This apartment has the worst management. They’re horrible people who have no respect for their residents. Everyone working there is rude. They will increase rent considerably each year. They will find any excuse to charge you. They complex is not kept clean. Avoid at all cost. There’s not a single reasonable person that works at the leasing office. I have contacted Trevi three times this week and no one from management has contacted me, Jamie. It’s easy to reply to comments on Unilocal and make your management look good but the truth is that you have no respect for your residents.

We absolutely ADORE the staff here! After relocating from the mid-​west we decided it be best to live in an apartment until we decide where in the city we’d like to buy a house. Over the past several months I have toured just about every apartment complex in the east valley. This process is mentally exhausting! Jessica & Alex really made me feel like what was important to me was just as important to them. The community is extremely beautiful. The grounds are well kept. And the apartment has lots of character. After viewing so many cookie-​cutter style apartments, Trevi really stood out for us. We are extremely excited to call Trevi our new home! Thanks ladies for the personalized customer service. It was just what I needed to finally make a decision…

I’m forced to give this joke 1 star, but that’s a generous exaggeration of their quality. In the past three weeks I’ve had two attempted break ins and my car has been damaged. The first break in and car damage occurred during the several week period of time the management couldn’t be bothered to fix the gate that was broken (for the millionth time this year). I’ve made two police reports, neither of which have made the management do anything. They refuse to add an additional lock and after the first complaint I was told that break ins are just a part of apartment living I should learn to deal with. They require a 60 day notice to get out of a contract but won’t tell you what the renewal rate will be until less than 2 weeks before your 60 day notice is due! The management cares only about $$ and not the tenants. They are sweet as can be until they have you hooked. Just last month I was told that they know I’ll never find somewhere cheaper than will give me a 60 day guarantee of moving in, so there’s no point in trying to get out. I highly recommend doing research before considering this place and check out just how many more police reports have been filed since Broadstone took over this once nice community.

It is really nice apartment, the decoration is new, I spent 1.5 months there with shorter travel, it made feel very comfortable!

I needed to located to AZ for three months for work. I found Broadstone Trevi. Place was nice. Pools were beautiful and the furnished apartment was nice. Nothing fancy but certainly livable and clean. The management team was more than accommodating. I would certainly stay here again if the need arises.

Extremely pleased with this community — A new job opportunity took me closer east and needing to move but not wanting to buy, I considered several high end or «Luxury» apartments and home rentals. I chose Broadstone because of their GORGEOUS grounds, beautiful floor plans, being off of the beaten path but still close to great food (downtown/​old town Chandler) and shopping. However, the reason why I write this is due to the top notch customer service they have on staff. Some companies have ruined a great opportunity over knucklehead front line associates. This outfit must have done a little head hunting because the hired the best I’ve ever seen in the property management arena. Thank you again; keep it up!

This is a great place very beautiful property. We got in two years ago and it’s been great. Constant upgrades and a wonderful maintenence team always working to better the area. I love this area very nice and young business professionals along w retired. It’s very classy and believe we have it good in our 2 bd 2 bath w a garage. It really is nice. Idk what problems people in reviews left before but I have never experienced any negative encounters that have been said. It’s beautiful kept clean it’s just relative on what your own needs are. It fits ours great.

Where to even start. First and foremost STAY AWAY from this complex. Extremely rude management staff in the office and rude neighbors. The most amazing part of this complex is the amount of people that smoke pot in their apartments and have the windows open. Walking around the complex is quite interesting. Residents don’t pick up after their dogs by any means. There is dog excrement left right next to the poop stations. If the office makes a mistake don’t expect them to own up to it or even apologize. Its your fault. No one enforced rules at the pool which can become quite a party zone. There are better complexes across the street, go there. The staff is just extremely rude and only wants to get you signed & in to an apartment. Oh and you pay for water & trash which they never tell you until you get your first bill.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! This complex has consistently gone down hill since new management has taken over! With all of the other «luxury» complexes in the area you are better off with them!
Mosquitoes are a huge problen… maintenance let’s the drains clog and they breed Luke bunnies! Standing water is a huge issue. You can’t even enjoy your patio!
The «security guard» moved and they refuse to hire another one! There is no security and no enforcement of rules! Pool and common areas are for drunken, loud, residents.
Units are dated and have the cheapest carpet, cabinets, appliances in them. .Do not let the models management shows you fool you!
The staff is ever changing and with the new complexes coming into the area they will now rent to most anyone! They get a $ 50.00 bonus for every lease they get signed! If the corporation that owns the complex would put that money into the units and grounds it would be better spent!
They move new people in for 3 – 400.00 less monthly than active resident lease renewals. So guess who’s moving in next door?
The gate code is the same for everyone do don’t think your vehicle/​property is secure!
Parking is a NIGHTMARE! There are no assigned spots and Noone respects your space or your vehicle and your car will be dinged and scratched in no time… management could care less!
This place has been and continues to go downhill… and warp speed!

The only reason this place deserves a one star is simply because the grounds and pool areas are nicely kept. That’s what people see when management walks the new prospective tenants around. And the super nice models. The units are a far cry from the model!
We signed a 3 month lease on a furnished apartment.
Let me begin by saying the accommodations were less than favorable. I felt like I was walking into the 1990’s. From the moment we walked in, there was a funky smell in the apartment. The smell coming from the sink area was horrible. Had someone come twice to fix it, but it never went away. Had to go to Walgreens and buy candles and air fresheners to mask the smell. In addition, the sink had no sprayer and was the cheapest contractor grade material. Everything was cheap, cheap material. Not what you’d expect from $ 2200 a month for a 2 bdrm.
All the décor was old and dated. Not at all like the pictures on the website. Every bit of furniture was marked up pretty bad. My daughters complained that the comforter smelled bad and used our own blankets that night. After examining and smelling it myself, I almost gagged. It went straight into the washing machine! Tile floors were dirty and disgusting. They made our feet black after walking on them just a few minutes.
The common grills are never kept up. We had to clean out the ashes every time we used one.
The management. Where to start? Terrible. From my understanding, this is the new management staff. From overhearing conversations at the pool, quite a few people (snowbirds) will not be returning for the simple reason as the new management stinks. From my own personal experience, they are not sympathetic, or nice.
Like I said, we signed a 3 month lease. We did so on the road, on a cross country relocation trip. All documents were signed through e-​mails. Please read the fine print. Even then, it will confuse you. Why do you need to give a 30 day notice when you signed a 3 month lease? I still don’t know, but now we are being charged for another 3 weeks of rent because we didn’t tell them we were leaving when we said (and signed) we would be. And they called to inform us of this 5 days before our lease is up?!
Can’t wait to see what they try to charge us for next. Maybe a smudge on the wall?
I would not recommend this place. At all.
