ASAP

I had a bridesmaid dress altered here. I needed the alteration because the dress looked terrible on me — though I had been measured before ordering it, it was way too big on me and just looked like a potato sack. Having heard good things about this place, I came in, and after measuring me one of the ladies provided a reasonable quote and appointment to pick it up in a week. The main reason I knocked off a star is that when I showed up a week later at the appointment time, I saw one of the ladies working on the dress. She asked if I could return a little later and, while it’s not that big of a deal, the mall was packed at the time and I really didn’t want to be there. And, I didn’t want her to rush with anything else that had to be done to the dress. So I waited, and was skeptical. However when I tried it on, what had looked previously like a potato sack fit perfectly. What is most important I think is the fact that the price was reasonable and the work was well done, and for this reason I will be back. In the future if I make an appointment, I will plan on coming a little later.

I took a lace dress to them with less than a weeks notice. They took it in as requested and had it back to me within a few days and in perfect condition. (I was a little worried that my lace dress would get snagged in the process.)
I got the impression that they could have done it faster if I needed it sooner. The ladies that work here are not overly friendly, but they are polite and do a great job. I will be going back if I ever need alterations again.
