Just moved in and cannot figure out why I didn’t move here sooner! Staff is amazing and helpful with getting everything set up. The property is amazing, and the pool is the envy of my friends.

Honestly the best apartment complex I’ve lived in between AZ and CA. Very cozy and friendly neighborhood. Also Ashley and Lorraine are great lease advisors! Any problems or concerns, they are the best people to go to!

Aside from the raised rate of my lease renewal, i love this complex. maintenance is always on point. the redesign of the complex amenities are wonderful. i wish there was another bike in the exercise room. They also give away a voucher for a free lunch truck meal once a month.

I moved in a couple of weeks ago. I love this complex. It’s quiet, and everyone I have seen so far is incredibly nice. Everyone that comes over to my apartment compliments me on how nice it looks. The only thing I think the complex could work on is cleaning out the stairwells and light fixtures regularly. At night time it looks a bit creepy, and in the day it looks dirty. Other than that, it’s an awesome complex and place to live. Keep it up!

Ashley in the office is awesome!!! She was very helpful throughout the application process. Any question i have she answers right away… The grounds are kept immaculate and presentable at all times. Pool is kept at a comfortable temperature. Super private and quiet. vOverall great

I have lived many places and this is by far the best place! The property is so clean and quiet! Sometimes I wonder if I have neighbors because I never hear them… And I even live on the second floor of a 3 story building.
I have had a couple maintenance needs and the staff was more than accommodating with my circumstances (I never give permission to enter when I am not there)… Yet everything is always fixed within a timely manor. For instance my a/​c went out and I went to work that morning and decided to wait for the office to open before I called. Although the maintenance man was out working on other urgent calls. Office staff was able to have maintenance to my door to meet me within 15 minutes of my call. I was worried it may be too hot for my pet in the hot apartment. Maintenance climbed up on the roof and fixed my issue within 10 minutes! wow! I was so grateful.
Not only this … They throw some awesome events with prizes, food and sometimes alcohol. Kind of a fun opportunity to meet your neighbors!
The floor plans are very spacious and clean. I have an upgraded apartment and love it! You can’t beat the safe neighborhood, you’re close to everything (grocery stores, the mall, freeway access), super pet friendly with a gated dog park… It can’t get much better
Office staff and maintenance team are absolutely wonderful!

Just moved out after living here for about 18 months. It was a great place, I had absolutely no issues.

I’ve lived here for a little over two months. So far everything exceeds expectations. It is very well maintained, the property is clean and quiet, the prices are very reasonable, and the office staff is exceptional! I initially looked at this complex because of its location. It is super close to the highways, and there are a ton of great dining and shopping areas nearby. Once I took a tour of the place, I knew that my search was over. Shannon did a fantastic job of following up and making the leasing /​move in process simple and efficient. I love it here, and I’m sure I’ll be calling Cantera home for quite some time!

This is the Best Apartment complex I have lived in! Ever since Alliance took over, Jasmine the Manager has taken this community to another level. She has done a wonderful job remodeling this place and has gone over and above to improve the quality of living here. And not just for me she even cares about our pets as much as the owners do, by building a dog park and added more pet stations etc. to adhere to our every need. It has been like Night and Day since Alliance (Jasmine) has taken this place over. From new workout rooms to a complete over haul of the pool, and making sure Cantera is fitted with the most up to date technology. Our Parcel Lockers will text you a pass code when a package is waiting for you, giving you privacy and piece of mind that your package isn’t just sitting on a office floor. On top of all of this the employees actually care about you and are good about handling problems or complaints the same day. I highly recommend this place if a high quality of life is something that is important to you!!!

I had a problem with my a/​c unit. I called emergency maintence at 4:30 am. Not only was Josh quick to respond to my maintence message, he was also very friendly. Thank you so much for fixing my air conditioning and being so polite!!!

This complex was recently taken over by a new management company. They have been helpful and friendly. I am very excited to have the dog park on property they plan to build. However… the prior management was underwhelming to say the least. I am very happy with the new management thus far. They came out same day to address a concern I had with my dryer. Jasmine, the property manager was happy to listen to my maintenance request that were not addressed by the prior management. Hopefully the better service does’t equal increased rent!

As a partner in the property management industry, I have to say that this property has already seen so many positive changes in the past few weeks. The staff is very welcoming and it has become one of my favorite places to visit.

Very disappointed by this place. Maintenance and upkeep on a minimal scale. Faulty wiring, drafty windows, missing screws, doors that fall off the hinges, leaky toilets, insects, windows that don’t close all the way, deteriorating stairwells, no doorbells… there are SO many other properties in this area that render this place useless. My advice is to drive around the corner or even across the street or a few blocks down. It is obvious that the renter is simply a statistic here.
