Bath & Body Works

It’s that’s time of year again and the mall is crazy. Went into bath and body works and the cashier that checked me out… Forgot her name. Tried looking on my receipt said register 4 and cashier 1 850 776 if that helps. Very rude. Never smiled once while I was in her line or checking out. If you don’t like your job then quit cause your only making me and the customers mad by your attitude. You don’t help our shopping experience at the Lakeline Mall.
On the brighter side. I didn’t checkout with her but Rose was the next line over and she was very friendly. Wasn’t in her line but she still talked to me and was personable.

The apron clad scent minions were extra cheerful and exceptionally helpful. Almost annoyingly so. This review specifically references my experience with the manager, Bri. Short story: we had some coupons, nothing in the small print said anything about them not being used together («Free item» coupon and a «%off total» coupon) and Bri was called in to answer our questions. She was condescending and rude. Her solution entailed my buying more to spend less. Instead of her simply honoring the coupon (roughly $ 3 off the purchase), I told her «nevermind» to a $ 40+ sale. What sense does that make? Attention corporate: simply sell a decent product at a steady, decent price and don’t confuse your customers and employees with a discount program that requires multiple mailers and a 3 day seminar to understand. And invite Bri to a customer service refresher course. This interaction was a week ago and I’m still shocked at her attitude and absence of common sense. You know your customers can buy soap just about anywhere right?

The staff was attentive and several of them offered assistance to us. There is a wide selection of scented products. Definitely try several different types before deciding. I usually find one I like and then find another I like even better. But that’s not a bad spot to be in. It is in a good mall, so that is a plus also.

Was passing thru town and had a great experience there. A staff member (I think her name was riki) was extremely polite and helpful. I spent a bit more than I was going to on the gift but it was good value and could not resist. Great place. Exceptional staff.

Before I even completely entered the store yesterday, an associate asked if I could use help finding something. I noted the scent I was looking for and she took me straight off to where I could find what I was looking for. She then explained pricing, specials and shared her feelings on the scent I was looking for (Orange Ginger). She (wish I knew her name) was very friendly and helpful.
After browsing for the bath items I needed and a few air fresheners I waited in line behind one person (all 3 registers open). The associate behind the counter was equally as friendly and helpful. I had 3 coupons to use/​choose from that I had brought with me and she took the time (despite others in line) to help get the best deal with the best coupon. She then loaded me up with more coupons and information.
A great and quick overall experience.
