Camden Pecos Ranch

This rating is specifically for the assistant manager, AnaLydia Rodriguez Reiner. She is one of the calmest and most helpful property managers I’ve ever dealt with. I was searching for apartments for two consecutive days, and was unable to find an apartment that would suit all my needs. Ana gave me a tour of the «Camden Pecos Ranch» property, however, she was unable to show me the apartment that I actually wanted to stay in since it was not ready yet. When we went back to the office, she mentioned another newer Camden property, called «Camden Chandler», and even called the staff over at the other property to make sure that I was taken care of and that my needs were met. Sure enough, after I visited Camden Chandler, I found the exact apartment I was looking for, and in the right price range, and the staff was great there too. Thanks again, Ana, and Camden Properties.

I don’t use any of the amenities and the rent is ridiculous. I’m disappointed that my covered parking is far away and has no walkway to my apartment, I have to circle the entire building. When we had a flood, the off-​site maintenance guy didn’t want to get in his car and come here as my apartment was flooding. They have kept up on maintenance, apartments are newly renovated in the most ergonomically stupid configuration — bar counter way too high for people to use, build-​in desk way too high for a work chair, and bathroom sinks too tall for this 5’8″ woman. The biggest gripe is the noise factor. There is NO insulation between floors so I hear every creaking step of the person upstairs and their radio and TV vibrate my walls to the point of driving me insane. Considering what I pay a month for this place, I cannot wait to get out and own a home (it’s cheaper). My best points are secure gate, maintenance is fast and efficient, but the noisy upstairs situation has given me very poor sleep because every time they decide to get up and walk around during the night or hit the wall with their headboard or play music, it vibrates horrendously. They should have spent the money on renovation on insulation!

It’s been a long time since I’ve enjoyed living at a complex! I’ve had my share of moving after my lease is up. Suffice it to day, apartment living is a lot like car insurance — my loyalty lies in the cheapest bidder. Camden has changed all that (like Allstate has in the example). I’ve gone from budget loyal to brand loyal. Camden has much of the luxury updates that have been boasted by other complexes in the last few years, but what sets them apart is their green campaign, management style, and (most importantly) their resident engagement. Every month or so, there’s a resident event in the Welcome Center. Couple that with their quarterly visits for maintenance items like filters and water heaters, Camden is a place that I really enjoy living. The granite counter tops, «smart» washer and dryer units, and «fetch» fixtures, this place is the best. I love the staff, they always wave high reminding me of those old southern backroads as a kid. Oh, an the trash valet service! I never liked taking the trash out as a kid and now I don’t have to!

My husband and I are so happy with Camden, since day one they have made us feel so comfortable. This is our first time living in an apartment, we looked at different places but the staff here (specially Ginna) made our choice very easy as they made us feel like home.
We have never had any problems with staff or neighbors. Maintenance is always on top of things, parking is very convenient. But what I love the most is Thirsty Thursday’s (office will have drinks and food once in a while).
The only thing we don’t like is that now packages can’t be deliver at front office so if we order online we have to pickup at UPS office (we hardly ever have packages deliver).
I truly recommend this place to you if you are looking for an apartment

Been here 15 months and couldn’t think of moving anywhere else. The front office staff is incredible, if you have issues they fix it right away and make you feel like you’re their favorite… it always makes me feel good whenever I go up there they always take the time out their day to talk to me and interact with my son… he loves the secret chip stash he gets whenever we go there. This place definitely makes it a home.

I have been looking for an apartment for the past 2 months & nobody has provided me with the customer service that these 3 ladies in the office have given me. I could not turn this place down. It’s beautiful, accommodating, and again EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you so much

This is the first time I have lived in an apartment, and I really like it here. I’ve been here for 3 months, and the only issue I had was the rent posting online. Everyone in the front is nice, but I don’t really go up there for much. Anytime we had a Maintenon issue, it was resolved within 2 – 3 hours. The guys on property are nice. The gym is always empty, and clean. The dog park is great. My favorite park is the parking. There is always a ton of parking by my apartment. Coming from California, parking is a deal breaker. One thing is there a few old cars that just sit in parking spaces, until they move them to another spot.

This place is very nice but what makes it 5 stars to me is the office.
Gina, Stephanie, Anna (sp?) have been phenomenal with the whole process and are always there when help is needed.
Quiet, gated community. Nice units with granite countertops, and nice new appliances.
I can see why this place has some of the best reviews of all the apts in chandler — HIGHLY recommend!

Very ridiculous when it comes to creating and charging residents fees. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

First time living in an apartment in 10 years.
My wife and I just needed a short-​term lease until our house was done being built. Out of all the apartments we looked at, this one has the nicest renovations and offers the most welcoming office staff. The renovations include: crown molding, stainless steal appliances, updated washer and dryer, and wood floors. Maintenance is there every single day and you can always see them working hard. Dan and John are the two nicest guys. They always stop and wave when they see people walking around and will sit and talk if they have a minute. The maintenance manager (I can’t remember his name) he is really nice to. Dan and John are mostly the ones who came in my home so I most familiar with them. They all live on-​site and offered to help mount my TV when they got off work. The office staff has changed a few times since I leased (mostly the two leasing girls out front). Amanda is the assistant manager and she is the one who helped my wife and i when we leased. She was so nice and helpful. Her personality from the beginning was genuine and she really helped us make a good monetary decision. We originally came in inquiring about a 2 bedroom for a 3 month lease and explained our temporary situation. The rent for a 3 month rental on a 2 bedroom was over 1500 a month! She understood it was high and just over what we wanted to pay. She showed us the large 1 bedroom layout that has an indoor storage room with rent just over $ 1100 a month. We ended up leasing because we felt she really was trying to help us make a smart decision instead of just getting another sale.
After move-​in i had few run-​ins with the manager Gina, she’s never really in the office but when she is, she is rude and not helpful. We needed a 1 month extension at the end of our lease because our house was delayed and gina was the only one available to help me. (i normally avoid her because any run-​ins I have with her are rude and she seems more annoyed by residents than anything) She said «Sorry, your apartments been leased there’s nothing we can do. you have to move out at the end of your lease» I asked if there was anything she could do to help and the answer was «no» All while this is going on, her three kids and puppy are running around her office getting into things.
The next day I emailed Amanda and I told her what happened with the house and just asked for any advice on what to do. She called me right away and offered us a transfer in the complex for a month to month rental or transfer to another Camden. she sent me prices of 2 different locations and was sympethetic even though her hands were kind of tied. There is a HUGE difference in how i was treated as a customer. With gina any interaction I have with her is short and she does not seam eager to want to help. Amanda has always offered better customer service and a genuine care for us over anyone in the office. YOU ROCK AMANDA

So far, I have loved living at this Camden property, and have found very little to complain about. The manager of the property is very friendly, and it was her charming personality that made me feel like this was the community for me. I love the valet trash service, especially during summer. My only distaste so far is that cable is included with rent which provides a disincentive to use satellite, and it took nearly 45 minutes with Cox’s technical help to convince them that they could talk with me despite having a bulk account… I love the Bark Park, and can’t wait until cooler weather to try out the hot tub :-)

If I could give Camden Pecos Ranch more stars I would! We absolutely love living here. We have lived many places and none come this close. Right after we moved into our apartment the washer went out. The office staff and maintenance made sure we had a place to wash clothes until ours was fixed. Then we found a new basket full of goodies at our door. We LOVE it here. Plan on being here for a long while. Thanx Camden for making this home.

Been here 3 months and love it! The company and staff really make you feel appreciated and valued, which is hard to find these days! The on-​site dog park is awesome and kept fairly clean! The rest of the grounds are always kept really nice as well! Also the valet trash service is awesome!

We moved in a few months ago and the staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful. We had a few minor things needing repair and the maintenance turnaround has been less than 24 hours. The online rent payment and maintenance service system is super convenient. It seems that most of the staff live here as well which, in my opinion, is a good thing. They welcome pets too!
As far as the unit, it is spacious. Upgraded kitchen counters and cabinets/​appliances are gorgeous. A large patio has plenty of room for a small garden or a play area for the kids. There is also a great storage area on the patio.
The pools are always clean when we have used them and they are typically quiet, almost like we have our own private pool. The landscaping is wonderfully maintained and just about everyone cleans up after their dogs. There is a bark park for the dogs which is very clean and many doggie waste stations around the property which have always had bags when we’ve used them.
The apartment itself is quiet! On a rare occasion we will hear our neighbors above us but we cannot hear anything to either side of us.
The location of the property couldn’t be more central… downtown chandler is 5 minutes away, Gilbert, Mesa and Tempe are all within a 15 minute drive. Overall a wonderful place to live.
