I will never return here. When I brought out car in for an overheating issue, they couldn’t find my appointment. They took the car anyways and told me it would be 2 – 3 hours.
I had dropped it off first thing in the morning. After waiting in town for over six hours, I called and asked for an update. They told me they’d have to call me back. When they finally called me back, they said they needed to keep it overnight because they didn’t think they’d get to it today. When I asked for a loaner car, I was told I could rent one for $ 30/​day.
An hour later, they called to tell me that they could tell something was wrong with the car but they didn’t know what to do with it because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. They then suggested that I either pick it up and keep driving my consistently overheating car (it’s only a 2013 model) or I rent a car from them. When I asked how long they expected to have it, they said they needed to hear back from corpora with ideas on what was wrong. So my options boiled down to 1) driving a car around with an issue or 2) leave it there indefinitely and pay them $ 30/​day while the try to figure out what’s wrong.
Also, apparently multiple other cars were brought in with the same issue that week.

So pleased with the care and attention given to the repair of my Miata. Tim Marsh is fantastic and really knows how to take care of a customer. Great communication and follow up while working on my car. I highly recommend them for Mazda service.

Terrible Service! I question their knowledge and ethics, everyone from the GM down have put my wife and I through the ringer! I wouldn’t wish this type of frustrating treatment on my worst enemies! Even though we have serious concerns as to the safety of a brand new 2016 vehicle they sold to us, all they can tell me is there is nothing wrong. As a concerned father and husband it has been unsettling to watch my family drive away in an unreliable car everyday. I have multiple videos showing the electrical breakdowns in our car but since it «didn’t happen in front of them» they act as if it never happened at all. I would not recommend them to anyone!

Best crew and service anywhere. I moved from Palm Springs to La Quinta and I will never take my Ford Escape to another dealership. Palm Springs Motors is the best.

One day I was driving around shopping for a new Mustang. I had heard allot of good things about Palm Springs Motors, so I decided to stop by and I have to say probably the best decision I ever made because about three days later drove out of there with the car of my dreams and the best possible deal I could ever imagine.
Bailey, Adrian and Steve were the best people I have met. From the day I walked in the showroom till the day I left with my car these gentlemen helped me throughout the whole deal and made my car buying experience the best ever. 10 out of 10 stars all the way.

New car salesmen were extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and continued to call, write and message long after I told them we weren’t ever going to do business with them again. We bought a car from the local BMW dealership later that day, and couldn’t belief the contrast in how we were treated (professionally, courteously, and respectfully). We later heard a number of our friends complain about the treatment they received from the Ford and Mazda sales group.

My updated review was that I stopped going to Palm Springs Motors (Ford Dealership) more than a year ago as each time I went after the first couple times, they would try to up-​sell me, lie about what was going on with my car, write incorrect info on the work sheets they gave to say what they did and what needed to be done, not give me estimate sheets, etc. It got so ridiculous that the manager called the last time I was there gave me free service the next time I went back… hmmmm now why would I go back when you admitted they lied on the paperwork (wrote down things about my car that wasn’t true in an attempt to get me to buy new tires and new brake pads)… why would I let anyone from PS Motors do anything on my car anymore (even if it was free)?

I got on the mobile web version of the service site to make a reservation thinking it would be a week out. it was two hours later they could take me. showed up with a busted drivers side window and needed annual maintenence. Frank Razo was Johnny on the Spot quick and fast on the checkin out and promissed the RV 2 hours later. done two hours later, no wait no hasstle. this was the best car service i have ever experienced

Great service, always polite staff. Tim Marsh from Mazda service is an awesome guy to deal with. My only complaint, I wish the Mazda department has bigger staffing.

I have purchased two vehicles from Palm Springs Motors in the last year. Rob Paprocki sold both vehicles to us. Rob is a fair and straight forward guy. Do your self a favor and make your experience pleasant and see an honest guy like Rob.

Annette at the Collision Center is amazing. They replaced my rear bumper within 3 days. My C-​max looks as good as new. Great job Palm Springs Motors Collision Center!

I love my service team at Palm Springs Motors for my Lincoln MKZ service. Veneisha is just amazing! When my car battery stopped working recently, she did whatever was necessary to get my car repaired as soon as possible. This is what she always does! She is just a fantastic representative of the dealership!

On recent dealings with Palm Springs Motors, we had very good service on our Ford Explorer. Our Service Advisor, Rick Mills, was on top of everything and kept us up-​to-​date of the repair progress. Repairs were done to our complete satisfaction. We have dealt with Palm Springs Motors for at least 25 years, and over the years, had nothing but good service! We can highly recommend this Dealership.

Jose «JZ» is the best. he helped me find a replacement for my 2008 Mazda3 that had just met and unfortunate and sudden end. I had had an incredibly rough week and he helped make things as easy as possible for me to move on with my new 2016 Mazda3. he went above and beyond and I would most definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a new car!

I took my Mustang for warranty work and oil change and was very satisfied with the level of service and courtesy at Palm Springs Motors. Tim my service manager was exceptional. He called me each evening with updates. Very polite and knowledgeable.

My 2013 Focus has been a nightmare. My doors have opened while driving because of failed latches, my transmission shutters, the AC doesn’t always work., I’m sure there’s more. And dealing with the service department here has been even worse. After having my transmission fail on me while driving recently, the service department called me and said my oil was dirty. They recommended that I change it. I had just changed my oil. As if I wasn’t already frustrated enough with this horrible dealership. Don’t pull that with me! So infuriating. I will NEVER buy a Ford ever again.
Update: Juan made things better yesterday. He has good customer service. But I’m still never buying a ford again.

Excellent service, been coming here since my last car and always enjoyed the friendly staff and comfortable facility. The inventory is wide and I found my new car not even looking for one. The sale was no pressure and very fast. Thank you!

Brought my 2011 F250 (that I bought here) for an emissions programming recall & brought a coupon they sent for diesel service. Estimate: 3 hours. Currently 5 hours & counting.
Called me after 3 ½ hours «done».
ME: It says here you didn’t inspect the brakes.
«We didn’t ck brakes because tires didn’t come off».
ME: How’d you rotate the tires without taking them off?
«We wrote it up wrong. We owe you a tire rotation & brake inspection when you bring it back». I live 40 minutes up the mountain. Notice the lack of any sort of apology.
ME: Right. Do it now. Argh!!! 5 hours & counting.

This dealer represents why you should go out of town for new car and dealership transactions. Made an appoint a week ago in person for repairs on my new car. That alone is sad. The service writer at palm springs ford assured me that that a loaner would be there. I arrive at scheduled time. He watches me get all stuff out of car including an involved cat seat. he then takes 40 minutes to get paper work done. he brings me to rental department of of Palm Springs ford. No car was ever reserved and no car available. The strange part is that I bought a car there in 2004. Also a mess. Said I would never buy another ford. I did and its a mistake. There are better brands of cars. If you have buy a ford think twice because the service is horrible here in the Coachella valley.

I’ve been coming here for near 10yrs. Bought or sold or had repairs, they’ve been the best.

Richard Freeze did me another solid today. he had some trouble getting a cargo net for my new mazda 6, so when it came in he let me pick the time to get it installed. i was there right at 10 this morning. i went in and had a cup of coffee and 25 minutes later it was ready. Richard also filled my tank (which was less than ¼ full to start). i didn’t expect that. he already had told me that my first oil change would be on him for the trouble. and i really love this car. there are a couple of thing my acura did better but overall it’s a much better vehicle. i got a good deal and there was no pressure ever. Richard let me walk out the door with numbers in hand to go home and do the math to figure out which deal would make the best sense for me. i get nothing but compliments for the car. i made a really good choice and i hope to keep it at the end of the lease.

I have always had a strong dislike for getting my car serviced at the dealership– I felt like I was either getting bamboozled, the run around or dismissed. Since I have begun working with Danielle at Palm Springs Motors, I have felt none of those things. She is kind, direct, honest, and easy to work with. As long Danielle continues to work at Palm Springs Motors, they will have my business.

i brought my car in for recall on door handles they had the car for over a month. they called me and staid it was done. i went to pick up my car the next day and drove home to find out i could not leave the car i was locked in. i had to have a friend open the door from the outside. ray the service adviser before i left said they replaced all 4 locks. i brought the car back, and a week later he tells me the same thing again. replaced all 4 locks. i said again. he said what do you mean. well you told me they changed all four locks the first time. he said oh. i must of made a mistake. not the time prior to this service they advised that i needed to have my struts changed that they were going bad. i was kind of taken by this so i wanted to get a second opionoin on that. this time they advised that the struts were good and the breaks needed to be replaced. which i had a break jaob done at ford 17k miles prior and the same breaks needed to be repalced. so i said no thanks i think i will get those checked by someone else. which i did and the breaks are in the green and good to go… so they are padding their bills and making up stuff at the dealership tyrying to get suckers to pay for thigns that dont’ need to be replaced. to get back to my car locks they did not repalce the caps on the screws left some on and who knows where the others are. also i don’t know what they did to my roof top in the car spilled coffee or oil stains. not sure what but when i called ray to advise of the dirt on the roof of my car inside he never even returned my call. i’m very upset with ford, this will be the last ford i ever buy, ive had fords since i was 17 years old never drove anything else. but not anymore. i can’t trust that they do or say what is nevcessary. one more thing when i purchased my car i bought a maintenance plan was told it was good for 5 years an donly had to replace tires on the car. well after 6 oil changes they tell me my maintenance plan is expired and so i paid 1200 plus for 6 oil changes. what a rip off. lies likes and more lies is what you can expect from the sales people to the repairs. that’s it for me.
nothing went well with my expierience i was lied to and tried to take advante 0f me since i don[t have much knowledge or repairs or how long things last. thank god for google, it advised me to stay away from ford dealerships since all you get is to pass the buck and lie after lie. i will Unilocal this and blog to as many people that i can so that they dont fall into the same unfortunate situation that i did. with ford.

Recently purchased my Ford Fusion from them. They are all very professional and work with the customers rather than pressuring them like other dealerships. I will most certainly be purchasing more vehicles from them in the future

Tim Marsh, Service Adviser was friendly, professional and got the job done on time with attention to detail including a thorough car wash. Also the service Manager, Bryan Hildebran, has been very responsive and helpful with answering my questions and concerns.
Service facilities and waiting area are clean, attractive and comfortable, including TV and snak bar.
It is a pleasure taking my 2015 Mustang there for service and I will definitely continue to do so.

Not very good service from the service department. Had a battery leaking acid. They said they could fix what needed to be done in 2 hours. Actually took 3 days.

I called on Thursday to make an appointment for an oil change after receiving a coupon in the mail from them. I thought, «What a great deal, I will give them a try!» Making the appointment was a breeze and the service guy who answered the phone was very helpful.
My husband ended up sick the day of the appointment and I was stuck running my son to school so I called to change my appointment. The guy who answered the phone was a complete schmuck. I said I could bring it by later the same day or adjust the appointment to a different date if they were too busy. He was actually discouraging me from coming there at all, ever! He said, «Well, we are really busy on Fridays, so I guess you could try to come by sometime today, but can you drop it off?» I thought, ummm no. If the incompetents at Jiffy Lube can change the oil in 15 minutes, can’t you pull it off with your equipment in an hour? He then says, «Well, even if you were able to get it in here at the original appointment time, I don’t know how fast we’d get to it… go ahead and bring it by and we will see if we get you out of here in a few hours or so.» Gee Whiz, thanks for the vote of confidence. Nothing I would like better than spend 8 times the amount of time necessary to service my vehicle while I sit around your car repair area with a small child. Clearly, this is not a well-​run organization and I will avoid it in the future. Forget I asked for assistance. I will try my luck with the incompetents at Jiffy-​Lube.

Typical car dealer. No one would work with me on any outrageously overpriced vehicle. Apparently they won’t talk budge in price due to lack of competition. Don’t wast your time here; do as I did and go to LA.
Ps. (For Palm Springs Motors) Your Local Hulu commercials are super super annoying and happens to encourage even more bitterness to the thought of your business.

Worst Service Department in the Coachella Valley. Super slow, take forever to return calls, then treat you like you are lucky to be spending your money with them. We dropped off our F-​150 at 8:30 am for routine service plus sunroof issue. Was told by end of day. Right. Called next day in AM, left message with Service adviser, no return call. Left another message at 11am, no return. Called at 3pm, was told «ticket still open», in other words, it took them over 24 hours to even look or start the oil change. Went to get my truck, all the Techs had gone home already. But not before pulling the sunroof all the way open and unable to close. I purchased this truck there, new. Next vehicle I buy will be anywhere but there. You have to leave the Valley to get good Ford service.

I’ve never owned a Ford before. but wanted a plug-​in electric car. I had engaged a salesmen here (Gordon Stewart) who assisted me with all my questions. When it came time to buy the car, he was out of town. Since he had helped me when I was at the early stages of looking for a car, I waited for him. When he returned, I made plans to go in and buy the car from him (I actually found the car equipped exactly as I wanted at a dealership in Irvine and he said he could get if for me). When I went it, he said he was really busy, and said that if I came back on Monday he would help me buy the car and transfer it to their dealer… uh, I came in to buy a car that day! I ended up driving to Irvine and buying the car directly from them — as it seemed like all he wanted to do was sell something off the lot and couldn’t be bothered with an order or car transfer.
As far as service goes, it’s been a crap shoot. I’ve had navigation problems, various trim issues, etc. Sometimes I’ve had good experiences and sometimes bad. Sometimes they offer me transportation or a loaner car, other times they say I am on my own.
The service advisors have blown me off about what I consider the paint not holding up well here in the desert — but conveniently never write it up as ‘OK”. Recently when I had some trim work fall off the car they want to keep the car for several hours before they can determine if it would be covered by warranty — with no transportation options given. I left a message and email for Bryan Hildebrand, the service manager, but never heard anything back. no call, no email reply.
I finally called Ford Motor Company Customer Service — who has tried to help by contacting the dealership (Service manager Joffrey Hill) and have him contact me to resolve my issues. Two weeks later I called Ford Motor Company again, and they tried to contact Jeffrey to have him call me… With no response from Jeffrey, Ford Motor Company’s customer service basically told me I would be better off going to another Ford Dealer. I guess that speaks volumes!

I want to thank everybody at Palm Springs motors! I looked high and low for the truck they sold me it was a commercial F450 with a very unique service body.
Ray in sales and Raymond in finance really did me a solid!
If I was going to buy another truck it would be right here from them!
There were no games and I basically did almost everything over the phone! Ray was extremely thorough in explaining to us everything on the truck and the new Microsoft sync technology.
If you’re going to buy a car or truck in the future this is the place and especially Ray.
He was not sales he or anything he was just straight up and right to business like I like it as I own a business I really could appreciate his frankness!
