History

Established in 2010.

Find a need fill a need. A+ was born to fill a need. We saw amazing homes but so many of them had dirty windows and screens and we knew we could build a business to service that need. We started part time but then through referrals we have grown into a full time operation and hope to be hiring in the fall as we continue to expand. We want our work to speak for itself. Our customers are are best form of marketing, without them we have no business.

A+ window cleaning is a family run business, we started off as a part time service which has now grown to a busy, full time business operation. After learning the trade from a very early age working at my uncles window cleaning business in the UK and 3 years in the military I moved into the corporate world. 2010 saw me lose my job so I started A+ to keep afloat. We moved from Boston to Texas in 2012 and are now working full time in. My wife and I take pride in our work and keep the pricing competitive so people can keep their home looking amazing without taking food off of the table.

Update:
After the dust settled and it rained I found that the paint and stain on my house was damaged by the hard water stain chemical he used. He simply does NOT know how to use it. This should NOT have happened.
If you want someone to do a bad job and damage your home for real money… go ahead and use him.
Grade lowered to D–
There is no doubt that Phil is a hard worker. He has the right equipment and a «can do» attitude.
However…
He’s the only person doing all the work. I’m afraid his success may be his biggest problem. He has what it takes to be good. But he doesn’t have the time.

Bull in a China Shop… just marching from one to the next.
When cleaned window sills, he use a brush to basically fill my house with dust and bug parts. Can you say «shop vac»?
Did OK job of cleaning inside but left splashes and drops of dirty cleaning water all over the window sills and wood floors.
Did the outside windows from bottom to top… who does that? You clean anything from top to bottom.
Had the right chemicals to clean the hard water stains off of the windows… just doesn’t know how to use them. So, what looks clean has «ghost stains» from where his chemical worked and where it didn’t because he didn’t use it right (spent a long time searching to discover this).
Never changed his cleaning water or pads/​brushes even after several windows. So, the last few windows were «cleaned» with dirty water/​solution. He kept using polishing rags long after they were dirty.
I had to go back over all the windows to remove smudges and streaks. That’s when I discovered he didn’t actually clean the hard water off. Sigh…
I think A+ «could» be good. I am certain there are worse window cleaners out there. If he’s cleaning new construction, where the mess doesn’t matter, no worries. If he gets help and learns how to use the tools… well.

This company consists of a husband and wife team and they did a fantastic job! I had them clean my windows, clean the gutters and power wash the patio. The patio looked so good that I had them to do the driveway as well. They have a special machine that uses less water than regular powerwash equipment. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I plan to have them back every year. Thanks Phil and Lisa.

These guys are great! I’m the owner of a local window installation company and we needed several windows cleaned for one of our customers on short notice. Phil came right out, was very nice and polite and did an outstanding job! Highly recommended!
