No management response after leaving previous voicemail message and Unilocal review – a week and a half later! Any way you look at it, this is poor customer service, especially being that I’m one of the «good residents» who doesn’t cause trouble. I’ve simply had enough! I pay my fair share, love my complex and want it to be better. The smoking issue is still in full force and is quickly ruining the environment here! People who use the gym to stay healthy are subjected to a trail of disgusting smoke as you walk the path to/​from the gym. People are openly smoking in and around the pool area with no regard for other residents’ comfort. They’re leaving cigarette butts everywhere that are fire dangers (hello, we’re in the DESERT!), not to mention litter for someone else to pick up. I walk out of my apartment and it smells like a bar with so many smokers everywhere. There’s so much smoke in the path of the common areas, that I can’t even imagine the awful first impression that prospective residents get when they are toured through the facility. It can’t be a good thing! Please management, listen to the calls for help from your residents, we need no smoking in our common areas! If residents want to smoke on their patios, that’s one thing, but ruining the rest of OUR paid for commons areas is wrong and I believe discriminates against the non-​smoking residents. What else would you call it when the smoking residents have more rights than non-​smokers do? This complex has been and can be great again, but right now, it’s quickly becoming an unhealthy place to live, period.

My advice is to stay away from all PB Bell Owned or Managed Properties.
These apartments are being marketed as «Luxury Living» and from the first glance they are beautiful and alluring. However, in reality they are not what you think you’re getting. This is just your typical rental apartment complex with lipstick and perfume added. You’ll be paying very high square foot rental rates in addition to extra monthly surcharges and high one-​time administrative fees. The office staff are very friendly, but take their orders from PB Bell headquarters, in other words, charge as much as possible, and do as little as possible. The grounds are not kept up well, with litter and dog poop being a constant problem, dumpsters overflow with nasty refuse throughout the week. If you’re impressed with hype, fancy pictures, ‘sales incentives’ and the allure of «luxury living» this is the place for you!

Absolutely beautiful apartment complex. Beautiful grounds. Everything is state of the art and welcoming. The gym has everything you could need. The pool and playground are spectacular. I am not sure about the staff at this point but everything else seems top of the line and is a must see even if you are just touring apartments.
