So when I was in high school, they took out my wisdom teeth.
I had an allergy to the vicodian. I spent the weekend woozy, hurting and vomiting.
But it was still better than my experience with Palm Springs Nissan. Fun game. Go to any other dealership in the valley and tell them you got your car from Palm Springs Nissan.
They flinch.
Now, I hear you saying, well, they always do that, but the thing is? They don’t. They didn’t make that face for Feista Ford, the didn’t make that face when I said, as a test, La Quinta Nissan. In fact, even La Quint Nissan Fiancé people make a face when you say Palm Springs Nissan. They are the Face herpes of the valley automobile selling world, apparently.
My wife bought her Versa there.
Watching her struggles with the personnel of PSN has been akin to front row seats for the Trials of Sisyphus. She calls. i call. we call. We got there. She goes there. I go there.
Saying the word Nissan now is enough to make her scowl.
Palm Springs nIssan makes my wife sad. THis is wht she wrote for her Skype Review, but she didn’t want to sign up.
«I have selected one star because negative stars are not an option. I bought a car from them several years ago worst mistake of my life. Overpriced and I traded it in over 6 months ago and am STILL fighting with them to get the refunds for warranties, gap insurance, etc. that I am LEGALLY ENTITLED to! They claim to call you back but don’t. Nobody takes any responsibility for ANYTHING and you just get the run around. When we were shopping for a different vehicle, we traded in my car, and my wife’s car. EVERY single dealer FLINCHED when they heard where my car came from including La Quinta’s Nissan dealership. NOBODY flinched about my wife’s car from Fiesta Ford. So if you really really want a Nissan go to La Quinta, but honestly, go to Fiesta Ford or Unicars Honda. Whatever you do. Don’t go to Palm Springs Nissan. They also lied repeatedly to my wife when she tried to bring paperwork to them so they could „process“ the payments. They have lost paperwork. Oh yeah, and when they want to get out of shit, they accuse her of lying. Terrible customer service, you’ll get a different story every time about how it’s somehow not their fault, but yet, it will never be fixed. 6 months and counting.»
So if you find yourself in need a car, and are at PSN, I recommend walking in litterally any direction to any other dealership. If you NEED a nissan–

Call la quinta Nissan they will send someone to come get you if you are carless.
If you just want to loose money, there are a lot of casinos. They’ll probably pick you up too, honestly.
If you persist in getting your car from palm springs nissan, lubrication is recommended and available cheap in your local walgreens.

Sonia listened to my criteria and showed me the cars that fit the description. I believe I got just what I was looking for and more, the low mileage was a bonus. I had been to 3 other dealers and PS Nissan had what I wanted.
My only problem was the party like atmosphere Nissan was creating for the weekend sale. The music was blaring in 3 different places with 3 different types of music. I walked in alone so made many phone calls and struggled to hear. And the final annoyance was the amount of fragrance sprayed into my brand new purchase. The car sat in the drive way for 2 days before I could stand to get into it. I suggest you tell them no fragrance.
The staff was excellent, they get a 5 rating, the atmosphere gets a zero rating.

Today I bought a great Nissan Rogue from PS Nissan. I promised my wife I would buy her a used car and I searched many dealers for everything from Nissan-​Ford-​Chevrolet-​Toyota and many others. In my search I stopped in at PS Nissan to look at a used SUV that was on the lot. I was kindly greeted by Rosie and she was very helpful and asked me if I ever considered a new car. After showing me a new Rogue and all the advantages of new vs used, it made perfect sense.
Long story short, I returned with my wife and she feel in love with the car and now she owns it.
The Team at PS Nissan is «top notch’ and Rosie is a true professional and I encourage others that are shopping for a car, go see Rosie.

I like that my car was almost fix. It sad that there are a couple of service reps bringing down the image of the entire team.
I was there to have a bulb of one of my headlights replaced. I specifically asked Juan to find out how long was going to take, since I had somebody waiting for me at the airport. An hour and half later he came to the lobby to inform me that the car was ready. In addition, he mentioned to me that after paying my bill, he will walk me to my car. To my surprise 25 minutes later he was no where to be found. Cut my story short i grabbed my keys walked to the parking lot to find my car then left very disappointed.

Located the exact 2015 Sentra SV I wanted online and made appt to purchase. The process took twice as long as I expected but I got the car at the agreed-​to price. They took the time to explain everything about the car and the financing. Even took extra-​long to correctly set-​up XM_​Radio. It helps that I inputted most of my info online before I went to the dealer. No stress purchase.

It’s probably tough to get a good review as an auto dealer, but let me tell you a few things about this place.
I went in here when I was about 25 to buy a Nissan Xterra. I worked with a guy named Max (pleasant and helpful) to find one. When I got into the financing room, the owner (a guy named Abe, I believe) came into the room. He asked what I did for a living and I told him I was a teacher. «You’re a teacher?» (he looks over at Max). «Make this guy’s car a certified used car and give him a free tank of gas when he leaves.» He looks back at me and tells me he respects teachers and doesn’t think they make enough.
That certified warranty really helped me out down the road (no pun intended) when the car had a couple of issues. There were some guys in the service department (I THINK their names were Pauly and Mike) who were always super helpful and friendly whenever I had an issue. I was never charged a dime.
Did I get a few extra charges at the end of my purchase that I would now know to avoid in my 30’s (overpriced gap/​theft/​etc)? Of course… However, I have since moved to LA county, but I can say confidently that I would drive to Palm Springs to buy my next Nissan simply to be attached to these guys.

Amazing! Drove in with my 2013 Altima which needed its «about-​to-​turn-​36 k-​miles» service, including attention to a nasty screech (which another dealer told me was a «factory defect» and there was «nothing they could do about it…») in the front wheel area. What a pleasure it was to deal with their service manager, Paul. He walked me through what was needed (including a battery – still under warranty which got fully replaced!). So as not wait around the dealership he recommended a local breakfast place which was just tops.
When I got my car back a few hours later all the noises and glitches were gone! I felt as if they had given me a brand new car. And it was washed as part of their great service. Heck, yeah, I’m coming back.

I’m so extremely happy with all my car purchases at Palm Springs Nissan, plus all the guys & gals in the service department take good care of my car maintenence when it’s time for my service, always with big smiles and friendly atmosphere! I feel at home when I’m here, thank you all

Traveling From Phoenix to Palm Desert the transmission in my Nissan Rogue started to give me a problem. I arrived at my hotel late at night so first thing next morning I called Palm Springs Nissan and spoke to Justin Perezchico, the service consultant and he advised I bring the Rogue right in. Not wanting to risk a greater problem I had the Rogue towed in and once it hit the lot I felt in good hands. Justin and his associate, Edgar Romero kept in touch with me on the progress of the repair, which turned out to be covered by a warranty Nissan had extended.
Back in Arizona, the Rogue in good repair, I wish I lived closer to Palm Springs Nissan. The care I received was beyond my expectations with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy.

We’ve had some issues with our 2014 Altima for the past 2 months. If it weren’t for Edgar at Services, I would not be giving a positive review. From the moment we brought our car in, Edgar has been nothing but wonderful help. He keeps is informed and updated when they service our car. We’ve been there about 5 times in the past month regarding a reoccurring issue with our Altima, I guess any other person would be super pissed about this. But Edgar keeps us reassured that it will be fixed. He’s definitely the only reason we are staying with Nissan!

The service manager, Edgar, has taken care of 2 major repair services on my 2008 Infinity that I bought used from the Toyota dealership across the street. I won’t take my car anywhere else. He was very specific in explaining what was wrong each time, worked diligently with my extended warranty company to get costs of repairs and rental cars approved, called when he said he would with updates, and due to the thoroughness of he and his technicians, ended up finding and fixing other issues that were previously undetected. These guys are awesome. Thanks Nissan!

My recent visit to Palm Springs Nissan’s Service Dept was great! My Service Consultant, Alberto was friendly & very professional. He even included a free car wash with my service! As soon as my car was ready, Albert went over all the paperwork with me & he even walked me out to my car to simply thank me for being a customer.
From the get go the entire staff at Palm Springs Nissan has been phenomenal! My salesman, Javier Casillas, the Finance Manager Mr. Haas & Albert make it easy to do business at Palm Springs Nissan! If you’re looking for a new Nissan, it’s really a no brainier!
It’s a breath of fresh air to know that there are people that actually care & simply want to take care of you. Thank you guys!

Update 6÷29÷15− I appreciate your somewhat concern Carli B. Of Palm Springs Nissan but I took my 2010 Altima to Fontana Nissan shortly after I took it there and right away they said it was the transmission once again, had it replaced for the 3^rd time. I ended up contacting Nissan Corp and filing a complaint about my problems, they bought my car back for a very reasonable price and now I am driving a brand new 2015 Platinum Pathfinder. Sorry but you have lost my business completely. I am going to stay loyal with Torre Nissan in La Quinta. I suggest you re-​train your service department in customer service as well as knowledge on the vehicles they are working on.

THE place to take your Nissan Leaf in for service, I know because I previously dealt with a ton of incompetent and inexperienced dealerships in the area including the one I purchased my Leaf from in San Diego. Alan (their lead tech) is Leaf certified and knows this car very well. I was able to get my battery pack replaced under warranty with no hassle with only about a week and a half turn around. Justin their customer service rep handled the entire process like a pro. They answered all my questions, handled all the paperwork, and had my car freshly washed and ready to ride when the new pack was installed. I haven’t had great customer service like this from anyone in any industry in the longest time. The staff there deserve to be commended for their excellent work.

I bought my ’13 Altima just last Monday. It was flawless, relatively fast transaction.
Then I had to take it back, because i had an issue with the shift nob. they took care of it, yes, I did have to wait an hour, which was understandable.
Before they let me go, they washed my car, all this was free of charge.

Really not happy, I bought a leese from p. s. Nissan and part of the leese agreement was that they would give it a courtisey car was once a week, now there removing that feature, because of water, this was part of leese, now its not available, there was no free oil change or anything to compensate for the loss of services, the car wash was part of saving money now that’s gone! I did the math its $ 240.00 a year and the dealer never offered anything they don’t care! When my lease is over I will consider this!
