Chris was very helpful when I took my car car in for an oil change. He took his time to explain everything and was very nice. I’ll be back for my next oil change.

I came to this location to get an oil change and inspection. When I first pulled up, the gentleman told me it was a long wait, so I ran an errand and came back. When I pulled in the second time, they told me the inspector was at lunch, and it would be about an hour. I decided to wait since my inspection was due. No problem. After waiting 40 minutes, a technician came into the lobby and told me the inspector decided not to do any more inspections that day, even though I was already there and waiting. I went against my judgement to try Jiffy Lube again, after having past issues. I won’t return.

If you have a new auto under warranty don’t use Jiffy or any other oil quick service. Jiffy replaced the oil with too many quarts. That oil now has to go somewhere and it will cause your auto to smoke and stall. This was my daughters auto and it was towed into the dealership and the warranty wouldn’t cover it and cost several hundred dollars. You have one $ 9 an hour guy below telling another above how much to add where both have been on the job probably weeks. Go to a dealership they have a nice waiting room and quick service lanes and it will be done correctly. If not they will take responsibility unlike Jiffy who denied any responsibility of course.

I hate oil change places, but a couple friends said that this place was different so I gave it a try. My car was starting funny, and I figured it was either my battery or starter. I went in this afternoon and they checked my battery for me and confirmed that it was on its last legs. It was a 4 yr old battery, so I wasn’t surprised.
They set me up with a new one with a 5 yr replacement warrenty. Jason and DJ were very friendly and professional. I will be back next time I need an oil change. They said I can always call ahead to see how busy they are. Nice work, fellas.

Nice staff and quick service BUT my car mat covered in greasy boot prints. Dirty finger prints on hood, door, inside door, steering wheel. Basically everywhere he touches had black hand and boot prints. Felt like they should have paid me the $ 10 extra for my time to clean up the grease mess, instead they wanted me to pay an extra $ 10 to vacuum and clean outside windows. No thanks Cedar Park Jiffy Messy Lube !

Wes and his team are the best! They always make me aware of anything that might need extra work and do their best to save me money with coupons and specials. Their honesty keeps me coming back.

I went for an oil change on 2÷4÷15. Usually I get the 3000 mile oil change but ask if there was one that lasted longer so they told me about one that lasted 10,000 miles for $ 99 so I said I will take that one. I also ask how long it would take and he said 25 minutes total. Ten minutes later he comes in and says they don’t have the right oil weight for my car in the 10,000 mile oil but I could use the one they had. I said I don’t want to use a weight other than what is recommended for my car. He says he has one that will last 6500 – 7000 miles for $ 80 and he would give me a $ 10 coupon. Long story short, my invoice was $ 90.08!!! I looked at the break down and saw they had charged me $ 35.99 to «top off» my fluids and vacuum my car which you couldn’t even get to the back floor boards and the front floor was done poorly. When I said they need to mention that charge prior to doing it and that I shouldn’t have to pay for that he basically ignored me and continued to check me out. I ask that the owner call me and I also called the Jiffy Lube 800 number and they said the owner would call me. A week later and no call. The 25 minutes was an hour. I won’t go back and obviously I do not recommend this Jiffy Lube.
Update 2÷20÷15: A Jiffy Lube representative contacted me to help resolve my issue. The «signature service» was a standard oil change and the vacuum and top off was included, I was charged $ 42 for the oil upgrade so it lasted longer (6500 – 7000 miles versus the standard 3000). So my review was incorrect in that they charged the $ 35.99 to top off and vacuum, however I will still not go back to this particular location.

Took one vehicle there for an inspection Nov 2014. They put the sticker on with the 1’s backwards, i.e. the serif was pointing right, instead of left. Took another vehicle there for an inspection today, and they put the sticker on at a 30 degree angle relative to the registration sticker above.
And, they said they couldn’t replace the stickers unless I paid for a new inspection.
I recognize that these are largely cosmetic issues. And they twice failed to demonstrate attention to detail with a fairly simple task. Then, they refused to correct their mistakes without additional cost to me. Not cool.

I went in for an oil change today and came out a satisfied customer. As a first timer at Jiffy Lubes with my new used car I had no clue what type of oil it needed. Wes helped me pick out the right type of oil within my budget. He even checked my air filter for free just to make sure it was fine/​clean. Even though the price was a bit higher than I expected for an oil change, it was worth it for my car.
I will definitely be coming back to this Jiffy Lube. Wes treated my car as if it was his and treated me like I was apart of his family. I love it :)

They advertise a $ 24.99 oil change, but when I went to give my information the person helping me said it would be $ 37.00. I asked what happened to the $ 24.99 price and he said, «Well that is just for the oil change. The $ 37.00 tops off all your fluids, cleans the windshield and vacuums the car,» etc. etc. I felt like they weren’t honest and forthcoming about their prices which scared me. PLUS he was a little sarcastic when speaking with me. I told him I was not interested, I will not be back to this location! I took my business elsewhere.

Not too bad! Went in for oil change and inspection and they took notice of an issue that could have been big problem down the road so luckily they save me on that. the new staff needs to get a little more skilled but other than that they are making it work. Swift service.

The next time here, the guys were dumb as could be,
A whole new crew, who ignored the customers, and would put your car in the bay and then forget about it and you,
some days ya get a good crew, and some days not,

Went to get two oil changes and an inspection sticker at the same time. I was new to the area and did not know about the emissions restrictions on inspections. My” Service Engine Soon” light was on. They hustled me into new windshield wipers (it wont pass with these wipers, sir) before coming back and saying I failed because the light was on. (possible emissions problem) Did they not notice the light and fail to advise me that it would not pass either way? I doubt it. Both oil changes were ridiculously high and much more than I should have paid. Went to Kwik Kar on Lakeline Blvd and I heard their technicians ask straight out to their customers if their «Service Engine Soon» light was on. If it was they said not to bother with the inspection because it wouldn’t pass. First time and last time going there.

Service here was pretty good, and all the guys were really friendly. John was the manager & I really appreciated that he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need as so many other places do! Because let’s face it, I am a girl & have no clue what goes on under the hood of my car half the time! The only problem we had was that when leaving my car blew white smoke, but John told me to come back & they rechecked everything & fixed the problem for me! Turned out that the last place that changed my oil more than likely didn’t change the filter, and also just a little to much oil had been added! I will be back for the guys to change my oil again next time!

Great service, and not too pushy with the upsell. We had some confusion with our coupons but the employee taking care of us was cool about it and got us taken care of.
Biggest drawback for this location is the claustrophobic waiting area. Seating inside for 7 only and boy is it cramped! Fortunately this location seldom seems terribly crowded even on a Saturday.

I have 5 vehicles that need regular oil changes. I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for 4 years. They’re always more expensive than the surrounding shops, but it is conveniently located and it has just become a habit to get my vehicles serviced there. Today they lost my business as the charged me nearly $ 100 for an oil change. SInce my employee went there instead of me, they felt it ok to not offer any «discounts» that make their already highly inflated prices a smidgeon tolerable. Instead — they give my employee an H2O «free» car wash voucher. It is plain to see that their main focus is not on customer satisfaction, but extracting as much money as possible.

Thankfully, these guys weren’t as pushy on the upselling as most places are. However, they did really want me to go with an «oil upgrade» rather than just an «oil change» which I made pretty clear that I would decline. So what happened? They gave me the oil upgrade anyway which cost me extra money for something I had just told them I didn’t want done. Not going back.

Okay, I really don’t want to get anyone in trouble, but they did give me the wrong price for something. And even though the actual price was higher, they cheerfully stuck to the original price no problem.
They do give the typical additional service pitch, but its a really soft sell. Friendly, fast — need to work on the coffee a bit though. .. will be back when they are running their next special.

Note to self: Never, ever let my mother drag me out of bed, with five minutes to get ready, and make me get my oil changed. It’s just a bad idea.
This being said, I wound up at this Jiffy Lube one recent sunday morning looking a lot like Ke$ha, which, translated, means I looked like I hadn’t showered in days, the hangover was slightly overbearing, and I had actually forgotten my shoes. MY SHOES! I never realized how absent-​minded I could be until this trip.
So, Starbucks in hand, and as barefooted as I was, I gave Jiffy Lube a go. I was delighted to see that the manager looked just as disoriented as I did, he had obviously been woken up by his mother five minutes before his shift started as well. Or maybe it was just a bad hair day, eh. But, despite this, he seemed like he knew his bearings. He got right in there and switched out my oil with little upselling.
For the record, I hate upselling. It’s my biggest pet peeve. This man only mentioned that my air filter could need replacing, and me, not in the mood to spend any more money then I already had, politely declined, and he left it alone after that. Now that, is my kind of mechanic.
I got out having only spent around $ 40, and I feel like that’s a reasonable price. It was a good experience, I’ll definitely be back. Just with shoes this time.
