Do not do the teeth whitening. Extremely inexperienced staff and shotty equipment. Not worth 85 $. I saw no visible change. I’m not unhappy with the results, rather the experience as a whole. I had to sit in a chair and listen to an infant crying in the back room for 30 mins. They did a decent job on my eyebrows at least.

For a threading shop at the mall, this place is great. They have a shape map on the wall so you can show the person what you’re looking for. She didn’t take too much off, even when I mentioned that I usually take off more, and after she did the other brow they looked great! I let her know it’s been a while and that I might tear up, so she went really quick! Even though she went fast, she didn’t do a bad job or miss a bunch of hair… I’ll definitely be back. =)

I got mine done at the booth in the first floor. I don’t live here and I am heading to a wedding but needed my eyebrows done. I get them threaded all of the time at home and this is by far the best I’ve ever had. Very detailed and they are shaped to perfection. She didn’t miss any hairs and they look great. Would definitely recommend this place.

If I could give this place NEGATIVE5 stars I would! I walked in and I said«I only need my eyebrows cleaned up» but when she was done and handed me the mirror she did not clean up my eyebrows she completely reshaped them and butchered my eyebrows! I look like the damn Rock with one raised eyebrow! I can’t even fix it it’s that bad because she left me with hardly any hair!!! She thinned them out horribly and left the ends with a lot of hair! It took everything in my power to not curse her out but instead just repeated«no no no! It’s way too thin!» And she just made huffing noises as if I was bothering her! & of course didn’t hesitate to mention giving her a tip! Smh DONOTGOHERE!!! And if you do avoid the younger girl with glasses!

I got my eyebrows done here way back. I went to the lady on the second floor. They have two locations in the mall. One is on the second floor next to Macy’s and one on the first floor. I have gotten my brows waxed and threaded so this wasn’t my first time getting threaded. I wasn’t satisfied at all. My eyebrows are of a different shape from one another so whoever is working on it has to put in a little more effort to get them to look the same shape. I told that to the lady who was doing my brows but she still messed it up. She was quick but the result wasn’t what I wanted. I don’t recommend this place.

Not recommended. I have had threading done of my entire face for over 20 years and this was the worst. Started out with eyebrows and it went ok– just ok. I should have stopped right there but I was already there so I had them do my entire face. Big mistake. First of all it was painful and I have never had a painful experience before. Second, just a few hours later my face got really bruised and puffy and there are scratches all over it. Cheap thread and inexperienced personnel.

So I don’t know what the deal is. Why does everyone hate this place so much? Maybe they aren’t experienced at getting threaded… or maybe they’re not experienced at dealing with language barriers… I’m just saying… hey I’m Filipino American and I’ve spent lots of times in Asian salons etc. I have been threading for years. It’s better for my skin and I feel like it last longer than waxing. I had a hard time finding a place to get threaded. I’ve just settled for this place because they do a decent job. I just tell the ladies I need my forehead, eyebrows and upper lip done and they clean it up. I’ve learned with language barriers you just tell them the bare minimum and they get the job done. The one thing that bothers me about this place is that’s it’s so dim. I’ve noticed that SOMETIMES I feel like some of the hairs get missed and I have to go back and pluck. No big deal. I can easily clean up the strays. I also have weird spots or «bald» spots in my eyebrows and they’ve been able to clean up around. I don’t know why people have given this place such terrible reviews. The ladies are nice, the clean up on my face is decent and it gets the job done. Until I finally go and find another really great place. I can settle with Browz and Henna.

Stay away, I left with 2 completely different eyebrows and cuts all over the sides of my forehead(I have so many scabs above my eyebrows it looks like freckles). The first time I got my brows done there the lady did a great job, but they always have new staff and clearly don’t have high standards for hiring. Skip browz and henna it’s not worth the cheap prices… your face will thank you!

They do an okay job. I do notice that I am charged different prices every time. I always have my brows, upper lip, chin and neck done and sometimes I am charged 35.00 and sometimes 30.00. I do not remember seeing any prices posted. I don’t know… I will ask for prices before I sit in the chair next time.

If i had a choice as to leave a zero star rating I seriously would. We just moved to the area and my wife decided to give this place a try. Worst mistake ever. My wife very clearly begged for the lady to make sure she leaves them thick as she hates thin brows. The lady replied with«ok no problem» my wife even showed her a pic from 2 weeks ago and said«please just clean them up and leave them as thick as in this picture». Well… the lady decided to do the complete opposite and reshaped and threaded a lot more than what my wife had pointed out. To make Matter worst they one eyebrow was different than the other, she also took off a lot from the center. My wife was so upset and even hesitated to pay as she told her, «this is the worst job anyone has ever done, you shouldn’t even charge me, you did the complete opposite that I kindly asked you for» lady said«sorry too bad and I can’t just not charge you»… Thanks Fu**ing lady now I have to deal with a pissed off woman! ****STAYAWAYSTAYAWAYSTAYAWAY****

I give this two stars only because couple of their employees do a good job. The owner is the worst for eyebrows. She just threads fast with no regard to shape of the brows or your wishes. Also she is very unfriendly. I recently discovered that there is another lady who works in the Ayurve salon in the same mall but affiliated with Browz and Henna who does a great job with eyebrows.

I have been going to this particular location for the past three years off and on and it seems as if there experience is now lacking. I went there yesterday expecting or hoping that I could get my eyebrows done properly this time. Instead, I I received horrible service. They had an inexperienced brow technician who took 20 minutes just to do my eyebrows. When I came home I put some alcohol on my eyebrows and noticed that I had scratches where apparently they kept breaking the skin. I do not recommend this location. This happened to be the kiosk location in the mall.

I’ve had my brows done here more than 40 times. I drove all the way tot he mall to get it done because the ladies downstairs(never go to the upstairs one) were so awesome. Well early this year, the good ladies were let go and were replaced by people who don’t know what they’re doing. My usual ladies would take 15 minutes on you, make sure it was perfect, brush and cut the long hairs, etc. The current ladies take five minutes and it looks like crap. They don’t brush and cut or take their time. I tried them 10 different occasions and i’ve finally had enough. Never again.

I came in at 1:30 Sunday 7⁄20. The woman who did my eyebrows was the most unprofessional I have ever had the displeasure of using. She finished in 5 minutes. She did not listen. Didn’t even speak to me at all. She actually got rough and was so rude and was grabbing my face and skin hard. I had to ask her 4TIMES to take more off… reshape them etc. I finally left out of frustration. I almost didn’t pay. It doesn’t look like she even touched me. I could’ve done a better job. I wish I knew her name.

My wife just went there today(2÷23÷2014) and got a full face done. It took less than 7 minutes and she was charged $ 40. I know she was ripped off, but I always tell her to ask the price BEFORE getting the service, she did not asked this time though. In any case, was the service good? Not really. Is $ 40 a fair price for less than 7 minutes of work? Definitely not. Do we feel we were scammed? yes.

I just had my eyebrows done and it’s the worst threading job I’ve ever had. The lady who did my eyebrows was so fast she finished in about 3mins. They are extremely uneven and messy and she took to much from one side. She never asked me what u wanted and she thinned out my eyebrows way to much. She also did my upper lip and that took about 30 secs and she managed to get about half of it. It was a complete waste of money and now my eyebrows look like shit! I will never come back again nor do I recommend this place to anyone. No Customer service what so ever! Lady was very unfriendly!

I always get great compliments on this place and I took my friend Kelly and my baby sister Adriana there to get their eyebrows done. Both were very happy with the work and I have been going for about a year and it was totally new to me until then. I don’t have complaints possibly because of a combination of 2 things 1) they really do very good work and 2) I don’t have thick chubaca eye brows like Brooke Shields LOL ;) Loved them!

I’m on the fence about this place. I’ve been here twice, and she does an okay job. I usually have to follow up with tweezers when I get home though. I’ve only ever seen one person working so I suggest going when it’s slow unless you don’t mind waiting. She moves quickly, and she’s friendly.

Let me begin by stating that I went in for the Henna. I am too chicken to actually go through with a real tattoo and I love the ability to change my mind every two weeks. I walked in and took a copy of my daughter’s name in pretty, script writing, mirror imaged. The last time I had Henna done, at a different location mind you, they asked for a mirror image of my «tattoo» so that they could place it on me and trace it. The lady pointed to a chair, took my paper and began to free-hand the name. I have to admit that she did a much better job than the last place as far as giving me what I wanted. With that being said, Henna is supposed to last roughly 2 weeks. Mine has lasted two days. I may go back to give this place another shot. But I am disappointed that such pretty artwork was wasted.

Had my eyebrows threaded today. She said, «sit down, close your eye» and then rip, rip, rip, rip, rip… I swear I sat in the chair for less than 2 minutes. No muss, no fuss. $ 10 and 3 minutes later, I’m out the door. For those of you who have never heard of eyebrow threading, it’s a method of shaping eyebrows using a cotton thread which is twisted and rolled along the surface of your skin as it yanks out the hairs. There are no chemicals or wax. It’s about as painful as tweezing but much quicker.
