that my car is going to breakdown. That you can’t put a price on.

Have had my new Toyota Tundra serviced here since day one. I have had very good service from the service team at Big Two. They have explained the work carefully and get the service done in a very reasonable timeframe. Check in process is painless and they have a WI-​FI lounge a snack bar and places for the kids to play (pretty awesome play area) in case you want to wait for your vehicle.

Back again for the second time in two weeks. Usualy that’s a bad thing when going fit auto service. Not this time. Brought my wifes 4 Runner in this time. Service advisor was Billy Garland. Another helpful team member. Billy took care of our 40,000 mile check up in short order. Once again… very happy with Big Two and their service team.

I was there to do oil change and multiple inspection since I received a coupon. When I was there and handed the coupon to the advisor, he gave me an unhappy look. And I had my car washed after the service, but it was a very lousy job. There were water marks all over in the back. And my tire pressure light was on, they didn’t even put air for me. I thought that was a basic thing to do no matter what kind of service you do.

My experience with the service department: We travel so this is the 5^th dealer we have visited for scheduled maintenance and this by far was the best experience. It started with a search through Unilocal for the best dealer for service. From that search I chose Big Two and called with questions. Andrew answered the phone, answered my questions. When I told him I’d make an appointment online. He suggested I «click his face on the webpage to make the appointment». It was an easy process. Andrew greeted me at the service entrance, took the information then did something I’ve never heard before: offered me a free haircut, manicure or pedicure then … if I get hungry, come and get him, he’d buy me a sandwich. Yikes! I’ll be better prepared to accept next time. The waiting area is very comfortable with refreshments available, WI-​Fi, tables, and upholstered furniture. The 25,000 mile service was only tire rotation and a check-​off list of fluid levels, brakes pads, tire tread, etc. so can’t really judge the quality of their work but I felt very comfortable at this dealer for service and as I said above, the best of the five I’ve visited.

My experience is only with their service dept. I bought my Prius at bell rd Toyota but I live far away from them now so I started coming here. Amazing service, no guesswork at all. I call up, make an appointment, then drive in when time come. They have a great sit down area with complimentary fruit, water, and coffee. Comfortable seating, and a shuttle to places away from the dealership if you want to hit target or something. There’s even a free massage, and hair parlor in the dealership. Free wifi also for those like myself who can entertain themselves through net browsing and research. Pretty awesome if you ask me.

I took my scion there for service and dropped it off at 8am WITH an appointment. It was supposed to be worked on right away and I didn’t get a call from them until 430 pm saying there was about 2000 in work to be done. The list they gave me was BULLSHIT Because all the items they said were wrong were already replaced just months earlier from the dealer I bought it from. I told them that they were all done and the service writer told me that I was a lier because it was not showing on his computer… DUH it was done by the dealer I bought it from and not a toyota dealer. The list they gave me was spark plugs, front and rear struts, front and rear brakes, tires, and a whole lot of other shit. They said the car was not repaired with genuine toyota parts so the repairs were no good. My only complaint was poor fuel economy and a rougher than usual ride. Anyway I left without doing any work there and they had the car 2 days. The advisor called me a lier and said I don’t know what I am talking about. KYB SHOCKS AND STRUTS ARE BETTER THAN OEM !!!
Never will go back there again and this is after I bought 3 cars from them. They called me to meet with the service manager to hear my concerns and when I took time from my very busy day to see him, I was told he was busy and couldn’t meet. BULLSHIT CROOKS AND LIERS !!!
Never go there and service your car, they are so nice when they sell the car and then treat you like you are stupid when you get service. No wonder they spent millions on the beautiful dealership, they are RIPPING OFF the customers and getting away with it. NOT ME.

The service department at Big Two is amazing. I had such a bad time with Riverview in Tempe that I took my car to Big Two for repairs and they did an outstanding job both in repairing my xB and restoring my faith in what good customer service can be when working with a dealer.
My AC went bad in my xB after a couple of months and Riverview was completely unhelpful and their repairs kept failing. So I took it to Big Two based on the recommendation of one of my friends. Big Two found an issue where the hose was rubbing against the belt and causing a leak and repaired the issue without any problems. They also found a issue with my water pump and replaced that as well under warranty.

I had the worst experience with Big Two.
Few weeks ago, I had gotten a flat tire due to the road hazard.
My car is about 10 months old. When I called Toyota to find out if I had tire warranty cause I didn’t remember. They transferred me to the service specialists because the front desk at services didnt know or has authority to see. So i waited on the phone on the side of the street for about 5 mins.
When someone finally came on, they told me they have no idea so someone will call me later.
I asked them
1. Should go there to find out? No, we are booked… cant get you in.
2. How long should I wait? We don’t know.
3. So how would I know if Im covered to get a new tire? Im not sure, you can wait for their call…
Are you serious? Am I supposed to wait on the side of the street for them to call me? They cant tell whether my «Platinum» Toyota care has tire warranty? Why did I pay over $ 1200 to buy this non-​existing service?
its been 10 days and I still did not receive a call.
I am seriously thinking about selling my car because of the service I received.
